   The prime rib was a very good value and overall I feel our dinner was an exceptional value. The menu had a wide selection, so you could have a sandwich or a complete dinner. The initial reception was a little disorganized, considering it wasn't that busy as there were people waiting to be seated. The waitress was pleasant but not to attentive to the customers needs or if anything else was needed. She did come back, but should had been earlier in the service. I was impressed when the chef actually came out to see how the food was. I felt the quality was good. The atmosphere was not the fanciest, but it was a throwback to the early days.

   If you’re downtown Las Vegas and you’ve got the taste for meat , drop in Seigles 1941 , ask for their prime rib special. It’s the real DEAL. Probably a 16 oz succulent prime rib, just fatty enough to satisfy the meat cravings. The server was prompt, friendly and efficient. The meal came quickly and the prime rib was delicious , you can have generous amount of fries or baked potato, also get a veggie side , we got the corn. The special is a locals favorite and for good reason- you won’t find a cut this satisfying anywhere in Vegas these days for their price. You won’t be dissapointed.

   Took my mother here for a Mother's Day dinner. They had cheesecake and mimosas for mothers - very nice:)....Service was excellent. Food was, meh...perfectly fine but nothing great.

   Server was really good. Onion rings also good. That’s about it. Ribs, while tender, were lacking flavor. Fried chicken - nope. While we love El Cortez, it’s history and is great gambling and the name Siegel’s 1941 - it was just a bland and disappointing.

   What a wonderful experience. Staff was very welcoming. Our server (wish I could remember his name) provided the best suggestions I've had in a long time. Also, gave us information about some of the pictures on the walls. The Prime Beef was not only the best value but cooked to perfection. All 7 ladies had exactly as ordered.    Just amazing food! We love the freshness and great service we get at Siegels. Our server Denise is so welcoming and kind which is hard to find anywhere these days. The salmon is great and the homemade chicken soup is delicious. I would recommend coming here just for the history of the El Cortez. We cannot wait to come back.

    Fantastic prime rib special! Prime rib was delicious ( a bit fatty) but excellent flavour. Veggies needed a bit more cooking. I would definitely recommend the prime rib special!!

    Consistently excellent food, service and Wednesday’s have 50% off for 55+ menu that we always order from and have enjoyed very much. Choices include breakfast, lunch, dinner and desserts too. Parking is easy too. What’s not to love? Downtown’s best kept secret is Siegels at El Cortez Casino.

    Coworker told me about the half price prime rib. Whole table of four ordered and we were all very happy. The price rib was amazing and the sides were great. And when we went on a Monday night, there was only a small number of people there. Highly recommend!

    Wanted to see what the older side of Las Vegas was about. We chose Siegel's for the history of Bugsy's life. Little did we know the restaurant is only 8 years old. The staff is great, especially Daisy. The food is just average, a bit overpriced for the area. And the area is a bit on the seedy side, so prepare yourself. Really wanted to give it more stars.

    Made a reservation and arrived about twenty minutes early. Was asked to wait for a table while the restaurant was deserted. (I do give Grace for staffing shortages, but still). Once seated, waitress did not come to table for another 10 minutes. When she arrives, she was pleasant and took our drink and food order simultaneously. About 18 minutes later, drinks arrived (Diet Coke and glass of wine). Waitress returned a few minutes later (we were seated approximately 25 minutes by this point) to tell us they had run out of the Mac and cheese we had ordered. We paid for our two drinks and left. Very unfortunate, was looking forward to trying out the prime rib.

    Specifically went here for the stone crab. Wasn’t until after we were seated, we were told they ran out the day before. Ended up with fried chicken and a burger. The fried chicken was dry and overcooked. The sides tasted like they were out of a can.

    My family and I were looking forward to a nice rib dinner but was sorely dissappointed. We told the waiter what was wrong and I all could do was ask us if we wanted something else when we asked if we could get some ribs that weren't overcooked. What we got wasn't any better because both the fish platter and fried chicken tasted burnt. It was like the oil they used was spent and needed to be changed. I think we're going to eat much less there.

    Well we made a reservation for St Patty's Day. Arrived 20 minutes early- and did get seated BUT... they were already out of the special-corned beef and cabbage! They had three more hours to go for reservation guests! How does a restaurant that advertised an event, run out of the featured offering? Then the waitress was S-L-O-W at taking any orders and the only time she was prompt was to take our payment. Had been looking forward to the dinner... BTW: Local resident... How does a kitchen run out of reserved patron foods?

    The place overall is kind of a dump. Priced as a higher end steakhouse downtown however, the place has gotten tremendously dated and has an almost cafeteria like ambience. There are lots of places to go for a steak downtown. I would put this on my low priority. Prices are the same as Hugo’s or Oscars however but you’ll be eating from mismatched silverware.

    We had reservations, showed up a little early and got seated right away. I ordered the spaghetti w/meatballs and my friend the salmon. Both were very good, portion of spaghetti was huge. The only thing I was disappointed with was the Wednesday "special" 50+ menu. I didn't feel there was a very big selection. Other than that we were pleased with Siegel's and will go again.

    Overall good, we got sat down a little after our reservation, then had to wait for a waitress for awhile then took order for drinks then waited awhile again for our drinks to be served and so on with food service food was mediocre this time usually it is always great not sure why this time was not I guess sometimes we have a off night , I will come back because I know we have had a lot better service and food there

    Can't comment on the quality of the food as we didn't stay to eat. We had a reservation but the staff gave zero f#@ks about service so we went across the road to the squashed pig where we really enjoyed our meal.
