Siena - Smithfield Ratings and Reviews
My husband and I went for our combined birthdays. A birthday card was waiting for us on the table signed by the waitstaff (very cool). Meal was outstanding as always and so was the service. Thanks Abbey! Dessert was made extra special by the chocolate "Happy Birthday" written on our plates with a candle in the dessert. Thank you Siena for making our birthday memorable.
My experience at Siena-Smithfield was fantastic. Both the service and food was exceptional. When, I first arrived we needed to sit in the bar area to wait for a table. However, we were treated very cordial. Our waitress Christine was very attentive.Thank you for a pleasant evening.
The food was delicious with more than generous portions and the waitstaff was polite, knowledgeable and attentive. My only complaint was that the background music was not in the background as it should be. It was loud and of the wrong genre for a restaurant of this caliber.
We had a large party of 16 of family and friends. Staff was excellent, including checking in with us the night before to talk about table arrangements. Food was delicious and had enough choices to accommodate everyone's preferences and diet restrictions. Prices were reasonable. Highly recommend Sienna.
It was very loud, but the waitress did her best so we heard everything she said. It did take longer than usual to get our food, but I was told that the chef was not happy with the first filet so he need to make another, which was perfection!!! Since we had to wait so long we were given a free dessert which was wonderful as well. Overall Siena never disappoints.
Had not been here for a couple of months. Our loss..........once again, did not disappoint. Service (Rachel) was great. Wine was very good, apps perfect and the entrees were outstanding. We were having dinner with our son and daughter in law. They requested we dine here. They live in Brooklyn and put Siena right up there with best they have down there. You will not be sorry you ate here. Make reservations because it is quite busy. There is good reason why......
Everything was wonderful as usual. Bartenders Danielle and Sam made the best cocktails. Our waitress Abby was attentive, professional, fun and put up with our special requests and needs. The chefs took great care of our family member who has very specific dietary needs. Kudos to Sienna Smithfield and their entire staff. They are why we keep going back!
It was a great experience, wish it had been there when our son attended Bryant University. The food, the service and the drinks were excellent. The only negative was there were dirty plates on the table when we were seated and missed by the hostess. The plates were not the fault of the bus staff, they were the fault of the 2 older couples at the next table who decided it was okay to dump their dirty bread plates on a clean table obviously set-up for a new seating. The place was crowded, every table in use at the time.
