   The brunch was so enjoyable! The food was great and set up in various stations. The seating was perfect, not crowded like some brunches. Food was tasty and warm. Staff was friendly and service was great!!! Great desserts too!!

   We enjoyed the Easter buffet so much! The food was good and the service was excellent!!! Julian was very attentive and friendly!!!! I give him 5stars!

   Very very Meh. $34 for tasteless Mac and cheese is a travesty. Wasn't very busy, but food took forever, and clearing of dishes also took longer than it should have. You're stuck on premise, so it is what is is, but I'll just uber into town next time.

   The food was fantastic as normal and Carlos our server was top notch. Our only issue was the host/hostess when we first got there. They seemed lost on where to put people. We asked for an outside table and when taken outside there were multiple tables dirty so we were moved inside. We live in the area and like to go to unwind and for the views.

   Menu certainly has southwestern flavor. Being a plain couple from east coast, we tried to deconstruct a bison burger and angus burger - but the deconstructed items appeared anyway. View and temp were great on the veranda.

   The ambience at the outdoor bar and patio was much nicer than the restaurant. Food was ok- brought out of town guests and can think of many other places that would have been better

    The new menu debuted tonight, and while a few favorites were retained, there were so many new interesting options. My husband ordered his usual burger, while I chose a vegetarian option --the Sweet Potato Sopa-- because it sounded unusual and included huitlacoche, a corn fungus which I've been wanting to try for decades. It was absolutely fabulous: delicious, complex, unusual flavors which even my husband liked. I've already booked our next visit so that I can share this dish with a friend for her birthday. Jackie, our server, remembered us from our last visit a couple of months ago, and even what we had ordered! She's an outstanding talent, even from Signature's whole staff of extremely friendly, competent, servers and chefs.
