Silverado Steak House - South Point Casino
Valentines Day (one day early)
The Valentine's special was just that - special! The food was delicious and the service excellent. We had a great time.
Wonderful Valentine’s Day and food. Waiters were fantastic
Wonderful experience; food and service were exceptional. We’ll be back
Food was great.
It was romantic and nice for a good date night.
Very nice wine list. Priced on the upper end, but the food was excellent!
Best bone-in rib eye we've had in Vegas. The service was excellent and the food was exceptional.
We usually stay at this casino when we go to Vegas. They have everything you need if you do not want to leave. This steakhouse is one of the best. Food is always great and service is a 10+.
The service was impeccable but the food was very bland and not really worth the money. Hopefully, the chef was just having an off night. Collin our server and his team were very attentive and so nice! We were staying at the hotel for the weekend to celebrate my boyfriends birthday and superbowl weekend. When I made the reservation online I had asked for them to do some type of dessert for him and it was so great of them to bring it out with a candle and a card ..... just the best ! But , sadly to say our food was just not that good, we were so disappointed, especially after seeing how many great reviews it had. For the price, we were definitely not impressed. We had Sacallops for an appetizer and 12oz filet and 2 lobster tails for dinner with mashed potatoes and asparagus. The lobster was ok , but the filet had zero flavor. The asparagus was cooked correctly but again not any flavor of seasoning, even the mashed potatoes lacked any real flavor. I will say again , service was impeccable. We have not fully decided if we would return to try again for a $250 meal.
Excellent meal - as always. Great service. Highly recommended!
The service was most excellent. Our salads were very fresh, cold and tossed at table-side. We were given an cold salad fork just prior to the salad arriving. Our baked potatoes were very large, flavorful and done to perfection. The prime rib done to our request perfectly as well. Nice ambiance, not too noisy and we will return for another beautiful experience.
My wife and I love this steakhouse. Great service!
Filet was good.
Monica was our server I believe, very attentive and had great suggestions. Please thank her on our behalf, plus 5 years with you.. I should have recruited her!!!
Silverado Steak House at South Point Casino is an outstanding restaurant. If you want a great meal and avoid the hassle and crowds of the strip, then this is for you. The food was excellent, staff great and setting is nice. Their booths are intimate. Highly recommend.
We enjoyed our first experience at the Silverado Steakhouse. We will return in the future.
Food was great, service was great also, food was cooked just right, very warm atmosphere. Would definitely eat here again, and will tell all or friends to eat here also. Thanks
Excellent food and service. Appreciated them having my reservation ready to go on time with no waiting.
very good service, great food, cheaper than on the strip, didn't have to wait and the recommendations were very good. had the new york strip and filet mignon.
Always like to eat here when we stay at The SouthPoint. Good food at good price.
Food was very good quality. From superb French onion soup, fresh and tasty oysters to excellent wedge salads, everything we had was very satisfying. Steaks were tender and tasty. Our only observation was that our ribeyes were noticibly smaller than the ones we had last month. Service was pleasant and efficient. Overall one of the top steakhouses in town.
Took my wife for her birthday and we both had a great time.
Server Kelly was fantastic. Helpful and quite friendly.
All staff were very efficient.
Going back for my birthday!!!
It's always delicious and service is wonderful! A must when im in Vegas.
Everything was so yummy!
This is our favorite steak and seafood restaurant in Las Vegas. The food is excellent and the entire staff is outstanding.
I always dined at the Silverado Steak House when at South Point, especially when I’m competing in the Cowboy Mounted Shooting Western Championship.
I frequently eat at Silverado steakhouse. As they have the wonderful price point for the quality of food and good service.
Excellent food. Our waiter Dennis was fantastic. Quiet atmosphere
Seated on time for reservation awaiting another couple. No one approached our table for 10-15 min; no water, bread, nothing. When someone did come I asked to order a cocktail and was told “your waiter will get that” and walked away. Then, still no water or waiter for another 10min. Finally, after 20-25 min waiting, I flagged a server down to order cocktails.
We eat here often and have had poor service several times. This was one of the worst. We ended up being there until almost 10pm finishing our meal. I understand pacing the meal, but 2.5 hrs was a LONG time for a party of 3-4ppl. By the time we finished our meal the restaurant was empty.
One item we order, the pork chop, lists an apple chutney on the menu. Only once in two years has the server brought that with the meal. Each and every time we have to ask for it. Why list it on the menu if you aren’t going to serve it? That’s frustrating.
Poor experience this visit. We will go back, but will request a different server.
Great Dinner,Desserts, and Service 😊😊
The Maple Short Rib might be the best beef dish ever made. Full stop. End of story.
We went to Silverado for a pre-New Year's Eve dinner with our boys. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. However, everything we ordered was way more rare than we ordered it. My son ordered his New York strip medium. His steak was so rare that we had to send it back, and even after additional cook time, it was still too rare for him to eat. Our server apologized and had it taken off our bill. The food was good, if you like your meat cooked rare. Considering the price and the food, I'm likely to try one of the other steakhouse options in the area rather than go back.
This is my favorite restaurant when I want a good meal that comes with great service. Food is always consistent and I highly recommend the pork chop.
We had a prime rib dinner on Friday. The service and quality of food are excellent. I will recommend this place to friends and family.
I was surprised being inside a casino. Excellent food cooked perfectly. I love the table side tossed salad and the seafood appetizers. Great Steakhouse.
Average food. High prices.
The food was great and had a good price.
We celebrated Christmas dinner here with our family. The menu gave us ample options including the traditional fare. Service was good and the atmosphere was lovely. It was a great way to enjoy a holiday meal with our family. No wait for our 7pm reservation. The restaurant wasn’t full so we didn’t wait long. 4 of us had the filet mignon which was good, but the potatoes were dry and the broccoli was unmemorable. The 2 bottles of complimentary house wine was a nice touch. The restaurant is a good distance from the strip so if you’re staying off property be prepared for a costly Uber ride.
While pricey, the entrees were tasty and the portion sizes plentiful. The four of us all had some version of beef: filet mignon and prime rib. The sides of baked potato were wonderful, as well, and the salad, too, was not to be overlooked. It was a busy Christmas evening, but our waiter was relatively attentive. What was less impressive was the family of six at the next table who were watching the game on their phones with the volume up too loud and then taking pictures using a bright flash. Neither the waitstaff nor the host addressed this family's poor behavior.
This is the 2nd restaurant that I booked on Open Table in 2 months. Both times it was to celebrate a birthday which I had entered into the reservation. Neither restaurant gave an acknowledgement of the "special" occasion....not even a card on the table from the establishment.
