Shula's Steak House - Naples
The restaurant's reputation has been built on serving the "biggest and the best", which includes Premium Black Angus Beef. The menu features generous portions, including a signature 48-ounce porterhouse steak.
Wonderful service and great food.
Always an amazing meal and experience. Every single detail is top notch, every item cooked to perfection. Shula's never lets us down on special occasions. I've always known the steaks were the best, but the crab cakes were the best we've ever had- full of large chunks of crab, great seasoning, large portions. And the molten chocolate cake is the best we've had as well, and big enough for 3 to share! Fantastic service. Thanks again for a memorable experience!!
Calamari was one of the best I have had. Steaks where top notch. Deserts where great!
Food was not of the quality we have had before at this Shula’s. In fact the Rib Eye was gristle instead of marbled. The BBQ shrimp was smothered in sauce and the Crab cake was inedible because of too much salt.
Prime rib was tough. Would recommend to avoid this. Had medallions with lobster. Beef was dry; lobster tail was good. Asparagus was pretty bad. This was our first and last time.
Shula's Steak House is our "go to" restaurant when we are in Naples for a special occasion, date night, or simply a crave for a great steak! Our waiter, Zack, was personable, highly efficient and a perfect compliment to a fine Father's Day dinner.
Thanks for another great meal Shula's!
I've eaten at Shula's Steak House before, this time around I was very disappointed and embarrassed to have taken my family there for Father's Day.
Service was was horrible with a capital H. The restaurant only had one server waiting on tables because the restaurant was not busy. When we arrived only two tables were being waited upon. Nevertheless, it took a whole hour to receive our food. The restaurant manager attempted to be apologetic, however it was not genuine and very superficial. Shula's is a very expensive upscale restaurant. The server and manager however are not properly trained to work in such a setting. Will not be going back...
Service was great and food was outstanding!
As always, the recent rez at Shulas was great...the food and service was wonderful...brought a friend who certainly agrees with my assessment!
Have been going here for years, but yesterday at an early Father’s day lunch with my husband daughter, her husband and my granddaughter it was terrible. Three of the steak lunches were over cooked and had to be redone and my pineapple salad which I had many times looked like they ran out of ingredients. Should be fruited chicken between 2 grilled slices of pineapple. Not so yesterday. Small portion of greens with a scoop of chicken salad and rim decorated with 4 small wedges of pineapple and a few slivers of mango. I kept it because we had already waited 1 hour for our food. I felt sorry for our server Samantha and our busboy who couldn’t have been nicer. Obviously problem in kitchen. They had a large group of of women there and kitchen did not seem to be able to handle it. Almost $200. later we just called it a day.
Excellent food and service !
The food was very good, as was the service. I like the "clubby steak house' decor.
I would go back.
The service was exceptional and the food was awesome!! The team at Shula’s gave my husband and I the perfect date night. Highly recommend.
We tried Shula's during restaurant week - never dined there previously. Our dining experience at best was very disappointing. Off the limited menu my wife selected the scallops and I the steak. The scallops were bland and little seasoning for flavor. My steak was tough, hard to cut and chew also with very little seasoning. Both very disappointing from a restaurant that considers itself fine dining. Had an issue with the server about taking my appetizer plate which sat in front of me for 15 minuted after my wife finished with her salad after asking him to remove it earlier. Received a call from Shula's the next day to review my dining experience at which time I relayed the above and my disappointment. Dead silence and I asked if she was still there - after a shot period all she could say was we will try to do better. No apology!! I waited in more silence and asked if that was all - no answer - so I hung up. During restaurant week we like to try new spots and hopefully add to our list of those we like to frequent. Unfortunately Shula's will not be on that list.
The restaurant can accommodate a large crowd yet seems very intimate.
We had salad (huge - could have shared and should have been told), filets that were good, but nothing really special, good mushrooms and creamed spinach (again, nothing really special), an excellent bottle of wine for $75 that we could buy for $30, and a delicious chocolate souffle. It was a clubby atmosphere and we were told that dress was business casual, although they still had people there in jeans and t-shirts. We had reservations through open table, but were still given bench seating where you feel like you're eating with those next to you and there were several more private tables available. There are many good steakhouses, so we will not return. (Great stay at the Hilton!)
Wonderful! We love Shula’s for almost any occasion. The filet was so tender that it almost didn’t need to be cut. The lamb chops were done to perfection.
