My partner and I came to celebrate Valentine’s Day later in the week. We opted for the 4-course feast. It took about 3 hours for us to get through drinks, courses, and coffee. I wasn’t in any hurry so it didn’t bother me at all.

Our server, Kylee (sp?) made the experience amazing. She was very honest and thorough with her recommendations and feedback. Everything she recommended was delicious. She was very engaging so when she was preparing the cheese course at the table, it wasn’t awkward at all. We appreciated her service and the overall dining experience was lovely. Thank you!

It was my husbands birthday and wanted to make it special...decided this might be the place to do it. This restaurant exceeded my expectations! We both has such a fun time! Had a nice quiet booth...our server was so attentive and fun. The place was full and she was busy, but took time to help with pictures I requested. We give this a 5 star for sure! Food was very good and lots of fun!

Just not worth the value. $200 for three and it did not include any adult beverages.

• The coconut shrimp seemed like it was frozen.
• service was good until the server rushed us at the end by just grabbing our plates and silverware without asking if we were done.

I will never go back.

Once again we thoroughly enjoyed everything. We decided to drink our martini flight a bit differently this time though which made it better than normal. Rather than let the cream-based martini be enjoyed last, we decided to start with it first so it didn’t get warm. I would definitely recommend they rearrange the order to offer it first rather than last in the flight as it was much more enjoyable Cold.

We always have a good time here. Valentine's day was something I knew I wanted to take my wife for. And while I was expecting a normal night they went above and beyond. The price was a little higher than usual but we received so much more. We will do this again next year. We received over$150 in complementary goods. Well worth the money.

I love simply fondue because of the food, ambiance & experience. However , our waiter Zack did not live up to how great Simply Fondue is known for. He had smart retorts on our order and asked if we were okay. Aside from that , he seemed to be in a rush to take our order . He only checked up on us almost twice within the two hours we were there. We had to ask another waiter to bring us more water and if we could get some dipping sauces. The part of the dinner we looked forward to was the dessert. We could see everyone around us having their waiter ask them to hold the marshmallow ready to light up the chocolate with fire for the amusement. When it came to our dessert he showed up and mixed everything together and said typically he would light it up but the chocolate is already ready to eat just like that. When we looked surprised he asked us if they was any bother, and seemed bothered by our reaction. We love Simply Fondue and have been there before, it's just upsetting to look forward to our reservation and having dinner at this restaurant, to receive crappy service. For what I paid for I would've expect a great service out of this.

Dinner was great! We went for the Valentine’s Day event and couldn’t have been happier with the meal. The long stem rose and gifts to go were a nice touch as well!

This was my first time dining at a fondue restaurant and I was not disappointed! Our server was very helpful with recommendations, the food was wonderful and the overall experience was great!

We had a party of 6 go there yesterday for brunch, food was great, out waitress was awesome helped the few that had never been there understand what was going on lol. But...... while waiting for the doors to open the hostess who was in a very very short dress hopefully she didn't need to pick anything up off the floor was grooming herself putting on body spray was ok but then she busted out the deodorant and that's kinda where I draw the line. Really get ready at home or at least go to the bathroom not the front window!! So very unprofessional.

Went with my hubby and my daughter because we had a gift certificate. Had the complete 4 course meal and left feeling stuffed! Fun time, good food but very pricey.

The prices are too high. We were surprised that the entries were served raw and we would need to cook our own food. We prefer to go to restaurants where we pay someone else to cook. I could have stayed home and cooked our own dinner.
The lighting is to dark and it's hard to read the menus.

Our waitres Sharisee was amazing. It was out first time there, and she took the time to explain the entire menu to us an dining options we had. She checked in often to make sure we had everything we needed. Will be going back

First time at Simply Fondue, had a nice meal. We were going to have brunch, but decided to go all in with the Dinner menu, it's not possible for us to eat as much food as provided. Started with a salad, then a Cheese Fondue course with Veggies and Bread, followed up by the main with 6 different meats, We chose beef, 2 types of chicken, shrimp, Ahi and finally Calamari Steak and it also comes with more Veggies. Finally the Chocolate course, They cruelly make you choose 1 type of chocolate. 2 hours later we rolled out of the restaurant declaring that we fulfilled our daily caloric intake. I would do it again and probably will. A note on our server, she was great, a student working her way through University. She had a work ethic that you don't see often today (take that from a person with 2 grown University aged adults). Very attentive which added to our experience.

It never fails that we always enjoy the food. The service is superb and the staff is so personable whether they are waiting your table or not. The martini flights are a must have. Pricey but worth every dollar.

From the stale bread that was served with the cheese fondue, the caprese salad which was totally tasteless and served with dry mozzerella, and the stale sponge cake and cookies that was served with the chocolate fondue, this was an overpriced and completely unsatisfying experience. Although our server Kayla was very nice, there was absolutely nothing about this restaurant that would make want to dine there again.
