Great ambiance but overall can find better food elsewhere.
Cute spot for authentic Thai food. Will definitely be back!
Great food, service is less comfortable, too dark, specially some tables in the corner.
Not a very extensive menu but the items we ordered were very good
Their khao soi actually reminded me of the khao soi I had in northern Thailand. Cocktails were refreshing and the atmosphere was great for a date. Corn fritters weren’t anything special but overall very happy to have tried out the place
The Poke bowl was very good and fresh. The Pad Thai was good, but protein was a little on the sparse side.
Very nice ambiance and I would go again.
The food, wine and service were outstanding. Just didn’t care for the old fish smell. Got used to it by the end.
Great place. Delicious food and friendly service. We made a reservation for lunch, and then came back in the evening for sushi bar and beer. It was awesome!
I will be going back to Silli Kori again for sure, and hopefully some time soon. The service was great, they were attentive but also gave us our space. The food was amazing, I had the salmon dish and would highly recommend it (day dreaming about it now). We sat out on the front patio under the twinkly lights; although we went for an earlier dinner, it was quiet and relaxing.
Food arrived cold. They took it back only to send out the same food after they put it under a braiser. It arrived with the same squeezed lime and wilted cilantro.
Boring wine list and the service wasn’t very friendly.
Always a great dinner spot. Check the menu online or on Yelp as they have more items than appear on the menu at the restaurant.
It was my Birthday and my son lives in the neighborhood....... this was both of ours first time here, what a GEM!
The food OUTSTANDING...... we are so excited to find this treasure in the neighborhood! We will be back soon!
Happy to have this place in my neighborhood! The food and drinks are really good and the service is friendly.
The food is always soooo good!!!
I can't say too much as I've only tried a couple of things on the menu, but I had the Avocado Tempura, Pad Thai, and Carrot Cake. All three were VERY delicious! As far as meals go, the price of the Pad Thai was higher than listed online by a couple of dollars, but for Wicker Park was still pretty reasonably priced.
The atmosphere was really lovely. It was fairly dark with candles. I went with my friend but I saw a few couples on dates. They had a couple of larger tables that would be good for groups of six or so, although I'm assuming you should make a reservation to make sure you get one. The bar seating looked very nice, too.
The service was GREAT. Every time my water was empty someone was there to fill it. I had a reservation and we were seated promptly. The food came out in a reasonable amount of time, and the server was attentive without feeling like she was hovering.
I would highly recommend this place!
P.S. If you hate cilantro, make sure your dish doesn't come with it. I had to pick it off of my dinner. My friend, however, loved the addition of cilantro to her Pad Thai.
Great food and drinks at reasonable prices. Nice atmosphere. The only thing we could do without is the large tv showing bright music videos. It doesn’t go with the otherwise pleasant dining atmosphere. But we love this place and will be back frequently !
Food was super tasty, with unique flavor for us. Will definitely return. Way too dimly lit though, I could hardly read the menu.
Great find nestled on Division...menu is a little limited when it comes to having a ton of options but the food they do have is amazing. Tons of value here, both on food and drink, and a great place for a casual meal or a date.
Love this place, we will be back.
Surprisingly good authentic Thai food in Wicker Park.
Server was really helpful with descriptions of dishes.
This place is incredible. Stumbled upon this place one night walking along Division. Was looking through the window and saw that it was low-key. Met the bartender, Eric. Awesome guy, makes amazing drinks too. For food, Kori makes authentic Thai. For a causal date night, or just drinks. Do not miss this place.
Love this place. It has great ambiance, great food!
Kao Soi was outstanding. Best thing on the menu.
Nice interior and friendly atmosphere but food was bland and service was rather slow.
PERFECT FOOD EVERY TIME.
I would recommend the Prawn curry, the corn fritters, the tomato salad, and the crab soup.
Some really good unique Thai dishes. The khao soi is amazing!
I liked everything about this place and would hope they do a good business. Our server was great. The cocktails were delicious. The atmosphere is comfortable and the price is manageable. My sole complaint, and I hope this was a fleeting problem, was that there was a bad sewer smell throughout the room, especially near the kitchen. For me, that was hard to get past. While I'd recommend Silli Kori, I would suggest a call ahead of time to ask if this problem has been remedied.
Went to take my mother out for lunch, had a great experience, my parents loved the food and it was great atmosphere.
Server recommended the curry and it was great!
Typically Thai food is greasy and this was not the case. Was flavorful, light, and fresh.
Thanks open table users for recommending a nice restaurant with great food. It's towards the end of division so not so crowded at lunch, easy to get tables
While we enjoyed the food, there was only one server and it took 25 minutes to get our water glasses refilled, not to mention the 40 minute wait on food when there were only two other tables full.
Food was amazing! I had massaman curry (which is my favorite) and this was the best I'd ever had! Cocktails were great, service exceptional and are dishes were delicious. A must-go!
I'm hooked! Not your typical Thai restaurant, and the food is fantastic. Don't miss the corn fritters, tempura avocado, and the crispy curry rice salad (with tofu) - outstanding!
The good just wasn't that good. Restaurant has no personality. It was kid-friendly and the service is was very attentive though.
