Great steak and wonderful service
the food and service was excellent - the only thing i was disappointed in was the sea scallops were suppose to be excellent and they were not - i couldn't even eat them they were not done. Other than that the food was excellent, service was ok could have been better
So I brought my wife, father and I to Shula's for my father's 90 the birthday. I booked ahead via open table website. I then purchased 3 x $50 gift cards which included 3 x $10 cards for the purchaser. I choose eCards since we were at the restaurant lower casino and couldn't print or have hard media mailed to my home. The only things that I feel did not meet expectations was we ran out of their delicious bread and asked 3 times for more bread please. I had to ask for more water 4 x and the second drink of JD and diet Coke never came. We were almost done with our meal when the bread showed up and for my drink I just made due with the one. I usually let these things go accept for the drink but this is 5⭐ dining and when I'm spending $40 entrees $12 sides $14 drinks and where my bill is $240 this night but as high as $450-$500 for 3 people I don't expect a drink order to go forgotten or have to repeadly 3-4 x ask for more water or bread. Then have to spend an extra hour upon leaving because the e gift cards were not going through correctly and had to email to manager so he could print them out to go with ticket. All in all we laughed at the end but not the experience I wanted for my dad's 90 the birthday.
Have gone to Shula's many times and the food was excellent as usual. We had a little issue with our bill and then my CC was charged the incorrect amount (which is still not resolved). I was surprised that the service was not quite as attentive as usual - and no, they were not overly busy. Overall it was a good experience, the food really is good...but the cost was very high and will prohibit me from being a frequent visitor.
Good food and excellent service. Ambience not great.
Wonderful service. The best calamari I ever ate. Steak was perfect and their sauce options are delicious.
Delicious! The service was wonderful, too. We will definitely return.
Shula’s never disappoints! The service is top notch and quality steaks. I love going to Shulas on a date with my husband or as a special family dinner.
Excellent service! Delicious food! Nice atmosphere. Perfect for a birthday or anniversary dinner!
One of the best premium statehouse experiences we've had. The atmosphere, food and service was incredible.
This was the 4th time we have gone to Shula’s in the past year. Our servers were fantastic. Our steaks were good, though not exceptional like our previous visits. We have always gotten the sautéed mushrooms and they, too, fell short of our expectations. They were good but not as saucy and maybe a bit over cooked. The complimentary 7 layer chocolate cake was scrumptious.
This is an excellent restaurant, and we had an exceptional dining experience. The restaurant itself is elegant, and all of the staff were friendly, smiling, and helpful. Our service team was super - they knew what they were talking about and how to provide that experience where you knew you had been pampered by professionals. They also knew how to be available enough without ever seeming intrusive. They took their time, and actually talked with us and never rushed us through the meal - the pace was relaxed and relaxing.
The bread came early, and it was hot, fresh, and so tasty. The butter pat was not frozen when it came, which is a plus. I started with a wedge salad and it was perfect - crisp, tasty, excellent dressing, just the right amount of bacon. My wife had french onion soup and said it was wonderful although a little heavy on the cheese.
Shula's is a steakhouse, but don't ignore the seafood. My wife and I both had the mixed grill and that was a great idea. Two beef tenderloins, and two seafood choices - we both had the crab cake, she had scallops and I had salmon. Unbelievable! The presentation was beautiful and appetizing - and eye-popping, so much food! The tenderloins were tender, flavorful, and done exactly as we asked. The salmon was perfect, seared well on the outside to create just a little char, warm all the way through. Her scallops were fantastic - tender and tasty. And the crab cake was worth the trip - the best I have ever had outside of Maryland.
We ordered a twice-baked potato and it was good - but we ate about 2 bites each. Be forewarned, there is so much food, budget your belly.
I have only one complaint to make and it has nothing to do with the restaurant itself - Shula's is upstairs in a smoky, smelly casino. You can't get to the restaurant except through the casino floor, which is, of course, normal whether in Vegas or Wild Horse. But be aware.
One of the absolute best dining experiences we've had in a while. :-) Five stars.
Husbands BIRTHDAY...huge fan of Don Shula....amazing food and experience!
The filet was a bit dry. The crab cakes had an interesting flavor. We wanted to try Shulas to compare against Other high end steak houses. We don’t recommend it over Fleming’s. The worst part was that we had to walk through the musty smelling casino to get to the restaurant.
