We come to Siena all the time. It's our favorite restaurant!
Everything was outstanding! The veal chop was the best I’ve had. Our server was knowledgeable and attentive. Can’t wait to go back!
Awesome time!!! it was my friends birthday so we came for dinner we all had great meals and a memorable evening!!
Wonderful meal, great service! Overall tremendous experience!
Wonderful all around as always!!
The veal, scaloppine di vitello porcini was mediocre.
It needs more mushrooms
The fries were really delicious.
The Bloody Mary was excellent.
We had 7 in our party, from beginning to end, everything was perfect! Everyone ordered something different and it was all delicious! Appetizers to entree, scallops to filet there wasn’t anything left on the table! Atmosphere was perfect, nobody rushing you out.... great place for dinner or special occasion!
Been here before. Food this time wasn’t that flavorful. I had a daily pasta special and it was just okay. My friend has the veal chop the menu said 16oz but there was maybe 6oz of meat. Very stingy on there wine pours as well and this place is not cheap
My husband takes me here every year for Valentine’s Day it ( a little late this year due to us being both sick during Valentine’s Day) was a great experience I love this restaurant it’s my favorite restaurant in rhode island!! B
A near-perfect experience. But we couldn't understand why the hostess took upwards of 5 minutes to seat us - the restaurant was nearly empty and we had a reservation. She finally put us at a table barely big enough for one person. I had to get up and ask to be moved to a booth. Food was exceptional. The waitress was exceptional. Ambience was very nice.
Service was good, food was good but nothing to write home about. Have had better. The best was desert. Had the dough-boys.
Food and service was excellent. Anxious to go again.
Always a good time at Siena, and of course always great food.
As always we had a wonderful experience. Food was fabulous and the featured wine was delicious! Always satisfied!!
Food and service is outstanding. Ambiance is nice and relaxing. Will be going back again and would highly recommend it to everyone.
Great food and fast service. Prices were not bad at all for the amount of food you are given. I definitely plan on going again!
Service is excellent. Bartender Christine and wait staff Michaela are outstanding. We celebrated our 40th anniversary and it was just what we were looking for. We will be back for sure.
Our server was great and the food was delicious! Definitely will be back
Love the food and service at Siena in Smithfield. We do not like the music they play. Not soothing and much too loud. Would prefer something more relaxing. Could not hear the waitress clearly providing us with specials. Music too loud.
Great meal as always! Wonderful waitress.
Great service, excellent food!
Excellent dining experience from start to finish. Thank you.
Always enjoy dining at Siena. From the initial contact with the hostess to the payment of the check with the server it’s an enjoyable experience. First class all the way around and the food is absolutely delicious. Never had anything but a positive experience at Siena.
GREAT FOOD AND REASONABLE PRICES. Excellent service.
It was chilly in the restaurant and music was loud and a bit unusual for an Italian restaurant. Our waitress was very pleasant but flighty. Bus staff was a bit aggressive taking items out of the way before they were finished. Our waitress also asked to see ID for my debit card, which would've been great except she had already run the card through TWICE before asking me. Not in a huge hurry to dine there again soon.
Went on a Sunday so not as noisy as a Saturday. Our server was wonderful. For appetizers we had the meatball and balsamic calamari. Both outstanding. For an entree my friend and I wanted to share so we had the ravioli and short rib entree. I didn’t love the short rib. Was just ok. My husband had the shrimp and risotto dish. And our friends husband a gnocchi special which was amazing. Wish I had gotten that. The price for what you get is great. This is our favorite spot.
The food and server Amy were amazing
Everything was superb!
Food excellent service by Kevin S outstanding
This was our first time at Siena. We had a 5:45 reservtion but we arrived at least a half hour early. The folks at Siena were gracious enough to seat us promptly. The food was decent eand Amy our server was very attentive was great about getting the order correct. For what we got (Vodka pizza app, Ceasar salad w/ chicken, Chicken Picatta, and the scollop dish), the prices were reasonable. Not the best Italian food we ever had but decent.
Absolutely delicious dinner! Service was wonderful and we cannot wait to dine here again.
Appetizers were great
Swordfish portion surprisingly small
Desert was very good
Service was great
I tried Siena when it first opened in Smithfield and didn’t really care for the food, it could’ve tasted better and it didn’t live up to the Siena name but now four years later we tried it again and were very impressed the service was excellent, the food was very tasty the drinks were great at a reasonable price we will definitely be back.
We went here based on the reviews and a recommendation from someone who lived in the area. Really wasn’t that impressed. Started out sharing a caprese salad with my husband, And it had so much dressing on it it overpower the flavor of everything else. Then I got the swordfish and my husband had the chicken Milanese h end it had so much dressing on it it overpower the flavor of everything else. Then I got the swordfish and my husband had the chicken Milanese. He said it was just OK, and that’s how I felt about my swordfish. Really did not have a lot of flavor. The shining star of the meal was the Parmesan risotto. That was fantastic. There are lot of great Italian restaurants in and near Providence so I probably would not come back here.
Siena is always so enjoyable. Great drinks, great food and desserts.
I felt like my swordfish was a slightly smaller portion than I’ve had before and I am a very small eater.
We went here for our special evening. Our server was very good and attentive throughout. We started with the eggplant appetizer which was outstanding. We had the salad special which we split. This was very good as well. The disappointment was our entrees. I had the 8 oz Filet special which was way over cooked, lack any real flavor( not enough sauce) and had no starch. My wife had the salmon special which was a disappointment as the orange zest was over powering.
The food in Smithfield is up and down, much more consistent in Providence.
We had great service, and the Restaurant even gave me a Signed Birthday Card which was an extra touch.
As always we had a great experience, our waitress Rachel was a sweetheart she accommodated all of our requests with a smile and made ya feel welcome. We were celebrating my sisters birthday and we were there until you closed and still didn’t feel rushed at all. I highly recommend this wonderful place!!!
We waited 20 minutes after our reserved time for a table. My dinner was delicious. But the music was way too loud for dinner conversation. We asked the hostess and she said that she thought it was too loud too but her manager wouldn’t turn it down. Our waitress made several mistakes. She forgot a salad, a veal dish served was the wrong one and she offered to replace it, it went to the kitchen and mushrooms were added to the same plate and the side of peas came after we reminded them we were waiting for them 3 times. The dishes were collected and we weren’t asked if we wanted coffee and dessert. Only after sitting for some time did she bring over dessert menus for us to look at.
