Shula's Steak House - Naples
The restaurant's reputation has been built on serving the "biggest and the best", which includes Premium Black Angus Beef. The menu features generous portions, including a signature 48-ounce porterhouse steak.
Celebrate birthday and Anniversary there. It was everything I expected it to be
Party of six for the Prime Rib special luncheon. All ordered the special and were extremely pleased.
Wish the special was offered 12 months per year. Outstanding in all respects.
The service and atmosphere are always impeccable at Shula's, that why we dine here. We always come for Prime Rib Fridays but this trip we were disappointed. I know it's only $12.95 but the cut of Prime Rib keeps getting thinner. This cut was the same size they serve at Golden Corral even though it is more tender. The aujus was also very spicy. I mentioned to the Asst. Manager Gregory that the meat seemed smaller and even showed him a picture of our Prime Rib from last year which was thicker. He just said "sorry." Not a professional response. Anyway, we'll always be back for Birthdays and Anniversaries where we have dined for the last two decades. But we're done with Prime Rib Fridays. $83.00 for 2 dinners with 2 sides and 2 cocktails is not a cheap lunch. But it is a high class restaurant. Nate was a wonderful waiter and did a great job. It would also be great if Shula's provided free WiFi. Their WiFi is connected to the Hilton which is only free for guests. Everyone has their own free WiFi these days. Time to get current.
Excellent, as always!
Had the prime rib special. Very delicious. Wait staff was very much on point with service and we definitely will be back.
My experience at Shula's has been extremely positive. The service and the food were excellent.
The perfect place to celebrate a special occasion. Everything was delicious and the service/ambiance was great. The side dishes were awesome, as well as the Burrata Salad. The entrees were pretty pricey. As a group, we thought it'd be fun to order appetizers, salads and sides with wine the next time. It'd be satisfying and filling without a $40+ entrée. The summer special looked pretty good, at $40 per person. We all decided to try more of the offerings. Overall, our experience was wonderful!
It is clear that this location caters to the retired segment of our community. The menu, service and atmosphere are all designed only to them. The food has NO flavor, the place is dead inside and the service is slow and lethargic.
It was good. We had the prime rib which was good. Sides were warm, not hot! Drinks were overpriced.
Excellent luncheon special on Fridays in August. Service was superb. Grilled asparagus, prime Rib special and Caesar salad all delicious plus nice warm bread and butter.
Wanted to get a quick bite.
Had crisp, large, delicious salads and then great entrees.
Love the crab cakes at Shulas!
Will definitely return!
Steaks & lamb chops very tender and tasty. Initially ordered med. rare prime rib that was served medium-well to well done. I told the server that it was totally unacceptable. Server said it was the only way they had it (essentially take it as is). Unfortunately, she didn’t give me the option to change my order prior to serving. The manager came to help. I selected the filet trio which was outstanding.
Had tough time getting server to return to table for water refill, additional butter, final bill, etc.
The restaurant was not packed, very unusual for a Saturday night. This server was not the usual first class person we have come to expect.
It was the first disappointing experience we have ever had.
We go there at least once per month and I was surprised.
Flawless bartending, hospitality, service, food prep
Another enjoyable visit to Shula's Steak House! We had six of us for a Birthday Dinner - Everyone loved the food! Kudos to Manager Gregory and Server Gabor for taking such good care of us...
Awesome experience. Great service from the moment you walk. Everyone acknowledges you and smiles and welcomes you like home. The food is incredible. Best tasting steaks anywhere. Talk about value, I got the surf and turf special. Filet and lobster. Wow. I highly recommend Shula’s for any occasion.
The food, service, and ambiance were excellent. We were extremely impressed with Shula's. The prices are on the high side.
Service started out very attentive then just fell off😡
Looong wait for food, and bill.
Too expensive. That is the main reason I would not recommend it
Food was very good but service was horrible. Honestly I won’t go back because of the experience but if you want a good steak it’s a decent choice. Just hope you don’t get the same server I did!
ell lets see, we arrived early for our reservation. Around 6 10 res was 6 30 and they were able to get us right in. Like i said it was early so the main dining room was just about empty. We had our menu's and water pretty quick, took our drink orders and about 10 to 15 min later we received our drinks. Then he took our orders and then came back and removed the huge plates. Why were the huge plates there, not sure. Then about 45 min later we received our food. It was all tasty, the steaks had good flavor hower not nearly as tender as one would expect paying 57 dollars for a ribeye and none of our entrees were hot. Their was 4 of us so not a large crowd. We all ordered a side( thats extra) and again none of them were really hot, luke warm. Also tasty but probably better hot.
