About Shula's Steak House - Naples
The theme for Shula's Steak House is a virtual museum of the 1972 Miami Dolphins' 17-0 perfect season, the NFL's only unbeaten team. The décor includes pictures and game balls from the '72 season. The menus are hand painted on NFL footballs then personally hand signed by Coach Shula himself.
The restaurant's reputation has been built on serving the "biggest and the best", which includes Premium Black Angus Beef. The menu features generous portions, including a signature 48-ounce porterhouse steak.

Shula's Steak House - Naples Ratings and Reviews
Went there with friends after a meeting. The place was almost empty. Service was OK. Food was OK. Just OK. My medium steak was overcooked, which was mentioned to the waiter, who acknowledged but did nothing. Very expensive for what we had. Service was automatically added in spite that our party did not meet the minimum amount of people to justify it.
First and last time we will go to this place.
We had a reservation for 6 people at 6:45
We arrived at 6:35 and checked in
The hostess said. “Your reservation is 6:45, we will seat you then.
We stood for 10 minuets in the lobby because there were very few seats at the bar and they were full.
Our table was ready but we had to wait, standing instead of being seated and enjoying a glass of wine
Will not go back😡
We looked for Schula's to provide us with a special meal but it did not live up to those expectations. The food was very average. The calamari appetizer was excellent, however, for our entrees we had steaks and they were not up to the standard of our local Longhorn or Outback restaurants - but 3 times the price. We felt constantly rushed with the server being a little off hand and not willing to spend time with us. It felt very much like we were in a process and being pushed along. The entrees came within 2 minutes of our appetizers being cleared away, adding to the feeling of being railroaded through the restaurant to get the next covers in. Conversely, after we had finished our entrees, the dirty dishes were left on our table for about 15 minutes meaning that we didn't get to finish our wine and have post-meal conversations in a pleasant environment. Not somewhere we will be returning to as there are places to get a far better experience for far less money.
Honestly, this is as good as it gets in SWFL. The service is impeccable starting with Stephanie at Reservations, Paul and Giovanni as servers could work at any high-class restaurant. They all are amazing.
The food is to die for. I have never had a bad steak here. I always get the Bone-in Cowboy Ribeye. My wife had the Mixed Grill with scallops, crab cakes and Filet Mignon medallions. Just perfect. Always starting off in the bar, the service and drinks are the best. It was my wife's Birthday and they had a card & gift for her along with a decorated table.
We've been coming here for years and it just keeps getting better.
For first timers, our evening was very enjoyable. The food didn't come until after we ate our salads, which was really nice. It was hot and very delicious. We were stuffed after all the good bread and continuous food that was ordered. Thank You for making my husbands birthday special
The restaurant was very nice inside and service was excellent although sometimes the waiters came around a little too often but I am sure that's what they are trained to do. The steaks are too big for us so we had so share and still had to take some home! The sides were very good, as well. We were looking forward to a quiet dinner but unfortunately a table of four arrived near us and one man talked the whole time very loudly.
Service is the Key at Shula’s , very professional and you feel that every server knows all there is to know about the menu and will go the extra mile to ensure you enjoy.
I was not feeling to well and Paul the server offered a 5oz salmon fillet with comfort food ( mashed potato). Perfect. My wife had the chicken which she thoroughly enjoyed. Paul could not have been better at what he did and the meal was a success but could have been a disaster . The whole place has the feeling of professionalism and feels like a top London or New York ran restaurant. A credit to its owners and staff trainers. Well done Shula’s. I’m having a steak next visit. The full steak menu is presented and explained. Excellent. David Room
We are longtime customers of this location. The food as always was great with perfectly cooked steaks and sides. This visit was marred slightly though by our our server disappearing after the drink order and then the assistant server came over and told us she went home sick. We gave our drink order again. The very nice young fellow (age 20) did his very best staffing multiple tables all by himself when typically each table gets a two person team (in addition to bread and water service team). Management was not visible to take up the slack or offer a hand which is not typical of this tightly run chain. As a result there were long pauses between courses and the process of getting the check and paying was quite drawn out. In addition the air conditioning was not working well due to hurricane damage and one of the less experienced hostesses who seated us that the "building had diverted the air conditioning to the wedding reception next door" therefore leaving Shula's customers sweating with melting butter on the tables! Seemed quite an odd thing to tell a Shula's diner that we do not rate enough importance to get AC. Not typical of this location for sure, but nevertheless the person running the open kitchen was on the ball and food was great. Hopefully they will be back up to standards soon after Hurricane Irma.
Great food & wine! Our server, Jesse, was great. He even offered to bring out our wine with our entrees since we didn't get appetizers. I would like to see more old world selections on the wine list by the glass or less pricey by the bottle. That would be my only suggestion. Other than that fantastic restaurant.
We went for my birthday with the free entree coupon. Our waiter Jesse was marvelous. He made the evening for us. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. However overall the dining experience is vastly overrated. The prices are comparable to other steak houses. The side dishes and options are not worth the price. The presentation of the football and rolling out the meat cart are ridiculous. The football pictures around the room belong more in a sports bar than a high end restaurant. The undefeated season was 45 years ago and most people were not alive for that and don't care. The quality of the meat is no better than in other steak houses. While I appreciate their customer service, my dollars are better spent elsewhere where the quality of the meal matches the prices.
Another wonderful dining experience Sunday, August 27, 2017 at Shula's for my wife and I. It was somewhat quiet due to rainstorms and flooding potential but nonetheless between the Happy Hour drinks and dinner, our time was great making for a special evening. Jesse, our server was a gentleman, quite knowledgeable, attentive, and happy to converse with us, making our dining experience memorable. Thanks Jesse!
Had lunch with a friend. Our waiter was wonderful Gabor. I wanted just grilled salmon with sautéed spinach not on menus but he saw to it that's what I had. Been going here for lunch for years. Love the specials for lunches during non season. Great customer service hard to find these days
Absolutely outstanding! We were promptly greeted and welcomed by the hostesses when entered the restaurant. Our server was very polite and professional, giving our party adequate time to relax and chat before he returned to take drink orders. After serving the selected wine to us, he allowed us additional time to review the menu before returning to our table to take our dinner orders. Our meals (salads, entree and sides) were all perfectly prepared - delicious! The server remained near our table, without hovering, and filled water or wine glasses as needed. A wonderful experience - we will be back to dine here again!
