The waitress was humorous but borderline rude to customers. The food was less than satisfying... not to order or cold. I will not be returning to this restaurant again.
Unfortunately it was not a quality dining experience. We had a variety of meals ordered (prime rib, spaghetti, fish and chips, southern fried chicken) and all were not very good. Disappointing evening to celebrate my father’s birthday.
The entire meal was a disappointment. I was there for a good steak and ended up with a $40 dry flavorless piece of meat. Honestly, many of the bars in Vegas have had much better steaks and sides for far less out of pocket.
Wonderful dining experience. Food was very good and the service was great. Looking forward to going again.
I appreciated using this format to make a reservation. Everything went smooth and the food was good as always. I am a local so I knew the El Cortez would be a good choice.
This place is consistent. Attentive service, good food, and nice atmosphere for the value. They're doing the best they can and still offer the Prime Rib special even during these hard times. We love Siegel's.
Old school Vegas ambiance! Covid makes everything less enjoyable, but still a good overall experience! You can't beat the prices in the downtown area! Great casino as well!
Had an anniversary with my wife and was never recognized about it. I had it all surprised for her, dressed up, and she felt like it was a normal night and made me felt terrible.
The baked potato was over cooked. The food had no seasoning, it was very bland. Will not be returning.
Great food ..great service...The only downside is that it's located in the casino so alot of smoke comes in
From the moment we stepped in, it was a hassle and not a good experience. The server was curt at first but lightened up toward the end of service. We had to send back an entire meal so we did not get to eat together (at the same time). Food was mediocre at best.
A retro vibe with good food in downtown Vegas hotel
Great service
Really enjoyed the meal
Good portion and very tasty
Dinner was very good, good price , the place looks nice , I like it
The food was out standing and the service was great. The value was very good as well. I would go back for sure.
The place was extremely outdated and the food was too. I have had better steaks at a truck stop while I waited the 6 minutes for my truck to fill up with fuel. The menu was only 10% of what they have posted online. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!
Nice atmosphere and great prices for Vegas. Prime Rib Dinner a plus.
Our server, Nancy, was so sweet. We had everything we asked for. The restaurant has spread out the tables and it was nice to not be able to hear others’ conversations. The food was good and I felt it was a great value for the money. Easy valet parking and the restaurant is close to the door (hubby is handicapped so that mattered). Everything about it was great.
Food and service was great! Wish more places like this were open in Vegas where you get that intimate feeling from a small place. With the spacing do to Covid, it make the experience better because people are not bumping elbows or in each other conversation.
Fantastic meal and even better service. Went there for Valentine's but will definitely go back.
Always a great meal.. Friendly service. Relaxing environment.
The waitress didn’t even check on us and never asked if we wanted a refill or anything. I was celebrating my wedding with my husband and mother-n-law and we brought our own cake and she never brought us plates or a knife to cut it and they wanted to charge $2.50 a slice but we just took it home. She dropped off the check and never saw her again. Next we went to pay and the cashier skipped us and went to customers behind us and then got snotty with us when we said we were here first even the other customers were telling her we were first. So the service was horrible and rude customer service. The only plus to the evening was the blonde hair lady who came out and rang us up she was a delight to deal with.
Food was over cooked or simply cooked and then reheated. Even at a discounted price, there was little value to the quality of the food vs price.
Belgian waffle was cold but the chicken tenders were excellent. Service was excellent.
Food, drinks, and service was awesome
Our server was exceptional
Coffee was burned. Food not good.
Had a great breakfast. When we are back in Vegaa, definitely coming back.
I searched online for best prime rib in Vegas and Siegels came up. Most of our group ordered prime rib and none of us were impressed. Maybe we all got a bad piece of meat. We are from the Midwest and have had much better steaks.
Ambience and decor were great, food was a good value and the service was fantastic. Only complaint was the odor, it was a little rough to eat with the smell of cigarettes from the casino and I believe they attempted to mask it with a pleasant scent but I recommend if you are eating there to sit in the back, it might help.
The service was excellent, the meal delicious and a fair price would recommend this place to everyone
I thought the food was good and the quality of the ingredients was exceptional and so was the service.
Smelled like cigarette everywhere. Made it hard to enjoy meal
We eat here every time we visit Las Vegas. Staff are experienced and do a nice job. The food is wonderful. My favorites are the matza ball soup and pot roast. My husband loves the prime rib special. They are open 24 hours and are one of the few "nicer" 24 hour restaurants downtown. If you want something other than fast food at 3am, this is the place to go.
The food was good, atmosphere was very elegant. Will be dining there again.
Good food and price great service
Like a really great diner! Good selection and tasty.
For a nice meal downtown, this is a nice place to try.
We were seated right away and the waitress was wonderful. The restaurant was clean and quiet enough to have a conversation. The breakfast was delicious and did not have to wait long. We will definitely be having breakfast here again.
Great food and great value. Need to identify pictures on wall.
