The steak was dry, not seasoned well, and over done. I added scallops and they too were overcooked and needed a sauce or seasoning. For the price I would not recommend this restaurant.
No offer for a dessert menu, after dinner drink, or coffee. I could have asked, but I felt like they wanted us to move on.
The restaurant was nice and its always great to be so close to the casino floor. The appetizer were okay, nothing to brag about. The halibut was the best dish we ordered but the crab on top had the texture of rubber. The steak we order was bland, no real flavor. We passed on dessert because we didnt want another item of the menu that was going to disappoint.
First time for me. Braised ribs and Brussels sprouts were amazing! The steak was good and cooked well but would expect a prime cut for $52. Overall a good experience.
Steak was really good, drinks were good and the Sides were just ok. Compared to the other steakhouses in town the atmosphere is just ok and the sides were just bland not anything special. Lacking flavor
We anxiously anticipate the opportunity to dine here. Sure it’s expensive but it’s a guaranteed treat. Schula’s knows how to do dinner.
It has been a year since we last visited due to pandemic however the quality of food is not what we we expecting based on our past experiences. Lobster bisque which used to be amazing was served and it was brown with the most foul fish smell we exchanged it for the french onion soup. Waiter said it wasn't the same they used to have which is correct. They no longer have the wonderful seafood trio so we order the seafood tower with tuna, oysters, prawns, crab legs at $125 and the best part of it was the prawns. My husband who lives tuna didn't even get it as it had an "odd/strange" flavor. The sides which have Always been huge and family size were much smaller, feeding only two people. The steals were okay but they no longer do the meat cart presentation. Both husband and I have marked Shula's from our "go to" list for a nice dinner. Bill was almost $500 which we have gladly paid in past when the food was worthy but no longer.
Over cooked $60 Ribeye, very rude service, seemed put-out that we sent it back. The manner in which it was handled by the waiter was very unprofessional. The manager was pleasant, but didn’t follow through with his resolution. When I brought that to his attention he graciously apologized and made the adjustment. Nevertheless it made for a an awkward first date, and less enjoyable evening.
Another amazing experience! From the service to the cocktails to the food...all exceptional! Looking forward to our next visit.
There were too many people in the restaurant. We were seated by noisy kids. Was not a pleasant dinner. Too much light where we were seated. I didn’t enjoy it at all.
The service by Jen was outstanding. The Cowboy Ribeye recommended; melt in your mouth.
Marko was great, kept us entertained while serving us
for starters the staff at front were absolutely RUDE, despite door being OPEN at 5min's to opening we walked in to the front hostess looking at her arm at her watch and then looking up at us like WHY are you even in here NOW! We then asked if we could sit at the bar she then said you can but you won't be waited on.???????????
Fantastic experience with the entire meal being top notch.
Service from beginning to end was stellar.
The salmon was nit seasoned.
The scallops were amazing.
Shula’s never disappoints! All of our food was done perfectly, and our bottle of Caymus was outstanding. We had great service, start to finish.
It’s was loud.
Great place for dinner and drinks. Staff is exceptional and extremely clean. Will definitely be back.
Another premier dining experience... thank you
Menu had good selections, food was tasty. Our server was attentive.
Have dined here a lot Shula has went downhill in past two years
Food is good but high priced which doesn’t mean a lot to us.
Just the overall experience and or atmosphere has diminished in my opinion
The service & food was excellent. This was out first visit to the restaurant.
wait staff are excellent. Matt, the bartender is great. Always so accommodating when we sit at the bar area.
Steaks were dry and server was not very attentive.
Shula's has amazing food and the service is top notch. I would recommend to anyone.
I thought I would try Shula’s because I had dining rewards from the casino. The service was excellent. Very attentive yet not intrusive. We started with calamari as an appetizer. It’s the best I’ve ever had. I had the French onion soup. Delicious. The Filet was melt in your mouth tender. I highly recommend this steak house. It’s not cheap but well worth the money.
Took the wife here for her Birthday. Amazing food as always. The service was top notch. Everytime we come here we love everything about it.
Great date night or special night dinner out. Very clean and service was superb!
Just the best everytime we visit. Robert at the bar is top notch.
Sea bass was not cooked. Asked for booth didn’t get it
Main meal is pricey and each side is individually broken down into cost. Table for 2, two 6ounce steaks with sides will run you upwards over 150.00.
However, the meat was cooked perfectly and melted in your mouth. Sides were either under cooked - potatoes, or over charred / hard uncookedcenters- Brussels sprouts.
The waiter who provided service to us both nights was phenomenal! It really matters when the service is great!!
Great service, great food, great dining experience. Will definitely be back.
My first time to Shula’s. Amazing food. Nice place.
This was our first experience with Shula's. The lobster bisque was pretty mild I didn't think it was great at all. However the food the rest of the food was good. I did not like where we were seated though because my partner was facing the kitchen. I know know that we'll go back again
Good choice to celebrate
The waiter was helpful, friendly and very professional.
Making a reservation was easy and the followup and reminders were nice. The setting was very nice and the seafood was excellent. The server was very friendly and efficient. We were seated on time and service was great.
