Had to wait quite a bit even with a reservation on a Wed night. Seems short staffed. The staffs were very friendly and their service were great.

Amazing experience and environment. Food quality and service was outstanding. One of the best steak houses I’ve been to, will definitely go again.

It's nothing to do with Ruth's Chris. It's the manner of the customers next to us. They talked so loud that really disturbing us especially I speak Chinese. Otherwise that would be perfect for celebrating my wife's birthday. The service is excellent. The wine is very good. We are impressed by the tomohawk steak. We have been to other Ruth's Chris like downtown Toronto and Niagara Falls. This is the first time to Markham. Definitely we would return in the near future. Thanks and take care. Goodnight

The service was great. Kristi was our attendant and she was excellent. Food was great. The sizzling chicken wowed me.🤩 The sweet potato casserole 🥘 is a no go if you aren’t a fan of sweet. It’s too sweet. Overall it was a great experience. 🥳

Staff was very attentive and helpful. Not a bad thing to say about the experience. Even with 3 kids.

Food was great, service was lacklustre for the price. Waiter forgot about us twice, dishes stayed on our table for almost 30 min after we were done eating, we could see the service staff arguing and “bullying” one another, they messed up our order, and all of this while the place was relatively empty. This isn’t the best location, but food is still good- go into the city if you want the complete experience
