Our waitress was REALLY awesome! It’s always a pleasure interacting with the Simply Fondue staff in general. Additionally, the food and drinks are always great tasting and wonderful quality. We have no doubt it will continue to be one of our favorite date night spots.
Jonathan was great - he really added to the experience!
Absolutely a great place to celebrate a special occasion. Kids eat free on Sunday!
We love coming here for date nights but lately every time we have come which is maybe 1x a month. You pay the same if not more but are getting less food. The spicy pepper cheese is amazing. But the quantity of it have been decreasing a lot!! For the fondue feast....which isn’t cheap, used to be endless meat if you wanted more. Now you have to pay exacta if you want more or a certain meat. So we were pretty disappointed for the amount of money we pay
We where very disappointed in the managmeny sitting on her phone oblivious to what was going on around her. She’d rather be conversing with other servers while the one server on the floor was struggling we had to wait a long time for everything and even had to ask the manager for our check at which time she seemed startled as if she had forgot she was working. We’ve been coming here a lot lately and see this is a trend one server struggling with multiple tables cauaing each party to wait long times while other servers hang out
Celebrated my birthday with family and friends and we all loved it, especially the martini's.
We had a group of 10 for a birthday. The service was great and the food was excellent - very fun to do the fondue and all the flavors and sauces were very tasty. A great selection for everyone.
Such poor service, though our server was attentive, efficient and knowledgeable. He was too familiar, bordering on unprofessional, and it really offended a few in our party. The food was SO salty, and we weren’t given enough instruction on how not to burn all of the meat - a check-back once the meat had been delivered would have been nice. The cocktails were undrinkable, so much sugar in there. We won’t be back.
We enjoyed dinner for six. We had our only little room. Such a perfect way to visit with family! Our waiter was wonderful. The food was delicious.
The food is not as good as it used to be. This used to be our “go to” place for special occasions. Not anymore. High prices do not bother me but high prices with mediocre food does.
We had a great time at asking a special friend to a special dinner, 45 minutes away, since fondue is special!
So much fun. It's a great place for friends and family.
It was a great overall experience but our waitress wasn’t very helpful she seemed overworked and took a long time to come back to us every time and she was sweating. It was our first time there and she wasn’t very helpful, she seemed rushed :(
The overall experience was good. The food was a little disappointing. They don’t offer a basic cheese that are more kid friendly or main entree options that are kid friendly flavors. I felt pressured to order at min 3 orders of cheese for my kids and I knowing we wouldn’t eat it all and by the time we were done there was a whole pot waisted but that i had to pay for. The main entree items I choose came over seasoned and with the wrong seasoning. My daughter was not able to eat it because it was too spicy. I didn’t much care for it either. When I inquired she checked into it and they did discount my bill for that. I like the place but they should really consider adding more kid friendly options and dial back on the seasoning.
Great experience, but honestly kinda hated the lighting of the place. Made us really sleepy and couldn't see the food super well, everything else was great
Great experience, we had lots of fun and was very happy with our waitress. Happy hour was a great surprise on our bill!
The concept is great, but the price for the food is a bit much! It took us 2.5 hours to get through the Fondue Feast. The only highlight was the chocolate fondue portion.
It was my husband's and my anniversary and we thought the place was a little more quiet and romantic but it was very loud and not very intimate, at all. The food was yummy but, honestly, for the price, it could have been a much nicer experience. We didn't even have alcohol and our meal was $180. We didn't leave hungry, that's for sure, but we also didn't think it was worth $180.
We had a great time. Our server, Jackson was fabulous. He interacted with us, checked in on us and accommodated our every ask. We love this place!
They advertise on the menu vegetables served with entree fondues but we had to ask for them. Every other time I have gone I’ve always received a huge plate of veggies to cook. We were told that they are given upon request now because people were not eating them. That’s half the food! And when we got the vegetables we then asked for, it was a tiny little bowl. If the servers would ask at the time I ordered if I wanted vegetables and how much, that would be way better service. Instead I feel nickel and dimed. This is not a cheap place, the offerings and service should be stronger.
The place was perfect for my wife and I to spend our 10yr anniversary at.
Went to celebrate birthday. Ambience was great. We had milk chocolate fondue. It was amazing.
Such a fun place for a date night. We enjoyed the food and drinks. Our server was amazing. Everything was great! We will be back!
Quality was great, but not as many goodies to dip into the cheese fondue as compared to other places.
This was our first time there and our waiter (Jackson) was super helpful. I asked him for recommendations and he helped us to choose things he thought we'd like. He checked on us frequently and offered to bring more, explaining that everything was unlimited. It was also "kids eat free Sunday" which was a bonus! One less kid to pay for! We went at 3:30 on a Sunday afternoon and the restaurant wasn't very busy, but picked up by the time we left. Their website says plan to spend 2.5 hours there and we really did, there was so much food! I will look forward to returning!
Pricey but worth it
Yummy. We were in town early and they seated us early. While we waited they let us relax at their outside tables, they brought us water. Great service. We will be going back
We went there for my wifes birthday and had a great time, had a amazing chockolate/caramel Martini. Service was really good and ate way too much food.
It was okay. The price is pretty high for what you get. We had been looking forward to going here for quite a while. I think once you've been, once is all you need. I will probably never go again. I thimk it's a once in a lifetime experience and you don't need to go again.
Nice meal for a celebration
For the price, it just wasn't very good fondue. It tasted mediocre and was served messy.
We have been coming here for years and usually always enjoy our meals. However this past visit the cheese pots were only filled halfway
Loved, loved, LOVED our waiter Johnathan D (John). He was simply phenomenal and honestly the best person I’ve come across at a restaurant ever. When we go back, I will be requesting to have him again, he was that good.
The tuna that we ordered to grill (menu mislabeled the term “grill” - it was really pan fried in about a half cup of butter) had gone bad, and should not have been served. Martinis used to be good, but the fresh ingredients they once used to make them has now been replaced by flavored alcohol. Service was friendly and attentive - he took the tuna off the bill. Food and drinks were not quality. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning.
We visit this restaurant for special occasions. This is a good restaurant with a unique experience.
Front desk was less than friendly. Service was excellent. First impression as you walk in and are met with cold and unwelcoming. As if wee were inconveniencing them by arriving for our reservation. Both times I have been there the hostess/host table was very similar. Good thing the waitstaff and food are excellent!
We had a great waitress. She closed the cloth divider that allowed a glaring sun in. I wish I had asked for a booth fir 4 so our cheese fondue could have stayed through our meat fondue! I’m not sure that would have allowed... the dessert was my favorite! It was definitely a special occasion thing at $66 per person for 4 courses. The flight of martinis rocked my world!
It was the best service we have ever received from this restaurant
Hostess was training someone, so she told us to sit down. It was empty for a Thursday night and we had a reservation. We had to wait while she continued her training for an additional 10 minutes and were finally seated. Food was mediocre and we were placed close to a family with 3 small kids under 3. The baby cried for a full hour and the parents did nothing. It was miserable from start to finish. Also my husband ordered a strawberry lemonade. The server brought a lemonade then realized his mistake and took it back. It had a squirt if syrup in it and wasn't mixed. It was awful. Not worth the money.
Great birthday celebration. Lobster tail add-on recommended!
