Was wonderful and our food was sensational, best steak I’ve had in years .
This was our first time dining at this restaurant. We were seated in an oversized booth which was fantastic. Our server Ryan had our meal perfectly timed and he was delightful. We started with shrimp cocktail which was good...would have liked dryer shrimp. We had the beet salad which was epic and my sister had the filet and I had the prime rib end cut. Both meals were exceptional. We had toffee pudding for desert which was just a couple of small bites to finish the meal. It was hot Carmel cake...so yummy.
Our sever Jose was very attentive and accommodating. Everything was on point and very good. We will be back.
On a recommendation from our flight attendant we booked a table at the Steak House. We are so glad he did! The service and food was excellent. Can’t say enough about the steak and table side salad. Even our baked potato was perfect. The surprise we got was a wonderful steak filet meal and a very very reasonable bill.
had a very nice dinner, Staff Wait was great and attentive and food super
will come again in the future
The fillets were very tender.
Celebrated my mom’s birthday here and it was a wonderful experience! The service was really good and our meal were delicious! They even brought out creme brûlée so we could sing happy birthday to her! We will definitely be coming back!
Great meal with great service. Quiet setting and Jose P. is the best server.
Saturday March 10th, 2018 at 7:30 pm. It was my husband's birthday. It was a very disappointing experience, and the service was terrible! Jose was our waiter. Not only was he not very personable, but he never even mentioned that salad came with the dinner! We were supposed to have table side salad service with our meal. We never even got our salad, until after our dinner was over, and the check had come. We never would have gotten the salad at all, if I hadn't noticed on our bill that a salad was supposed to have come with it! We had to ask, and then we were offered our salad "to go". The scallop appetizer was way overcooked...tough and dry. Even after we sent it back, and got another one, it was still dry and overcooked. The filet trio was good, but a little overcooked, as well, from the medium-rare that we requested. It was more like a medium. Gary, the manager, gave us his card and offered to take care of our next meal there, because of all the problems we encountered. I hope that he will remember us, and make good on his promise. when we call him. Hopefully, we will have a better experience, and a better review next time. Our experience this time, I am sorry to say, really put a damper on my husband's birthday night out.
Delicious dinner for spouse and I.
We both had a New York Strip with baked potato.
Salad and bread to start was fresh and delicious. The house vinaigrette was delicious.
Service was excellent.
Would definitely recommend and will go again if ever at South Point in the future.
Try to go to this steak house whenever we're in Vegas. Steaks are very tasty, other fair not as much. Service was business-like on this occasion - really disappointing; waitress felt robotic. What a shame when we're spending $200 for dinner for the two of us (no alcohol). Our waitress showed great personality with familiar guests but we felt like she was merely tolerating our presence. Her assistant was fantastic and he made up for her lack of personality and grace. We'll continue to go for the steaks in spite of the inconsistent service.
Our fourth visit here; the food was amazing - as always - but this articular visit I felt as though I was an annoyance to the server. he most attention she paid to us was when presenting me with the tab - then it was all smiles and the most she'd said to us all night long. I see through such a "I want a nice tip" routine. Impress me with your personality BEFORE the food arrives, not when you're sucking-up to me after we're through with the meal... That said, I'd likely return again, because the steaks were/are always amazing.
Good food. Love that it is in south point l, so I can have a nice meal and not have to fight traffic on the strip
It was my Husbands Birthday we had an enjoyable time and our waiter Jose and buss boy were excellent. We have eaten at your Steak House many times, and will do so again.
Good steaks for the price point. Fairly attentive service. Traditional menu offerings - not inventive, but high quality. I will return.
A must every time I'm in the Vegas area. The rib eye and the filet are very good. Its nice to get a baked potato and a salad included in one price.People serving you are outstanding, friendly and professional.
Great place over all.
Best steak house in vegas. Great steaks, fantastic service and good value compared to some of the more pretentious steak joints in Vegas
Seemed a bit overpriced for quality of steaks. The prime rib was great but ribeyes were disappointing. We prefer the Primarily Prime Rib at Southpoint casino. Service was a little shaky.
Had a reservation but was seated at the first table from the entrance door... not very good ambience!
We had a very enjoyable evening with the exception of the lack of acknowledgement for the birthday. Not even a Happy Birthday especially when we were asked what the occasion was during the reservation.
The food and wine were very good.
Food and service is excellent. Been eating there for the past 5 years when we are in Vegas. Never had a bad meal or service. Waiter Michael is excellent if you can get him. Host and hostess are also very nice
Paul is our favorite server.
Great food, very attentive service. The best beignets for desert!
Me, my husband, my sister and brother in law met up in Vegas to celebrate our anniversary. We had been married in Vegas 25 years ago. We drove down to Southpoint to see whag the horse thing was about and found the Silverado. Dinner was a wonderful experience and the waiters were very nice, friendly and funny. The food was delicious. My sister can be hard to please at times loved it.
Vanessa tossed a great salad table side. Four medium sized perfectly prepared asparagus accompanied each dish. Excellent line-caught King Salmon took me back to vacations in Alaska.
Food was great. Service was great. Waitress was very efficient and very busy yet we did not feel neglected.
Hands down my favorite Steakhouse in Vegas. Have never had a bad meal there. Amazing food at a great price.
Always a great time at the Silverado Steak house for our monthly Girl's Night Out! Kelly as our server puts it over the top. Great food, great service and a great evening!
Great place for a great meal without needing to leave your hotel.
Very aware of people's food allergies and making moves to keep cross contamination from happening.
In these times of ultra high prices in Las Vegas, this steak house was a relative bargain. Two bone in Rib Eye steaks, potato, salad and cocktails for 2 was $155. Service was very good and the place looks good. My steak, which I take some responsibility, was well done and dried out. I had asked for it to be medium well with a sear. My wife's steak which was ordered medium was perfect, tender, tasty and juicy.
Just a classy place to eat!
It is our go to restaurant from now on!
Great evening out with a terrific meal highly recommend the NY steak
Great Lenten dinner menu for a Steakhouse. We loved our choices and thoroughly enjoyed our meal with visiting family members. We've been there too and their steaks are definitely worth trying.
Great food very good service. Will be back! Very good quality steaks and the salmon was very good.
Very good servers and the meal was prepared perfectly and beautifully presented.
Our dinner was exceptional. We both had filets that were cooked to perfection, rare and medium rare. We had great bourbon manhattans. Our waiter, Jose M. Is the best. We love the whole staff!
Dennis was fabulous as wait staff. Food excellent. Great time
I took my wife out for a early Valentine's dinner and we decided on the Silverado steakhouse and we were not disappointed. The food was delicious and the service was fantastic. I highly recommend it.
One of the best steaks I’ve ever had. It’s pricy but worth it for a special occasion.
