Dinner Service ends 90 minutes before closing. Lounge appetizers, desserts , and drinks only the last 90 minutes of business

We had a private table in the front of the restaurant. I think it was the best table in the house. Quiet and private for the 6 of us. Salad cheese and chocolate fondues were over the top. Entree was tasty but over shadowed by cheese and chocolate courses. Would definitely go back. Our waitress was wonderful and being our first time there did a good job explaining the process.

The service was good, the fondue was luke warm as was the chocolate desert, we have been to Simply Fondue many times before and it seems like the quality has really diminished, for the cost I don't think we will be back.
Enjoyed a great meal with friends to celebrate birthdays. We had the 4 course dinner. There are several choices for each for each course. There is no way you are walking away hungry.
The food was very good, we had 3 different cheese fondues and two chocolate fondues. Our server (Rachel) was excellent. A fun place to go even though the menu is confusing and needs to be explained. A bit pricey but will go back.
The food was amazing and so was the environment. The waitress wasn’t very helpful with food alternatives when asked. I had to really work to pull information out of her based on my own knowledge from a previous visit. (Gluten allergy alternatives were needed) She turned our burner off when we told her we wanted to keep it going. She seemed to really just not be listening to anything we were saying. When we were finishing up, we could also hear her complaining to coworkers about her schedule. Every other visit to this place has been accommodated by really attentive staff.
We had dinner there on Easter. Simply Fondue is typically our "special" occasion choice. However, the service this time was extremely poor. We waited 45 minutes for our drinks (a bottle of champagne and a martini). The server was pleasant; I just think the restaurant was short-staffed. He seemed to have a lot of tables to take care of. I blame this on the management. We waited a long time to have our order taken, then again after we asked for more "dippers." Will think twice before choosing this place again for a special occasion.
We came for Easter lunch, not knowing what to expect, and were pleased. The restaurant had a real ambiance, great staff and good food. It was really unique, and the cocktails were unique as well.....we will be back!!

We love this place. Service, even if busy, is always great and the food is awesome.....just wish it wasn't so expensive especially since you do your own cooking of meats but even with the $$, we still come back every time.
Great drinks and food. The experience lasted about three hours between all the courses and desert. Definitely gives you lots of time to talk with friends or family. Staff is very friendly and makes sure you are taken care of.
Amazing night. Had the four course meal and everything was delicious. Went home in a food coma but can’t wait to return and try other options.
My 8 & 10 year old boys have been coming to Simply Fondue for 4 years now. We come to celebrate or birthdays , good grades and other special occasions. Fondue is fun for the kids and I . Simply Fondue has great service and a great beer selection.
Love coming here for date night . Recommend the fiest. Wish you guys would bring back the pollis sausage to the meat menu and get rid of the brat
My daughter and her friends had an outstanding time celebrating her birthday.
The chocolate was great, but some of the dippers (specifically the strawberries, pineapple, brownies and pound cake) were old/dry. The restaurant floors and bathrooms were dirty.
Always so much fun taking family and friends here for both social occasions or a fun night out. It’s a chill environment with friendly staff and we never feel uncomfortable or unattended to. Was surprised to see the cannabis infused cocktails available very nice haha!

I went for my birthday and the service was amazing! Kim was a great waitress she gave us recommendations and she had extensive knowledge of the menu. She really helped us out when it came to deciding what to get. I would definitely go back!

We had never been but have heard about it a lot. So for our anniversary we decided to take the kids and go. We sat in the bar area. Our server was all over it. He explained how it worked and what we can do. Drinks were always full. Kids were happy. My 4 year old helped me cook some shrimp. It was just a nice time all together.
Kim out waitress was awesome will go again for sure.

Very good food. Amazing service. Only down side was the smoke from the grill was overwhelming in our faces on the side of the table we were sitting on.
I have frequent this Restaurant often in the past, and had not visited in 3 yrs. Upon returning this year, I find that nothing has changed. The ambiance is great, the food is great, although they did update the selections on the menu, everything I ordered was properly seasoned. My party of 8 really enjoyed themselves. It was 4 members of the party first time. I will return, maybe just for brunch for myself. The price for the 4 course is pricey, but worth it. Not for everyday occasions.

My favorite in Livermore! Staff is friendly! Melissa was our server and she made a great pot of pepper jack!! We like to sit in the bar area as it is more lively. Love this place!

Shrimp lime extremely salty as the Cajun chicken. Food was not fresh had odor. Very disappointed
