For over 18 years Siena has been Austin’s premier destination for authentic Tuscan cuisine. Locally owned and operated Siena's owners wanted to share their love of Tuscany with Austin diners. Utilizing the talents of long time veteran of the Austin food scene, Chef Harvey Harris, Siena's goal is to transport the dinner from the hills of North Austin to the rolling hills of Toscana. Chef Harvey received his Master's Chef in Italian cuisine while attending culinary school in Piedmonte Italy, but his heart is in Tuscany where he lived and worked. All food at Siena is prepared to order, pasta is made fresh daily as well as all stocks and sauces. Our food is complemented by an award-wining wine cellar and served in rustic, elegant surroundings of thick stone walls and tall wood-beamed ceilings. Whether visiting for a light lunch, happy hour, special event, or a romantic evening, experience the welcoming charm of Tuscany close to home.

Private party facilities
Two private dining rooms are available.

Our Caminetto Room seats 17 to 40 guests and has its own fireplace and projection screen. Rustic stone walls, many windows and an arched ceiling add to its ambiance.

Our smaller Terrazzo Room seats 10 to 16 guests and is located upstairs in a private setting overlooking the main dining room. Arched windows, stone walls and a wood beamed ceiling add to its ambience.

Each room has very reasonable minimums depending on the day of the week and can be booked by calling Siena. Special multi course menus with several price points featuring popular selections are available under the private party link on our website. Or, we can customize a menu for your event!

Siena’s beautiful atmosphere and authentic Tusacan Cuisine will be a popular choice and will enhance any event.

My friends and I were very disappointed in our meal on February 21. We've dined here numerous times and have always loved it. However, this time the service was terrible; there were only 4 of us and the waitstaff had to return to our table a couple of times to confirm our orders and then still didn't get it right. The food served was not up to par and we waited an extra long time for it to be served and yet the restaurant was not that crowded.

Not sure we'll try it again; if we do, it won't be for a long time.

We had a great time. We had a quiet corner upstairs which provided a very nice environment for a romantic evening. Cozy.

Hostess was so joyful and welcoming! Food and ambience were impeccable. Service was definitely a no go. I am speaking for our specific waitress not the service in general. She was pushy.

Siena is a beautiful restaurant, and prefect for date nights and other special occasions. The service was great, and the food very flavorful. Will definitely be coming back again.

Well trained and attentive servers, consistently good cuisine, and an extensive wine list. Warm ambience.

The waiter came by to see how our dinner was, but in the middle of mt husband saying “the scallops were really good, but” he walked away. The salmon was over cooked. I had the mushroom pasta—always one of my favs—but I, who never salts anything, had to salt it twice to no avail. I don’t think they salted the pasta water. Also, i was not offered fresh ground pepper for my salad even though the pepper grinder was in plain sight. Don’t think we’ll bother to go back.

I have come to Siena many, many times and last night will be our last. After we got our salads we waited 1 hour for our dinner. NO manager ever came to our table and the waiter came a couple of times but then after he told us they were plating our dinner 30 more minutes went by and no waiter. They did take several glasses of wine off the bill. Not sure what in the world went wrong but it was sad cause we loved going in the past.

The service was professional and additional cooking was quick and efficient. The food quality is excellent and the fireplace on a cold, rainy day was comforting. I really enjoy scheduling business and personal lunches at this restaurant.

I've eaten here before but not for a few years. All 4 of us ordered fish and only one of us enjoyed the meal. The chef special fish was dry and overcooked. The pecan crusted fish was soggy, more like breaded and not how the menu or waiter described it. Food was sort of bland for the price. Go for the atmosphere, but not the entrees.

Place was a third full but service was slow. Food arrived warm not hot. Ordered a bottle of wine (there were 2 offerings - one more expensive) I ordered the less expensive- was charged for the more expensive one. All in all a bad experience.
