This brunch is amazing!!! Strange combination (focus on dim sum) but so delicious!! The smoked salmon bennies and churros with caramel sauce are a must try! We'll be back!

We shared the 48 ounce rib-eye steak and it was excellent. Service was very attentive. It was an enjoyable meal albeit a little on the expensive side.

We came in for Valentine's Day and it was perfect in all aspects. It was our first time at your restaurant, although we do frequent the lounge . We look forward to coming back and sitting outside in the summer as we have a home in the benchlands and spend much time in Whistler in the summer season as well.

Service was great, and , for the most part, so was the food. One of my guests had the striploin steak and it was cooked to his liking but the meat was very "grissly".

I had the Japanese wagyu. Flawless preparation and delicious. Extensive choices of sides but decided on 2: asparagus with hollandaise and squash with sage and truffle. Both were exceptional. Bar drinks and wine list varied and reasonable. Service was friendly and comfortable. If you are visiting Whistler and love good food this is a must on your list!!

They need to learn how to serve Alaskan King Crab legs, pre cooking and heating it up in microwave just does not cut it

We celebrated three birthdays last Saturday. The staff was wonderful and went the extra mile making it special with lovely cake slices with a personalized message written on the plates in raspberry sauce. Food was absolutely delicious!!! A+++. Especially recommend the sable fish and wagu steak. Highly recommend!

This might have been one of the best meals I have ever had. We each had steak which was excellent, but the sides of vegetables and the bread were amazing! The service was great, attentive yet not too close so you could enjoy your guest without interruption. Also, in the bar, our waitress was a 10+! Overall, fabulous!

Everything was excellent!
They met my dietary needs effortlessly.
Great steaks, excellent sides, delicious mussels. I can’t wait to go back and try other items. Fantastic wait staff! Well done Side-cut!
