Great local restaurant, food is always excellent. Love the Sanders Hot Fudge Cream Puff for dessert!

I ordered one of the “specials” labeled Florida’s grouper.
We have had grouper in fla a lot so I was excited to have it in mich
It was tough like rubber but didn’t want to b embassing so choked some done.
My husband’s fettuccine was tough.
Prices were high for what we ordered

Sibley Garden was a lovely place to enjoy lunch with my Book Club. It was quiet enough for conversation. The service was excellent. Our waitress was accommodating and smiled the entire time she served us. The menu is varied and everyone agreed the food was delicious.

Since moving to the Downriver area 4 years ago, Sibley Gardens has become our family favorite and
go-to restaurant to celebrate important events, such as birthdays, anniversaries, and friends coming to town. We love the traditional atmosphere of the bar and dining room, and the food never disappoints. The escargot recipe is the most special presentation we have ever encountered, even at higher-priced dining establishments.

As usual the food and service is top notch. The new bolognese sauce with ribeye steak is awesome! The formaggio Appetizer was new too us and is now our favorite. We’ve decided to make this a twice monthly visit now to carefully try it all

Came here for Valentine’s and it was lovely. Everything was delicious, service was very attentive, ambiance was great. Highly recommend.

Over priced. I believe the price at the restaurant was higher than the menu on line.

First time dining at Sibley Gardens. Went with friends to celebrate a birthday. We all loved it! From cocktails to dessert the meal was a delight. Service was exceptional! Friendly and unpretentious waitstaff. Always there when wanted but not obnoxiously present. Appreciate that meal included soup or salad and vegetable or potato. Will definitely return.

Everything was delicious from the appetizer to the dessert . Even though it was crowded , it was a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. We had good service and good food!! We will definitely be back.

As my life marches on, Sibs incorporates for me and my closest friends a place of relaxation and comfort that you cannot replace. I see old friends and at times make new. I and many others appreciate what your family works very hard maintain. I think you know what you offer, is special to many. Appreciate it.

Best steak I’ve had. Twice baked potato was awesome too! They don’t skimp on alcohol in their drinks either. Looks like it’s straight out of good fellas inside but that’s overshadowed by the food by 1000%.

Excellent service. We loved everything we ordered. Fettuccine Alfredo was so good. Wide variety of wine choices. Can’t wait to return for another meal.

Location isnt the greatest; but there aren't any windows! Great solution. Interior is lovely; very swanky old school Italian. Anthony was a wonderful server; very attentive.

The atmosphere is 2nd to none. We had a booth which was very comfortable and private. Food was excellent, worth the price, Definitely would recommend for a special dining experience.

I was there to celebrate my mother's 93rd birthday. Everything was outstanding. She was a little disappointed that they did not have frog legs but she was fine with ordering the coconut shrimp. Thank you to our waitress Melissa, she made my mother's birthday very special. The people sitting around us also sang Happy Birthday to my mom.

New Year’s Eve

Not one of our best experiences. Made to feel like we were a bother to staff as they devoted all their attention to their regulars.

The service was prompt; we were seated right away. The food was delicious; the waitress was polite. We had a good time.

Sibley never disappoints.

May be my most frequented restaurant. Classic old fashioned Italian American restaurant, except for the fact that they make Italian food correctly, their veal is particularly good. Broad menu, to serve most any patron. Amazing deserts, seafood and specials. All for a reasonable price for the quality of the food that you get. Oh, and best steak you will find outside of a dedicated, high end (read much more expensive), Steak House, and they are still better than many of those I have been too. Impossible to not mention the amazing staff. They have been wonderful every time I have been there. A downriver institution. The area would not be the same without them.

We were seated on dining room side after being told there were no seating available on bar side when I booked reservation, after being seated another party came in and asked if there was anything available on bar side and was told absolutely and was seated on bar side. During dinner all the waitstaff was standing in front of room and just acting like a party was going on, very loud, was not an enjoyable evening at all!!!

Was very good food, good service. That being said very pricey for what you get. Shrimp cocktail is a great example at $14, and you get 4 shrimp.....
