   We celebrated our anniversary and sat in a table in front of their fireplace reserved for us. We opted for the Chef’s four course dinner along with the wine pairings. Every course was a surprise as well as the paired wine. Katya the host and co-owner was accommodating to our lateness and came by our table to wish us well on our meal and anniversary. The service was exceptional and so was our meal. Chef Tony prepared this delicious gourmet meal without prior coordination except at order time. He took the time to introduce each course while our server told us about our wine pairing. The evening was an awesome experience. Thank you Chef Tony and Katya and staff for this excellent service and hospitality!

   We went there for our anniversary. Walking into the place it very upscale however as you sat there maybe not so much. The AC was broke so no AC. The waiter and waitress were good but not 5 star quality. There was a large group of guys (8) and we would look over and see the waiter taking shots with this group. The food was very expensive for what you got. We split a lobster bisque and were charged $5.00. The owner was very nice and did buy our dessert. Several other issues with not anywhere near a 4-5 star restaurant Probably not go back

   Every thing about Katya was outstanding! I had the beet salad which was the most beautifully presented and delicious salad I have ever had. My husband had the sea bass and I had the scallops. Both were delightfully delicious. The atmosphere and service were also excellent! I highly recommend Katya for special dining experience.

   Always top shelf. Excellent cocktails, perfect service, and of course the food... Lobster bisque, short ribs, sea bass, all terrific. Certainly the best place in Ocala Give it a try

   I only give 5 ⭐️’s because I can’t give 10!!! Absolutely an amazing dinner! Service was on point. Our meals were perfection! We were there to celebrate a birthday and they hit a home run!! Wow!!! Thank You!!

    As always, another outstanding, world class dining experience at Katya Vineyards. Our very close and long time friends from Michigan came to visit us for a few days. They Ike to eat and appreciate good food, as do we, so of course a visit to Katya and Tony was #1 on our list of things to do. And the evening definitely met and far surpassed our expectations!! We had Tony make us the four course tasting with the accompanying wine package. Four different courses for the guys and four for the ladies, so we each got to sample 8 different plates. Without going into too much detail, all 4 of us agreed that this was the best meal tbat we’ve ever had in our entire lives. Tony completely outdid himself this time. We’ve eaten in many 5 star restaurants around the world, and Katya continues to rank as the best restaurant we’ve ever been to. They are truly a gem and we are so fortunate to have them in Ocala. We will continue to enjoy and remember this meal for quite a while, but we will be back again for my wife’s birthday in mid June. Can’t wait for another world class experience. Katya and Tony, you guys are the best. We love you guys and you better not ever think of moving to another city in Florida. You’re staying right where you are.