Linda, our server, was extremely knowledgeable about the expansive menu and wine list. Service was perfectly timed between appetizers, main course and desert. No mad rush, just a civil amount of time to digest and anticipate the next savory dish. This is not an eat and run restaurant. Traditional and classic fine dining that’s getting harder to find these days. 5 Stars from us!
Excellent service and unbelievable food! Absolutely perfect for date night!
The steak was overcooked and not seasoned at all. Disappointed as others said good things about it.
This was my first time here. Good atmosphere with a great staff. Our waiter (Alexandro) was entertaining and informative. The food came out quick! I had the Mix Grill; my wife had the small Filet and our friend had prime rib. Everyone was pleased. Good presentation. The cost is high and you need to know this going in. Three people and only one person had a drink. $235! Good place for special occasions! Bring your wallet.
Great food, good service.
This is my second time here and both times have been great. This time I tried the Coco-Rita (signature drink) and it was surprisingly refreshing. You cannot go wrong here with the steak and seafood options. I will definitely visit again.
Shula's never disappoints. This is our go to for birthdays and special occasions.
Meat was very lean and seasoned well!
Crab mac not so much.
Peppercorn sauce was a demi with light pepper flavor.
Other than that the oysters were as fresh as it gets!!! Crab cake, big and plump and flavorful.
Will go back!!!
Oh yeah, the bread service, even at 1020pm was ON POINT! Soft butter mmm
Glad they had small plate choices since we were eating late.
We showed up an hour early for hour reservation and they were full. The Maitre D worked with us and got us to a table quickly. The service was perfect. All the food was really good with the exception of my steak. I ordered a 14oz Ribeye, and it looked like an end cut on the loin. It was a really small but fat piece of meat without the main characteristics of a Ribeye that I like. The meat also had very little flavor to it. Overall I was disappointed in the steak, but everything else was great.
Our reservation was right on time. We were greeted with smiling faces an seated immediately.
The menu was excellent.
The prime rib was delicious, cooked to perfection.
Super oysters, I loved the horseradish.
It was an overall 5 star experience.
Thank you for the dining experience we received.

Steak was good, sevice a bit slow. Not really worth the drive from Scottsdale/PV area for what it is. Wife likes to gamble so she was happy! Decent value compared to places like Steak 44 but not the same crowd.
The steak was amazing!
Not quite Mastros but also not as expensive. Great meal and service
Exceptional meal. Exceptional service. It was a great experience.
Great food & service.
Very disappointed in the food and service. Waited for bread and even taking our order. we waited a long time for steaks - and the 6oz was very small compared to Flemings or Dominicks steakhouses. it was over 35 minutes from our salads to the entree's. The service was slow and it was not very busy as we made reservations for 5pm (we had a show at 8). They seemed disorganized at the front and delayed getting folks seated. Also, had 15% off from the casino and they did not honor it - they showed me the fine print but the gal at customer service told me it was okay to use. Will not be back and will not recommend. Disappointed based on reviews online.
We came to Shula’s for Mother’s Day, we had the special which was 6 ounce filet, the file was so dry it was merely in the mouth and totally without taste it was like they made it ahead of time and just warmed it up because it was kind of cold to start with the swim very mediocre. We had a bottle of wine which we paid almost $90 for supposedly French burgundy however it was no betterThen any other glass of wine by the glass very disappointing very overpriced restaurant very overrated.

We go there for special occasions. This was Mother's day and my wife was more than pleased. They altered the menu so she could have just one lobster tail and she said it was the best she ever had. My filet was perfect and the service was impeccable. Shulas is a treasure!
Terrible service and incompitent workers. You even got the reservation wrong and then the Power went out. Every single time, something goes wrong there and it's unfortunate because the food is great.
The electricity went out which may explain why my meal was slow, cool, and greasy. Or maybe it just wasn't good
My wife and I were on a stay-cation for Mother’s Day/anniversary and decided to dine at Shula’s. I had been to the Shula’s at Disney world so I wanted to try it again! Simply put, we had a wonderful experience! Jennifer and Manny took care of us and they were excellent with menu offerings and great service. Just the right amount of attentiveness. The food was exceptional even with a power interruption in the middle of our dinner! We will definitely be back again!
Steak & au gratin potatoes were excellent. Brussel sprouts & spinach were ok.
Service slow, but pleasant staff.
It was amazing.
