The food is good, but it's not outstanding. The ambiance is pretty nice. We were seated way in the back, so had a very quiet table. Ordered specials: the steak filet with Parmesan truffle potatoes, maybe 5 green beans, and the fish special with the pineapple salsa, black rice and 2 asparagus.
Always good food and excellent service.
We love Siena for ladies night dinner and drinks. We like the appetizer menu and the many options we have for dinner and dessert. The staff is always friendly.
Nice atmosphere, quiet. Server was courteous and respectful. Food was very good: eggplant and Thai salad. Tiramisu was very good. Coffee excellent.
Energy of Sienna is the best in Castle Rock. Bring back the cauliflower appetizer!
Great food, great service (michael, our waiter was awesome), the happy hour menu and prices made an enjoyable evening.
Great dining as always. On Friday nights it’s hard to have s conversation on bar high tops with live music. Music was wonderful! just hard to talk over.
Great food and terrific service!
Great local establishment to have drinks, quick bites or a casual lunch or dinner. Food and service are always on point. Always an enjoyable dining experience.
The food was excellent and our waiter was attentive. It was cold when the door opened but warmed up quickly again. They have fun cocktails to try.
The food and service were great.
Love the fish taco wrap...good combination of flavors and the fries were very good too. Chris was a very kind and thorough young waiter.
I typically have a great experience here, but this time - service was extremely slow. We had to wave the staff down anytime we needed anything -- order a drink, to order an appetizer, again for another drink, and again to order dinner. I also had to ask what the specials were for the night. Food was good, and like I said, typically, we have a good experience. Hopefully this was just an off night for them
We waited 25 minutes for our reserved table. 10 more minutes for water. Then we get an obnoxious waiter who interrupted our conversations with his random meaningless tripe. Very disappointing experience. Can't recommend this place.
Very nice restaurant, will definately recommend to my friends. Grear food and Great service
Great experience, great service, specialty cocktails.
The manager was fantastic and the service and food were top notch. Highly recommend!!!!!
The food was great as usual. The hostess - not so much. We asked for a table in the more desirable part of the restaurant, with better ambiance, she refused to seat us there on the pretext that tables there were reserved. I said I had reservation too, but that didn't matter.
What made things worse is the fact that noone entered the restaurant after us (we had a pretty late reservation), and of course noone sat on the so called reserved tables. Not sure why this young lady really is in the service business, she showed no interest in actually accommodating us, even though it was obviously possible to do that without much effort.
Good, but not great. At this price point I've had much better tasting and more creative food, and certainly better atmosphere and dining experience. The food is more expensive than impressive, and the atmosphere is a confused mix of sports bar (loud music, sports on TV, and obnoxious old people having too much to drink all around us) and date night (dim lighting, cozy tables, and a menu suited for sharing). Our server was attentive and timely, but not knowledgeable enough, and more concerned with making an impression than making sure we had a good time. Overall it was fine, but not worth my money. I probably won't be back.
We are regulars and live in Castle Rock so we have gone for over 3 years now. We miss the amuse bouche but the warm bread and dip that comes first is delicious. Happy hour is a great deal and I recommend always trying to sit outside in the beautiful courtyard in spring, summer and fall.
The barbeque shrimp appetizer is so good that we always get it. The best dessert is the s'more waffle with homemade chocolate ice cream. This time, our server, was Josh, and he was great!
I thought they would have more Italian food, but the tempura fish wraps were delicious. Since I was celebrating my friend's birthday, they made it even more special by noting her name and giving her dessert and beverage gratis. First time there. Very nice place.
Great Wait staff. We had the gentleman who was celebrating his birthday. Exceptional waiter!!
This was our first visit, selected to meet with good friends. We were accommodated with a cozy corner table that provided the perfect place for conversation. Our server was attentive and the food was delicious.
Service and food were great
The food and service was great. Awesome menu and specials. Decent wine
Nice atmosphere, clean and modern, excellent food. Really enjoyed our time there
Siena is our go to place in Castle Rock. Anything from friends and happy hour or as in this occasion, a birthday dinner that we are certain will be perfect!
Food was hit and miss. I had a short rib that tasted more like a pot roast than what was expected. My wife had pasta that was very good, Appetizer of calamari was not hot and the cooking oil was too cold.Take a chance and hope for the best.
We had another good dinner with friends at Siena last week. The food is always good and our server, Estee, provided us with excellent service. Highly recommended!
This restaurant has a nice ambiance with tables spaced for privacy. The food was excellent and the staff very friendly. It was so comfortable that on a first date we stayed and didn't notice they were closing until we stood up and saw just 2 of the help remaining. They never prodded us to leave as we just lost track of time. First class place !
We were seated in a new room on the south side of Siena since we had requested a quiet area. It was perfect - decor, allowed us to enjoy conversation without the noise of the central space. We plan to come again for dinner. Previously we only visited for lunch.
First time eating at Sienna and we will definitely be back. Food was delicious. Unfortunately it was a cold night and we we close to the door and got the occasional chill when it was opened. But that did not spoil a wonderful evening at a wonderful neighborhood restaurant!
Cozy ambiance, excellent service, fantastic food. The Siena s’more dessert was amazing!!
We are huge fans of Siena; however we had a bit of sticker shock when the check arrived. My wife and I each had the "specials" which were a Filet and Grouper; both of which were good; however $39 for a 6-oz. filet and $38 for the fish were way too highly priced! The waitress did not indicate the price when she informed us of the specials -- if she had we would not have ordered them!
Sienna has a terrific happy hour. The appetizers are tasty and the drinks well-prepared. A lively scene! I think their wines are very good, as well. Their meals are certainly adequate and ambitious. I believe their wait staff sets them apart from other restaurants. Our server, James, was excellent. At other times, all of our servers have been outstanding. Kudos to the waiters at Sienna!!
Try the s’mores dessert! Everything was delicious. I’ve never been told upon entering a restaurant with a reservation that the next table would be there in two hours- but that’s what we were told before being seated...so... it was a lil strange- however food was excellent, service was great so I would absolutely recommend it!:)
Like the atmosphere, noise level a bit high. Food was very good, but service was slow.
Fantastic restaurant in downtown Castle Rock we visit typically for special occasions. The food, ambiance and wait staff are great! On a cold night it is wonderful to have the opportunity to sit by a warm fire. Highly recommend!
The food was very tasty. We had the specials which were quite expensive. We should have asked how much the specials were before we ordered ($36)! The waiter (male) was haughty and disinterested. Never came back to ask if everything was okay or if we needed drink refills.
