   There are few dining experiences as relaxing and satisfying as dinner on the patio on a nice evening. The summer price fixed menu is a tremendous value. For the price we expected abbreviated courses, no way! Same nice portions, same outstanding flavors! The carrot soufflé was smoked this time, Wow!

    We tried Si Bon for the Greater Palm Springs restaurant week and were very glad we did. They had a good selection of a Prix Faux menu to choice from. I had the homemade linguini & clams while my wife had the salmon. Both dishes were delicious and well prepared. The appetizer and dessert were also great. The nice surprise was how well made the drink were. They were creative drinks and they do not skimp on the alcohol. Overall we were very satisfied with our first time there.

    We stopped in for restaurant week,they first gave us cold stale bread,the bread was actually white that how stale it was,we both had the lobster bisque it tasted like ginger and looked like turmeric 🤮 they both had 1 tiny piece of lobster,the main course was a little better I had linguini and clams,the linguini was the color of turmeric my wife's salmon was good,that was the only thing that had flavor and the deserts

    My wife and I came in for a late lunch/early Supper (SPLUNCH) with Beth as our server and both the meals and service were excellent. We’re regular customers and Beth knows exactly about our drink & food choices and immediately brings them to our table.

    Si Bon is one of our favorite local spots, especially for brunch. You can’t go wrong with the French Crepe! My favorite yummy dish. And don’t get me started on the Bloody Mary’s or mimosas!

    We had such a wonderful experience here. Such a treasure find out in the desert. Great ambience, friendly staff, and the food was delightful! I had the best breakfast item I have ever eaten in my entire life. The Mango Stuffed Belgian Waffle was a winner! Chewy waffle stuffed with fresh mango inside and topped with fresh berries and that to-die-for bruleed custard on top was a true gamechanger!! Cannot wait to return on our next visit...

    We took advantage of the Greater Palm Springs Restaurant Week and had a fabulous 3 course dinner here. The crab bisque and Brussels sprouts with duck prosciutto appetizers were amazing. Our salmon was perfectly cooked and the vegetable assortment on the plate was tasty and elegant. The service was attentive and upbeat.

    The food at Si Bon last night can best be described as uneven. It was the first night of Restaurant Week in the Coachella Valley, and the restaurant was quite busy for a night in the off-season. The first courses were the weakest -- my lobster bisque was the color of turmeric and did not really taste of lobster, and my wife's pate was served with soggy bread and very few accompaniments. The mains were much better -- we both had the small filet with shrimp and some vegetables, and it was quite good. Desserts were also good -- I had the Belgian waffle pudding (basically a bread pudding) and my wife had two scoops of very rich and creamy gelato. Service was very attentive when the server was present, but there were long periods when he disappeared. Overall, the mean was pretty good but had some clear weak spots.

    We typically enjoy Si Bon so we go back once in a while. Last night was an exception: The service was slow, it was the first night of restaurant week but no busier than usual. Our entrees took a very long time. When they did the Mussels and Pasta had obviously been sitting under the heat lamp too long and there were multiple splintered cracked shells that created a challenge to avoid little shell shards. We felt our wait person was either indifferent or struggling. We hope this is an exception to what we usually find to be a good if not great experience. We will try again to see if it was just an off night.

    What can I say about this restaurant? Only that we enjoy the food and service so much that we came back three times during the course of this long, holiday weekend!  Over the course of the three days we had ordered and thoroughly enjoyed the following : Turkey, Avocado, Bacon with pesto sandwich on a waffle, Mussels (garlic,wine,parsley classic), Si Bon burger (2x), blueberry pancakes, Prix Fixe Summer menu with Filet Mignon and Spicy seafood pasta, fish & chips and the desserts!! Macadamia nut tart à la mode, chocolate gelato (rivals the real deal in Italy), chocolate mousse and espresso gelato. So incredible. Sì Bon is the right name for this place it is So Good! Can’t wait to go back the next time we’re in the Rancho Mirage area!

    My wife and I came in for a late lunch/ early supper with Melissa as our server and both the meals and service were excellent. We both began wit a cup of Hot Asparagus soup and iced tea. My wife had the Shrimp Salad which includes Fresh Papaya, Avocado, Asparagus, & Hard Boiled Egg. I had the Turkey and Avocado Waffle sandwich with fries.

    What a wonderful experience! A friend was in town from San Francisco, and we enjoyed brunch there before she had to catch a flight. The fried chicken and waffle was delicious, and a hefty portion! We will definitely be back!

    My wife and I came in for a late lunch/Early supper (SPLUNCH) at about 3:30pm before the Dinner Menu begins at 4:00pm with Melissa as our server and both the meals and service were excellent as usual. We’re regulars and Melissa knows what we ask for and like. She’s always very accommodating. All the servers are great. My wife had the Shrimp Salad with iced tea & a glass of Chardonnay. I had a hot cup Brussels sprouts soup and the Turkey and Avocado Waffle sandwich with their great Belgium fries and iced tea.

    The service was excellent as was the food. The various flavors meld so well together that the taste of each dish is enhanced by the other. The atmosphere is very pleasant and the restaurant is of course, very clean.
