Not enough servers. Huge crowd. Maybe unexpected?
Unsatisfactory. And it WAS one of our favorite restaurants!!

Excellent food the steak cooked for perfection for my husband’s birthdays and lobster for me great we can’t even finish, have to take left overs home, and the price really good we thought gone to be expensive, but not . We will come back again and will recommend to a friend and families

Tepid, is the only word to describe Shula’s Naples location. The French Fried Calamari was horrible, the steaks, while flavorful, were dry, the side dishes of creamed spinach and mashed potatoes were pedestrian, at best. The desserts were an unexpected surprise. Both the key lime pie and cheesecake were quite good.
All in all, thank God Don Shula did a better job on the football fields, than his restaurants. This one goes into the “NEVER AGAin” category

Brian, Nate and Gio are tops and a huge asset for Shula’s Naples and the best servers in Naples. Tom the Mgr leads a great team. Enjoyed their wonderful wedge salad which never disappoints and shared the porterhouse with my wife which was cooked to perfection.

Food and Service was amazing! Great wine selection as well.

They need to bring back baked potatoes. Had mashed potatoes and they tasted like box mashed potatoes. Also their lava cake was not very good this time. It was missing

Valentines celebration, everything was delicious & service was excellent

The food was excellent, the service fantastic; but the background noise level was higher than a restaurant of this caliber should be. Jarring rock played just a bit too loud for a soothing dining experience.

All the food was very bland. Took forever. 2.5 hrs for 2 people to eat. Onion soup was best thing, very good! Waitress was good.

Our waiter was awesome!!!!! The food ticket was lost in the kitchen and our food took forever to get to the table. Tables were to close to each other and not good with covit.

From the time we walked in the ladies at the reception desk were very cordial and graciously greeted us happy Anniversary and our Brian was just fantastic, going over the entire menu and letting us know your special. Brian was very much the gentlemen. Great food and atmosphere.

The food and the service was fabulous! It’s a bit pricey but worth it. Great steak, perfectly cooked and sides were delicious.

We always enjoy our dining experience at Shulas and especially the very strong and attentive staff - Frank, Gil, Paige, the entire staff is excellent.

Our waiter, Brian, was awesome. Our first time here, on our 7th anniversary, and it was beyond fantastic.
We totally relished the appetizer of calamari fries, dinner and dessert was perfect!

They could stand to hire a more staff. Bartender and Waitress were spread too thin for a high end steak house. Steaks were ordered medium rare, and were cooked well done. Rookie mistakes all over for an establishment selling themselves as a high end dining experience. Manger was apologetic and tried to make it right. However, too many mistakes to ever return.

The food was excellent and so was our waiter. I will say that the service of keeping our water glasses filled snd refills on soft drinks was not as efficient as I have seen in the past.

Had TJ as a server and had an exceptional experience. Once he got comfortable with us and opened up a bit, it was really enjoyable, between the food, drinks, and service I would most certainly come back. He even let me know he works Wednesdays at the bar so I plan on making a trip back in the near future.

It was my 70 th birthday. We had TJ as our server he was knowledgeable about the menu and food quality.

Ambiance is great and quiet which I love at a steakhouse. I had the NY strip and it was perfect. Our server Giovanni was very attentive and knew the menu well and hoe their cocktails were made which we thought was a plus. Highly recommend them.

Nate, our server, was well informed, personable and professional.

He greeted us by using our last name, he remained attentive throughout our visit and made the evening a success.

Went in for the winter menu deal for $48 per person. So much food and couldn’t even finish. Service from Nate was awesome. Makes the best blueberry martinis.

Had a great experience and meal as usual. The staff was attentive and the servers, Brian, Gio and Cassie are rockstars. Porterhouse was cooked to perfection, the scalloped potatoes were incredible and the bacon wrapped shrimp appetizers were incredible . We did leave room for the lava cake which is cooked to order and best in town
