    Both main dish NY strips were cold when first delivered. The waiters very nicely removed both dishes. The chefs did a good job the 2nd time around. The shrimp dish was very tasty. The waiters were very mannerly & wanted to please. Thanks for remembering my husband’s birthday.

    Service was wonderful, place was lovely. Appetizer and my dinner was great. My wife didn't care for hers (the Salmon dish). I can see why, it looked poached, not pan seared. Boiled fish is never that great! The biggest reason I wouldn't rate it higher is the amount of kids outside and inside. I know if you're going to build a resort with a kids' splash pad right below the restaurant balcony, it's a given you're going to listen to kids scream and screech. But then we moved inside and it was more of the same. It's a shame too. Perhaps it was just because it was Labor Day weekend, I'm not sure. Also, the directions that were on Google Maps, attached directly to the reservation, clearly took you to the wrong place. They directed you to the Spa, not the restaurant.

    - Great environment — Poor customer service : 1 hour waiting time for main course for just a burger and salad with grilled steak even though the restaurant was not busy AND they almost forgot the grilled steak! ( we ended up take them to the room) —. Food was disaster: the burger buns were saggy and plain The salad was nightmare : every bite was sandy , grilled steak was rubbish (ordered medium) and dried. I stopped eating it after tried different part of the plate and threw a whole thing . Over all , paid $70 bill plus $20 tip for a poor dinner and ate at our room. We deserved better ! I don’t give reviews often but since I was asked to give my experience about it, I was honest. Hope things getting fixed and organized.

    If you go, ask for Jasmine C to be your server. She was engaging, attentive and overall the best server we've had in a while. She, in a very timely manner, checked in on us to make sure we had what we needed. Jasmine, you crushed it! As for the restaurant, it has a nice view of the resort and Tucson in the distance. Food is typical resort fair and overpriced.

    We had a wonderful evening. The cocktails were just what we wanted. My husband is now a ceasar salad guy and he loved it. The pasta and short ribs were both amazing. I am bad at names but I think Carlos was our server and he was spot on. Then we topped it off with dessert , church beignets YUM

    A comedy of errors. The valet was backed up when we arrived, took cars out of order, and charged $10, which has been complementary at every other resort I’ve ever been to. We reserved a patio table, where the hostess seated us after another wait. No one even brought us water before we were asked to move inside due to an approaching storm. We were seated at a large banquet table despite being a party of two. A few minutes later we were asked to move again to a smaller table at the absolute back of the dining room as far from the patio as possible. It was only at this third table, 20 minutes after our arrival that we finally received a glass of water. The food was ok, although someone decided it was a good idea to serve a tostada on a bed of pickled onion making it completely soggy. The croutons were greasy and inedibly hard as if they had been fried. The atmosphere was screaming child chic. The valet tried to charge us a second time on the way out. I deeply regret making this reservation and will never patronize this establishment for any reason ever again. Awful evening. Zero stars.

    This was far and above a typical hotel meal. This was an amazing experience from beginning to end. Incredible atmosphere, wonderful view out on the patio, and great low key service the whole evening. Dinner was excellent and then went over the firepits overlooking pool afterwords and had an equally special experience. We can't wait to go back.

    Menu had good offerings. I ordered the gem salad which was delicious but served with undercooked shrimp. The burgers were huge and cooked nicely. Service was soooooo slow I didn’t even ask for correction of shrimp as it took 30 minutes to get drink orders in and then additional 20 minutes to put food orders in. When dining with kids this definitely makes the meal more stressful. Staff were hanging around at the counter when orders needed to be taken. Poor management and service training

    This restaurant has excellent food and an excellent selection of fine spirits. The short rib and mashed potatoes were very tasty. The queso with chorizo is an absolute must when visiting. The staff are very attentive and friendly. The value for the money is well worth it. The food is five star.

    We had a beautiful and delicious meal at Signature Grill at Marriott Starr Pass. The Paella and the Salmon are fantastic, and our server Jackie was amazing! She made our evening so personable and her service and attention to detail was excellent! I highly recommend this restaurant to locals here in Tucson and also visitors from afar.

    Jackie was a very nice server with great recommendations. She was attentive to us on the patio while balancing her other tables. We had no room for dessert but went with her recommendation and took it to go. We frequent this resort and feel the service was finally matched.

    Our dinner check was $105.00 waiter ran $248.00. Luckily we caught it and it was corrected. I had New York steak. Requested medium and got well done! It was US Grade Good. I am a former Safeway meat market manager and know meat grades. Better steaks at Golden Corral.

    Service was terrible - no water service, took an hour and 15 minutes to get our meals. Steak was inedible, burger dry and over cooked, and they brought an entirely wrong meal than what we ordered for one person. We did have one dish that was delicious, though it didn’t come as stated (no mashed potatoes).

    Food was really good. Excellent appetizers and great selection of mains. Need to also mention the very interesting Italian Dove cocktails which everyone was impressed with - both for taste and presentation. But, most impressive, was the service. Unfortunately, have forgotten our servers name, but she was truly outstanding. High recommend and will be back for sure.

    The main problem I had was with the service training. The collection of these things let's me know that the management is missing or incapable: *The server asked to take the dinner order without bringing the ordered drinks first. Oblivious. *The drinks took FIFTEEN MINUTES to arrive. *We ordered two courses. We ate at a "normal pace". Our entrees came out while we were halfway done with the appetizer. The food runner just seemed to wait for us to move our plates. This was to be normal for them. Normal to have a $42 entree just hanging out at the table while we finished our app. I asked if we could finish our app first. *Lukewarm entree served five minutes later. Obviously the communication of service to kitchen is not stellar. Maybe the kitchen fires food and doesn't care if hot food is served hot? I had better experiences at the sandwich places and breakfast diners during our trip to Tucson.

    The food was very good, especially the beignets. I has the Nison burger which was very good but difficult to manage; I believe it would be better to put the stuffed pepper on the side rather than on the burger. Claudia gave us excellent service which was quick, responsive and gracious.

    Service started out good, but our server came back less and less. We were halfway through our meal before she checked back and she did not deliver the meal either. We decided not to get second drinks because it took so long the first time and our server did not check back frequently. We are choosing not eat there again as a result.

    Have eaten here before and felt very welcome. This time - we were a group of 3. Two females and one male, colleagues attending a conference. The server seemed to have some bias when it came to me - one of the females in the group; and since the only difference was that I am a person of colour (south east asian), I am left to ascertain that was the basis of the bias. He pointedly ignored me when taking the order even though I was the person who signaled and then told him we were ready to order. Then took my order as an afterthought. I actually called another server over when we needed something and he was fine. Staff need training on things like this. Excellent customer service is how people are treated - perception of feeling valued.
