   Had some overseas friends visiting. We were 5 people and got a very nice corner table. Food was exquisite and service good. Will come again.

   I’ve eaten here a few times so I know what to expect. It’s as pedestrian as one can find in a diner. I asked for the Feta Cheese, Spinach and Cremini Mushroom Omelette and there were no mushrooms, very little cheese or spinach. I asked that it be cooked over easy (soft) and it was well done and served cold. It was a brick. The potatoes and onions were also cold as was the English muffin. A total disaster as usual. I should have returned it but didn’t bother. This is typical fare at Silvur. The waitress was pleasant enough but seemed a bit vacant. Probably my last time to visit here.

   I had the Green Giant fresh pressed juice and the power breakfast. Super delish! Staff was very friendly and courteous and courteous and professional. Will definitely visit again

   Good quality and great variety, so it's easy to find something for a party with divergent tastes. Also like some of the lower calorie options - wish they had more. Silver is a neighborhood go-to, so I'm sure we'll be back many times.

   Took some family from out of town here for a midday meal. Our server was fabulous and attentive, and the food was delicious (as always). My MIL raved about the pistachio mousse, saying it was the in the top 3 desserts she’d ever had. Felt totally comfortable maskless given the spacing between parties and cleaning precautions/air purification methods used by Silver. I cannot recommend Silver enough!

    The food was fabulous, but the only thing that knocked my review down was that my mom and I were looking forward to trying particular entrees for lunch, but apparently they only serve the brunch menu on weekend daytime hours. The menu on the website shows that lunch is daily but apparently that just means Monday through Friday. They did let us pick dishes off the Express Menu for lunch after I asked about it, but the whole purpose was to try some of the entrees that were only available during dinner or weekday lunches.

    It was ok. The salmon (my favorite for years) isn’t as good as you used to be. It’s drier and not much sauce to flavor the fish.

    It was a beautiful evening to sit outside, very pleasant. The roasted Brussel sprouts and salmon were delicious. I had a margarita for a drink - very tasty. Impressed.

    Food was great! However, service was NOT good. It started well, but after awhile we RARELY saw our server who did not check on us. We were trying to order more food and dessert but were so annoyed that we just left. And when giving us our check, the server had the gall to say, “Well, at least the food was good!”

    Good food, not good service. This was not about the waiter, he did the best he could. They are incredibly short staffed, this is not the kind of restaurant that I should have to spend two hours in to have a meal. If the management can't find enough help they should be reducing the number of tables they are making available.

    Our server knocked over a glass of iced tea all over my sweater, jacket, and pants. While it was only an accident, she had no idea what to do after that. She couldn’t even figure out where the towels or napkins were. After I asked for more napkins, she only brought me one. She refilled my tea, and she then never returned to our table for continued service. I then sat for the rest of my meal, and for my friend’s special birthday-soaking wet and freezing. Then the restaurant did not offer to compensate me for my poor experience. I will not be returning to this establishment ever again. It was beyond disappointing.

    Fantastic: I have NEVER had a better tasting or prepared Bronzini. The accompanying vegetables also were superb. The Pistacchio Mousse is my favorite dessert, which is saying a lot as I have a sweet tooth. Our server Sam was very nice. Not so good: we were there at 5pm on a warm Sunday. Some outside tables were occupied but almost no one was inside. They were clearly short staffed. As accommodating as they wished to be, they didn't have the staff so sustain attentive service. I would return to order my favorite Mourvrede wine and Bronzini and pistacchio mousse in a heartbeat.

    Silver is my go-to place in Bethesda. The food is fabulous. There was a piece of paper in one of our meals. The manager was super apologetic and took away the charge, which was much appreciated.

    We ordered the Angus Cheeseburger and the Smoky Gouda Burger. Both burgers lacked sufficient seasoning on the meat. We had to ask for extra condiments to cover the taste of the meat itself. I would not recommend the food here, although the service and waitstaff were great and super friendly.

    First time there. Have seen it for years. Looked at the menu online to make sure that fish was available for my pescatarian friend. Good selection. She had the scallops and loved them. Happy hour drink prices and appetizers were a nice surprise for a 5:30 reservation. We arrived ahead of the crowds on a Friday night. Really pleasant. Not rushed. Had a great young lady as a waitress. Food came out fast and hot. Loved everything.

    Food was very good. Had to send back overcooked raw steak. 2 servers working entire restaurant. 25 minute wait for cocktails. No manager walking around helping. One table left after being seated. Noted bday celebration on reservation. Nothing done.

    Arrived & were seated & took 10 minutes before our table was approached. Ordered drinks & took sometime for them to arrive. Had to ask someone to find our server to place our food order. Food arrived for 2 guests. Had to go to host stand to ask where the 3rd guests food was. Also had to ask for server to order another round of drinks. Had to ask for check as well. Restaurant was clearly overwhelmed & not staffed adequately. Seems as though they should do a better job of not seating people if the do not have the staff to service the dining room.