So, 4 people .... 288.00 plus 60 tip... it was not that impressive to say the least. The waiter did ok, not his fault the kitchen took so long so we still gave him a good tip. I must say i will definitely not recommend this place and we most certainly will not return.
Just not worth it. Long horns or even outback can get you a better steak, hot and fast with more sides for WAY less money.... sorry shulas...
The service was wonderful. We have visited this Shulas 4 times but the quality of food was not what we have enjoyed in the past. The steaks all came over cooked we ordered medium and there was no pink at all in the center. The side dishes were large enough to share but nothing special as far as taste. The best part of the meal was dessert. All in all for an average of $100 a person we will try something new next time we dine out for a special occasion.
Exceptional professionalism by staff and great ambience.Food was great.
Had the pleasure of going to Happy hour first.. EXCELLENT., drink specials and food specials you can not pass on.. then back later for dinner.. (stayed at hotel) was to full from happy hour BUT, had the French onion soup, (Tad salty).. Prices were very high, and not a ton of choices, but the prime rib was cooked perfectly and lean.. glad we went, sad I missed dessert.
Sorry but 18 dollars for a glass of Riesling when you can buy a bottle for less than twelve dollars is beyond robbery. I can understand markups but six timers the market price? That kind of soured the experience somewhat for sure. The food was ok and our server was great so I guess what I’m saying is if you like cocktails or wine with dinner bring lots of money or a hidden flask.
My husband took me here on June 30 2019, for my birthday. It was excellent . Our server was Paul, he was superb!!!Everything was wonderful! Going back next year!!!
It was such a Great customer service . Very friendly and kind waitress .But this is the steakhouse and Steak was little bit too dry ( we didn't asked for the WELL DONE ) , but salat was delicious and scallops were divine . Cream brûlée was perfect ! I will definitely come again - I need to try 46oz steak for sure :)
My wife and I went to Shula's on a Friday evening to try their sea scallops. My scallops had a strong taste of ammonia and I told the server. The night manager Greg came over and said the scallops were not bad. I SENT them back and of course that meant my wife had to have her scallops returned to stay warm. They gave me a piece of fish and the time it took to get both my wife and I back to dining was painfully long in excess of an hour. The chef and kitchen staff were way off. Not happy with this time around....its a far cry from the Capital Grill. Eric the bartender was great as usual pre-meal and our server was excellent. The manager needs to go back for training and it appeared the summer/non season experience I guess we should expect future dining to be not up to snuff. We met another couple while we were there and highly recommended they stay for dinner. To our dismay and embarrassment, they had issues too with food and the time it took to get dinner. On our way out, we apologized to them for making a recommendation.
The food was superb and the service was impeccable. Our server, Brooke, made our dining experience memorable. We highly recommend.
Wine, salmon and wedge salad were great. Steak ordered medium rare was well done and the potato salad was horrible and my poor wife, Donna, got them both. Service was excellent and I recommend Shula's to everyone.
First Class beginning to end! Shula’s attention to detail is superb!
Steak sirloin was outstanding, as well as the chocolate cake dessert. As always, our server Krista was very attentive, courteous and friendly.
Had a fantastic meal at Shula’s! It was a birthday dinner and it was delicious and special! Their salads are cold and crisp just as they should be. The crab cake was one of the best I have ever had the pleasure to consume! We have dined at Shula’s before and we will definitely return.
Always a pleasure. The best steaks in town and very generous sides. Love the atmosphere.
always a great spot. We celebrated my Birthday
Excellent Lunch Meal.
Came here as guest of the hotel( Hilton) everything was perfect for a birthday lunch with the family.
Meals were great and a nice touch as received a free dessert.
Would highly recommend this place if you want an upscale lunch spot.
Will be back.
Wonderful service and great food.
Always an amazing meal and experience. Every single detail is top notch, every item cooked to perfection. Shula's never lets us down on special occasions. I've always known the steaks were the best, but the crab cakes were the best we've ever had- full of large chunks of crab, great seasoning, large portions. And the molten chocolate cake is the best we've had as well, and big enough for 3 to share! Fantastic service. Thanks again for a memorable experience!!
Calamari was one of the best I have had. Steaks where top notch. Deserts where great!
Food was not of the quality we have had before at this Shula’s. In fact the Rib Eye was gristle instead of marbled. The BBQ shrimp was smothered in sauce and the Crab cake was inedible because of too much salt.
Shula's Steak House is our "go to" restaurant when we are in Naples for a special occasion, date night, or simply a crave for a great steak! Our waiter, Zack, was personable, highly efficient and a perfect compliment to a fine Father's Day dinner.
Thanks for another great meal Shula's!
