SINATRA – Encore at Wynn Las Vegas Ratings and Reviews
Fabulous restaurant. One person in my group was vegan. I ordered a vegan menu for her for dinner when I made the reservation on Open Table. We arrived and so did a full vegan menu. She was in heaven and so impressed. Beautiful dining experience. The staff were very attentive to details, food delicious.
Each year we return to Sinatra's restaurant and it is consistently delicious. There is nothing to fault - impeccable service accompanied by the Italian food you dream of. Don't miss an opportunity to dine here. You won't be disappointed and will definitely return.
The service was excellent! My girlfriend and I went to Sinatra's to celebrate our 6 year anniverdary. The staff was phenomanal. They hand wrote a card to congradulate us on our anniversary. They made sure that everything met our expectations and went above and beyond. Our waiter went out of his way to make sure we got desert with a nice message "happy anniversary" written on the plate. Our food was great! Very little wait time.
Hubs and I had reservations to celebrate the final night of our 'babymoon'. After being seated, we waited a good 10 minutes to receive water and even longer for our drink orders to be taken. Throughout the entire experience, service was a little disjointed. Between finishing our appetizer and service of the main we waited nearly 30 minutes. The food arrived just as I began growing tired of tapping my foot. My kobe steak was delicious (despite being overcooked - due to my specifications- it was painful to order a $100 steak medium well but doc says no medium rare when pregnant! However, the sauce on the spareribs needed serious tweaking. No salt and lacking overall punch. Tiramisu is something we get at all Italian restaurants, and unfortunately this one had very little flavor, almost as though no espresso was even used! The atmosphere is nice, but quite noisy. Hubs and I decided we appreciated the noise, as it lended to a more relaxed vibe, despite the somewhat fancy menu. Despite my few complaints, I recommend this place to you! The Wynn is a beautiful hotel and casino. I love that Wynn restaurants all graciously cater to vegan and vegetarian diets (hubs is a veg), and Sinatra is no exception. Vegetarian 'chicken ' parmesan was tasty! Our split appetizer of Caprese was generous, fresh and delicious. Overall we managed to thoroughly enjoy ourselves and clean our plates!
I would describe this as a world class dining experience... Starting with the seating, our server Mario guided us through the wine and dinner offerings... The imported mozzarella and heirloom tomato salad was amazing... The bone in veal parmigiana was unlike anything experienced (think double veal chop pounded thin) and a fork tender fillet was like a big steak house aged steak... Desert was unlike anything experienced ... A chocolate mousse “Sinatra fedora”... A 75th Birthday celebration for my gal and it was beyond perfect... Thanks to all for making it special, especially Mario!!!
What a wonderful find for our date on our 36th wedding anniversary in Vegas.
We sat in a booth that was very romatic check on regularly by our waiters.
The veal was the best and melted in your mouth.
The personal note wishing us a happy anniversary topped off the night!
This place has the style and class Frank Sinatra sung of. The food was delicious and the service impeccable. We went for my 66th birthday and were treated extremely well. My wife had spaghetti and clams but you couldn’t see the spaghetti when it was served under all the clams. My veal parmigiana was spectacular and very tender. First time I ever had it on the bone. In honor on my birthday, they served a tiramisu with a candle in it. Everyone was there was very interested in serving and doing their best. We hope to return someday.
Great ambience and food that Frank would be proud of! A real fine dining experience. Probably hard to enforce a dress code in Las Vegas, but probably best experienced if you dress up to the expectation of greatness. Rafael did a great job as our waiter and sommelier Patrick was on the spot with the wine list. Our favorite place to go in Las Vegas. We will be back whenever we are in town.
Assuming you like Sinatra’s music AND you are seated outdoors, this is just about perfect. Noise level indoors much higher, to the detriment of conversation and enjoyment of the All-Frank-All-the-Time background music. Not inexpensive, well worth it, though. Food (branzino, lasagna) was great, and service, our waitress in particular, was the relatively rare very friendly AND very professional combo. Would return anytime.
I really liked this restaurant. The atmosphere was really cool and upbeat, especially with Sinatra playing in the background. The color scheme was very inviting. We sat outside on their patio (with heaters) and it was gorgeous.
Food was okay. I had the lasagna and it tasted very basic.. like the sauce came straight from a can and nothing was added to it. Considering how much it cost in comparison, I felt like it was pretty over priced for what it was. However, my husband had one of their specials, the t-bone and said it was the best he’d ever had.
Our waiter was very nice but a bit slow sometimes.
I’d definitely go again (we were on vacation so probably won’t) and just try something different because the ambiance of the place won me over and the rest of the reviews are so good, makes me wonder if I just got a lemon.
Our party was a half hour late because of traffic. As soon as we arrived, they were very courteous very understanding and seated us right away. The wait staff was amazing and our food came very quickly. It was an amazing experience. I do recommend the steak.
