                The food lacked any kind of seasoning. We had a large group and everyone said it was just so-so. We were looking forward to some amazing food after reading the reviews and seeing the rating. We all had different dishes and they all lacked any kind of depth. Appetizers were brought with no plates for sharing. Our server was very nice. He had a great attitude. The Bull, we were excited to participate in, was broken down. It is on the bustling promenade so the location is great. The Margaritas weee also just ok, definitely had better and all on The rocks which I like but would have been nice to have a frozen option as well. Great location, nice staff…not the best food.

                The customer service here was terrible!! We walked in at 6:03 for a 6:00 pm reservation and the hostess was very rude. She told us that she’d have to check to see if she could still get us a table. She then tried to tell us that she’d have to seat our party of 7 at different tables if we wanted to stay. When booking the reservation it specifically states that there is even a 10 minute buffer for holding reservations. I totally understand importance of being on time for reservations but things happen and when its 110 degrees outside and your uber driver drops you off in the wrong spot we did the best we could. The restaurant wasn't even that busy (open tables everywhere) so to try and turn us away for being 3 minutes late to our reservation was disappointing!

                Our server, Sicy, was lovely and very personable. We always enjoy sitting on the patio to people watch. The nachos were good, as usual. The tortilla soup had a good flavor but was a bit heavy on the chicken. I had to ask 3 times to get a spoon, so my soup wasn't hot when I could finally eat it, which was a bit disappointing. That won't keep us from going back, as this is one of our favorite restaurants.

                No chips and salsa to start. We ordered chips and guacamole when we ordered our drinks. A few minutes later our server returned to take our food order. Before our drinks arrived-it felt very rushed. The chips and guacamole came out with our food, before we even had our drinks. Again-all rushed and mistimed. We were glad to leave after eating. We won’t go back.

                We tried to dine at the Chayo Mexican Kitchen but was seated at a table and basically ignored by the wait staff. After 10 minutes of being neglected, we got up and walked out.

                Service was phenomenal, both wait staff and bar tender/server were outstanding. Food was okay, it was Cinco de Mayo but not that busy so that should not have impacted quality of food.
