Great food and service!!!

Our server, Gabor, was excellent. The additional staff were top notch as well. Our steaks were prepared to perfection. Will definitely be back.

Our server Jenny was very unfriendly. She did not seem interested in us at all , did not even offer bread with my salad. Then came back and said what do you want, not even offering to show us the meat cart. We had to ask to see it and then she had her assistant Robert, who by the way was fine, bring it to us. Robert brought our coffee and desert. We had no more interaction from Jenny as she seemed too busy to care for us.

Always impeccable service and quality steaks. Ask for Jaime the waiters section. The staff is top notch, Jaime is special!

Started with an Old Fashion which was excellent. They had a nice variety of steaks to choose from which is to be expected from a steak house, but the trimming and aging truly made for a very nice plated meal. We had one mix up with the ordering process as our meal orders were not placed resulting in a rather long meal ( nearly 3 hours). We had brought our own wine in and our server had the corkage fee waived and picked up one of the desserts for the inconvenience. The steaks were very tasty and the au gratin potatoes were delicious. My only knock on Shula’s value was the baked potato. I just feel that 15 dollars for a baked potato with some butter is a bit excessive. Another steak restaurant charged the same for a 2 dollar potato. Boggles the mind, but we did enjoy some lava cake to round out a very fine meal. We would return.

Our service was outstanding and the private room we had was amazing. Unfortunately, our steak was overcooked but everything else was perfect. We had a party of 12 and everyone else was more than satisfied with their dinner.
The French Onion Soup is probably the best in town.

I think the price was a little heavy for lunch. Service was great and not many people the day before Easter Sunday. Kind of a long wait for the meal as they could not find the curry!!

We always enjoying going to Shula’s to celebrate our special occasions. Service, food and atmosphere are always excellent. We have never been dissatisfied.

Food was delicious. Grouper with sucatash and key lime tart for dessert. Service was great! We will dine here again.

This is my go-to restaurant for everyday dining, business or special occasions. You can’t beat their prime meat and the consistent tenderness of any steak you may select. They are always perfectly done to your specifications.

Their Lobster Bisque soup is a highlight and is the very best. I have ordered it in many restaurants, none if which hold a candle to the Lobster Bisque at Shula’s Naples. I only wish they had not taken the twice-baked potato off the menu — such a disappointment.

Overall, I enjoy dining there anytime.

Good food and service but very expensive. $300 for four people (and one was a child).

Incredible steaks.

Food, bread, great, but steak was ordered medium and was dry. Bearnaise sauce was excellent. Overpriced, would probably not go back. Also I was disappointed a meal I had planned to get from the website, was no longer offered.

Prime rib was ok but fairly tasteless. Creamed spinach came to the table cold and unappetizing.
Gabor, the waiter, had zero personality. As soon as he took the order, we never saw him again. His assistant, Ted, did a much better job than he did. Best server of the night was the "water boy" Tyler. He was energetic, friendly and helpful. We wished he had been our waiter.

Waitress seeded to not be up to the level of the other servers on her team.

Outstanding food and service!

Ordered a steak, which didn't have much taste except salt. My dining partner had a glass of soda water spilled on her, with no mention to make up for the mess (offer dessert? etc.)
Very expensive for what we had.

Food was ok, but you can go to any chain restaurant for just as good quality. Certainly not worth the $200 for dinner for two.

Would like to see more info on parking situation. A little confusing with numbered parking Spaces. Atmosphere was good service was great food was excellent. Haven’t been to Shula’s in over 10 years because of first experience; however, my wife made a statement that said that we would be back. Great improvement. Thank you

Our first time. We've driven past it for 9 years. It's was really good. I recommend it and we will go back. Perhaps the best French onion soup we've ever had.

Excellent food and service.

Food was very good. Service was great and the waitstaff was truly friendly and accommodating.
Timing the the meal service was spot on.

Everything was fantastic, we are big fans of Shula’s and will certainly come back.

One of best restaurants in Naples. Lots of memoribla for the Dolphins. Outstanding service. Annette did her best to make our dining experience the best. Will definitely do it again.

What a great dining experience this was. We arrived at our reservation time and were greeted by a smiling hostess who then presented my wife with a small gift of chocolates and a very nice birthday card.
We were seated at a very nice corner table and our server team came by to introduce themselves and to offer water and cocktails
Since this was a very special birthday celebration we let the team know we hoped to take our time in ordering appetizers and entrees
We split a wedge salad and lobster bisque and both were outstanding. The wife had an outstanding filet and I had the rib eye. Both came cooked to perfection and were delicious. To top off a great evening we were presented with a piece of Shulas chocolate layer cake. This has been our fourth visit to this restaurant and we will certainly return!

First time! Our service was very good. All of the food OTHER THAN THE STEAK was good. For the price the steak should have been outstanding. It was mediocre. Grainy and overcooked. Disappointing and we won’t go back.

Awesome as always, but can you bring back the twice baked potatoes?

We visited while on vacation and were underwhelmed by both the food and service. While expecting it to be pricey, we were expecting the service and food to match the price. It did not.

Fantastic ... from the outstanding service to the amazing entrees. This dining experience cannot be beat. We will be back during our next visit to Naples or to any other city where there is a Shula's Steakhouse.

Overall, it was excellent, the food, the service. The waiters at our table were really good.

What disturbed us was this older woman... apparently a restaurant manager. Who came at our table not even caring if she was disturbing us. No good evening, just a “everything ok tonight?” and she left. Her staff is way better behaved than she is.

Apart of that, all went well. We’ll come back!

Our steaks were outstanding. Broad array of great desserts. Service was great.

As usual, the food, the service, the ambiance were excellent. It is definitely one of the best steak houses anywhere.
