Excellent steak and excellent service
As a local, we have frequented Silverado Steak House at least 30 times and have NEVER been disappointed! The ambience is great, service is impeccable, and the food is delicious and consistent. Kudos to ALL the waiters and bus staff!
As vegas locals, we eat here often. No complaints!!!!
Dinner at Silverado is twice a year tradition for 5 childhood friends who are in our 60’s. We come to Vegas golf, play and always end our trip with a great Prime Rib. This started 5 years ago and the dinners have always been wonderful. Great service to match an excellent meal!!!
Very good food and good service in a warm comfortable atmosphere. I've been here many times and it's always been good.
Great food and service
The meals were very good. Service was excellent. Highly recommend.
We had made a 5pm reservation but I thought it was for 6 so we were late. The staff made every possible effort to seat us even though booked. What a great place. Staff and food excellent. Thank you.
Food and Service were outstanding...with one exception. A bottle of wine should have been offered, but wasn't.
We love this restaurant.
Our waiter Paul was great. Wine, steaks outstanding. Service timing was spot on.
We were their for Easter Dinner. Party of 7. The waiter forgot to get my husband drink order. Mixed up our steak order and we were eating dinners that belong to others at the table. Making the steaks all cooked wrong. (Not all but most……………not happy) Were never asked if we wanted another drink (wine, soda, or cocktail) Had to ask 3 times for coffee. My dessert was raw in the middle. My husband was over charged for the ice cream.
Halibut was not fresh, tasted like rubber. Very disappointed! Not worth $55 at all.
Another rear experience at Silverado Steak House. Excellent food, great service! My all time favorite restaurant!!!
Fantastic service delicious food
Started out with slow service, but the food and the service later made up for it
My wife and had an amazing evening at Silverado Steakhouse. Our server Sue provided us with outstanding service from the before dinner cocktails to our main course. Our compliments to the Chef and their crew for preparing an excellent dinner
Been here several times on visits to South Point and are always satisfied. Maybe because it was a late dinner, but service was disappointing on this trip. We felt like we were an inconvenience to the server.
Always extraordinary food. Steaks always done as you order them to be. Jose P. is our waiter of choice. Pleasant, cheerful and helpful. Great experience every time!
Was wonderful and our food was sensational, best steak I’ve had in years .
This was our first time dining at this restaurant. We were seated in an oversized booth which was fantastic. Our server Ryan had our meal perfectly timed and he was delightful. We started with shrimp cocktail which was good...would have liked dryer shrimp. We had the beet salad which was epic and my sister had the filet and I had the prime rib end cut. Both meals were exceptional. We had toffee pudding for desert which was just a couple of small bites to finish the meal. It was hot Carmel cake...so yummy.
Our sever Jose was very attentive and accommodating. Everything was on point and very good. We will be back.
On a recommendation from our flight attendant we booked a table at the Steak House. We are so glad he did! The service and food was excellent. Can’t say enough about the steak and table side salad. Even our baked potato was perfect. The surprise we got was a wonderful steak filet meal and a very very reasonable bill.
had a very nice dinner, Staff Wait was great and attentive and food super
will come again in the future
The fillets were very tender.
Celebrated my mom’s birthday here and it was a wonderful experience! The service was really good and our meal were delicious! They even brought out creme brûlée so we could sing happy birthday to her! We will definitely be coming back!
Great meal with great service. Quiet setting and Jose P. is the best server.
Saturday March 10th, 2018 at 7:30 pm. It was my husband's birthday. It was a very disappointing experience, and the service was terrible! Jose was our waiter. Not only was he not very personable, but he never even mentioned that salad came with the dinner! We were supposed to have table side salad service with our meal. We never even got our salad, until after our dinner was over, and the check had come. We never would have gotten the salad at all, if I hadn't noticed on our bill that a salad was supposed to have come with it! We had to ask, and then we were offered our salad "to go". The scallop appetizer was way overcooked...tough and dry. Even after we sent it back, and got another one, it was still dry and overcooked. The filet trio was good, but a little overcooked, as well, from the medium-rare that we requested. It was more like a medium. Gary, the manager, gave us his card and offered to take care of our next meal there, because of all the problems we encountered. I hope that he will remember us, and make good on his promise. when we call him. Hopefully, we will have a better experience, and a better review next time. Our experience this time, I am sorry to say, really put a damper on my husband's birthday night out.
We were bummed that you removed the soft pretzel sticks from your bread basket. Those we so yummy!!! The other bread is good too, but we really liked the pretzels.
Delicious dinner for spouse and I.
We both had a New York Strip with baked potato.
Salad and bread to start was fresh and delicious. The house vinaigrette was delicious.
Service was excellent.
Would definitely recommend and will go again if ever at South Point in the future.
Try to go to this steak house whenever we're in Vegas. Steaks are very tasty, other fair not as much. Service was business-like on this occasion - really disappointing; waitress felt robotic. What a shame when we're spending $200 for dinner for the two of us (no alcohol). Our waitress showed great personality with familiar guests but we felt like she was merely tolerating our presence. Her assistant was fantastic and he made up for her lack of personality and grace. We'll continue to go for the steaks in spite of the inconsistent service.
Our fourth visit here; the food was amazing - as always - but this articular visit I felt as though I was an annoyance to the server. he most attention she paid to us was when presenting me with the tab - then it was all smiles and the most she'd said to us all night long. I see through such a "I want a nice tip" routine. Impress me with your personality BEFORE the food arrives, not when you're sucking-up to me after we're through with the meal... That said, I'd likely return again, because the steaks were/are always amazing.
Good food. Love that it is in south point l, so I can have a nice meal and not have to fight traffic on the strip
It was my Husbands Birthday we had an enjoyable time and our waiter Jose and buss boy were excellent. We have eaten at your Steak House many times, and will do so again.
Good steaks for the price point. Fairly attentive service. Traditional menu offerings - not inventive, but high quality. I will return.
A must every time I'm in the Vegas area. The rib eye and the filet are very good. Its nice to get a baked potato and a salad included in one price.People serving you are outstanding, friendly and professional.
Great place over all.
Best steak house in vegas. Great steaks, fantastic service and good value compared to some of the more pretentious steak joints in Vegas
Seemed a bit overpriced for quality of steaks. The prime rib was great but ribeyes were disappointing. We prefer the Primarily Prime Rib at Southpoint casino. Service was a little shaky.
Had a reservation but was seated at the first table from the entrance door... not very good ambience!