Consistent quality service, food, and wine. Shula's never disappoints
Shulas held a special place in my heart as it is where my husband and I celebrated our engagement many years ago. I hadn’t returned in over a decade but was sad when I did. We had the weekly special which included bland lobster deviled eggs, a rub steak And OK crème brûlée. I also had the French onion soup from the regular menu which was decent.I was livid that they calculated in the gratuity for just the two of us,I understand when it’s a large party, but for two people? I would’ve left a higher tip even though the food was subpar.
The waitress was downright rude. Not sure if I would ever go back.
Go they every year when we are in the area and it’s wonderful. Great service and consistent quality food.
Great service & atmosphere.
Our waiter was rude, ignorant, argumentative, and inattentive. When the Manager came to our table, he was very defensive said the waiter was there for 14 years. We have eaten there several times and never saw this waiter previously. Btw, TheManager has only been at Shula’s for 7 months. Instead of he taking the customer feedback on a professional, positive, and serious manner, he chose to tell us how he only has to work 40 hours, manages his Dads 7 homes and lives in one rental free. Then proceeded to tell us about his suit he was wearing. Never bringing up anything about our poor service. Hopefully, he’ll begone the time we eat at Shula’s!
We went in with a birthday coupon I ordered the cowboy rib my wife ordered a tenderloin and lobster tail special. I asked the server for the loin side steak, he said they only do center cuts ( I have had better steaks at the Texas Roadhouse), rare but tough and chewy. My wifes filet ordered MW was overdone dry also not tender at all. her tail was great the server Tad. WAS EXCELLENT .
We went to celebrate a birthday. Beautiful people, service and food was amazing. A slice of chocolate cake was brought to the table with lit candle. Special meal.
It was a very overpriced meal. We both were disappointed with the the cost of our dinners. The portion of mear was small, and not worth $43.00.
very nice birthday dinner, staff very attentive birthday cake very good
Great menu, delicious BBQ shrimp appetizer, tasty salads, nice delicious and hefty sized sides, and the best steaks - not to mention the delectable desserts!! Huge portions, delicious and perfectly cooked, great service, pleasant surroundings. When we attended, it was not season, and so was good to see such great service - never was pushed yet didn’t have to wait too long. A great team!
We went with a toddler! We had Tad for our server and he was ON TOP of everything. The best service I’ve seen in awhile, not just from Shula’s but everywhere. He was very charismatic, not over-bearing in any way. We had a great time! Thank you, and thank you Tad!
Went to Shula’s for our Anniversary. Superb food, service and atmosphere. Prime rib was awesome and salad was exceptionally fresh and tasty. Old Fashioned from the bar was excellent- had to have a second one. A little pricey but I’d say it was worth it! Would highly recommend, especially for special occasions
We had a lovely Birthday lunch at Shula's, Naples. The food was presented beautifully and it was delicious. The seven layer chocolate cake completed the meal perfectly. We had a wonderful meal and a wonderful time!
It was a little pricey but the food and service was excellent, the steaks that we had ordered were cooked perfectly and the atmosphere was great. I would recommend it to anyone who hasn’t been there before try it.
Have eaten here many times and have always had an excellent meal however this time one of our steaks was under done and one was extremely over done.
Great evening. The food was very good and the steak was done perfectly.
Long time dolphins fan enjoyed all the
Pictures and memories of games played. Also really enjoyed the music, service, and pleasant atmosphere. Enjoyable being able to look across the
Table at my lovely wife of 33 years. Thank You!
I had ordered the trio and one steak was a bit undercooked and another a bit over cooked but they still tasted great. Service was great, warm, welcoming and attentive. When it came time to pay, the waiter returned with my card and apologized that the card reader was down. I asked how long until it was up again and he said it was unpredictable and could take more than 30 mins. He suggested I bill it to my room instead which fixed the problem on his end. However it caused a larger problem on mine as the room was booked via a corporate travel agent and not myself. Two different accounts. I had no choice but to do as he suggested but I wonder how all the others dining would pay as many of them were not guests as I overheard a few people say beside us. I believe there should be a better plan in place when issues occur rather than putting the issue on me to solve later with my corporate partners.
Great steak and wedge salad. Terrific server.
We love the food at Shula’s the crab Mac and cheese is awesome. Another night of Nate the great as our server. Everything was perfect
Spinach salad and the Schuyler burger were excellent our server Shannon was very friendly polite and attentive.
Just ok....not the Palm or Capital Grill. However, no other choice at the Hilton in Naples! Next trip I'll stay where there are more choices
