Overall the experience was a positive one. The server was great. The manager was super pleasant and engaging. The food...the Cajun ribeye was spot on. Perfectly seasoned and delicious. Fair price for the quality. The 10ounce filet was cooked to perfection. Lobster tail was tender and fresh. The bone in ribeye was also seasoned and cooked to perfection. Now the shrimp pasta. The pasta was delicious but the shrimp were so over cooked that they felt like rubber. Not edible at all. The broccoli was under cooked and the sauce on top was an unpleasant creamy sauce that had no flavor and a strange consistency. No one at our table was able to eat it. The desserts....cheesecake was very good. Apple cobbler was good but did not have any caramel or walnuts. Strange for a cobbler which made it super plain and unimpressive. Overall, a good dinner. I would go again for sure but avoid the shrimp pasta and broccoli.

We ordered three 10 ounce filets and one 7 ounce filet. They came out Three 7 ounce filets and one 10 ounce filet. She told us that the three were 10 ounce filets and very obviously they were not. We eat out 5-7 times per week. We have eaten at Shulas more than 50 times and 100% know the differences between steaks, quality and sizes. I actually picked this place because I liked it so much. Probably not coming back for a while. Service was bad ( many mistakes beyond steak sizes) and just not acceptable for a place that was NOT busy or crowded. Probably explains why they weren’t busy or crowded. Continental and several others bury this place. Goodbye Shulas

Took my mother and a friend for Mother’s Day lunch. Our server was incredible. I’m sorry I forgot her name. The food was delicious from the NY strip the pan seared samon to the steak sandwich. I highly recommend this restaurant

The atmosphere does not match the expense; mismatched glassware - very tacky; absolutely the worst wedge salad that I have ever eaten - tomates with sugar AND maple glazed bacon - put me into a sugar coma - so disgusting; and it was trenched in dressing 🤮

Food (Steak and Steak fries) were very salty. Don't know why chefs think they have to cover an otherwise excellent filet steak with salt to satisfy customers - ruining the steak and and dinner . We have eaten at Shula's at the Naples Hilton many times and never have experienced food this salty. We commented on the situation and the restaurant management offered a second steak, However the damage was done, our dinning experience in the dumpster and no desire to return.

Had a wonderful meal and service as usual. Had a friend in town who had not been to a Shula's and he absolutely loved his meal, cocktails, and service. The service team of Gio, Courtney, and Gary was always nearby and accommodating.

Shulas was incredible. The French onion soup was hot and so tasty. We both had a Cajun ribeye with lobster tail. Our sides were sautéed mushrooms and Mac ‘n cheese. The steak was full of flavour and really tender. The steaks were cooked to perfection. The lobster tails were sweet and tender. After dinner we had no room for dessert but will try next time. Highly recommend.

It’s official the old Shula’s apparently passed with Coach. We have been loyal patrons for about 10 years and we gave them a pass during Covid but this is our third different Shula’s with the same disappointments. Disappointing to us personally, not a good impression on someone who hasn’t been before and ruins the special occasion. The common factors are: -bad placement in the restaurant for a special occasion (not such a big deal but a factor) -one or more food items are not only below Shula’s traditional quality but shockingly bad Examples: a salad that was sopping wet from being washed but hadn’t been spun/rung out…the kitchen saw it wet & thought it had dressing so water wet and no dressing…gross….calamari that was not prepped properly and was starting to turn. We received rubber rings with the coating & sauce off the rings and all over the plate and then the calamari was turning bad with a heavy fishy taste, a medium steak that was barely a rare…to the point the center was still cold, Again these are over three different restaurants and not just at one, so it speaks to a foundational training, standards & processes failures. -staffing attire and table side service of fine dining has been reduced to that of an Outback or Texas Roadhouse style. Nothing wrong with those places, we eat there all the time,but at 1/3 the cost of Shula’s. When I’m going to Shula’s I expect more. sharp white shirts, coat, arm towel etc should be the norm, not black button shirts that look like they just rolled out of bed in. -management apparel, demeanor & behaviors are not management. They look like they threw lost & found tie & jacket on the dishwasher and sent him out to check on guests. Actually I know a few dishwashers and they would have done much better. He comes over and says “so you don’t like calamari??” No ,it’s going bad …Honestly, clueless Waitress was superb and embarrassed…. she should go work somewhere else more worthy of her hospitality & service.

We had a round table (5) near the open kitchen. Waiters cleaned the tables around us and it seemed that they dropped off cutlery, dishes, bottles and it was very annoying noise very often. Otherwise a great place
