Food was good, service was mediocre. The waitstaff wasn't as attentive as you'd expect for a high-end steakhouse. Or maybe I am mis-categorizing this place. Also feel that selling football merchandise in the menu seems a bit tacky, despite the history and the story. I'll go back, but it's not perfect.

Service was slow, very slow. I will never visit again. The environment is basically a hotel conference room. Friendly overworked staff with no time to service all the tables., I went to the hotel bar to buy a second drink as the service was slow.

We have always dined at Fleming's but we wanted to give Shula's a shot, unfortunately we may never go back to Shula's again! The service was great! Our Server was courteous and friendly and attentive. However, cannot say the same for the ambience or the Kitchen, my wife's first, second or third choices were not available though were on the menu for the 31st night. My first choice for the 12oz fillet mignon was not available either nor the second choice of filet mignon trio. My wife contacted Shula's Monday Jan 2, and sent a review and no one has contacted her so far from the restaurant. It shows lack of professionalism. Quite disappointed with the whole experience.

Food is excellent. Filet Mignon melts in your mouth. Restaurant is a bit chilly bring a sweater. We enjoyed the evening. Waiter was friendly and knowledgeable but not very attentive.

I wanted to do something special for my husband and Shula's exceeded our expectations. The atmosphere and experience brought my husband to tears. The food was amazing and the staff very attentive to our dining experience. They made sure that the we enjoyed every moment of our dining experience. We will definitely be back!

Have been to this Shula's three times in the last couple of years. Other two visits were great, no complaints. This time we had to send back the baked potato because it was hard inside. And when it came back, it still wasn't cooked. A good steak place should know how to cook a baked potato. The waitress did offer to redo it but we didn't want to wait again and the steak was getting cold, so we ate the more cooked parts. What I was really disappointed with was that they still charged me for the potato. This makes me not want to come back, unfortunately. A restaurant as expensive as this one is (we spent almost 400 dollars) should be better at customer service.

We have been to this location and others on several occasions and unfortunately, this visit may have been our last.

The service was great, even tipped an additional $80 over the 20%, but the quality of the food this time was underwhelming at best.

The side dishes were good, but they were out of a couple of key steak choices, which is surprising as that is their claim to fame. The steaks we did order didn't seem up to par with the quality we usually receive.

With a total bill of over $1,000, we certainly should have walked out looking forward to coming back, but unfortunately, that is not the case. We will stick to Ruth's in the future.

I have visited this restaurant many times, always great experiences, this visit, not so much. The food was good, not great and my expectations of Shula’s are high so this time it didn’t measure up but the worse part was the service. I have become accustomed to exceptional service when I dine here and I’m willing to pay a very high price for it so when the service is not better that a road house steakhouse I know that something is very wrong. The wait staff was obviously undertrained but that should not be my problem, these two waitresses did not know how to present their menu and I knew a lot more about their steaks that they did. One of my guests was a visitor from overseas and a first-timer at Shula’s so I asked the waitress to describe the Shula’s Cut, she had no clue. It was very disappointing.

The Thanksgiving meal we had was spectacular. I haven’t had food that good since my mother cooked her last Thanksgiving meal 9 years ago. The turkey was tender and juicy. The gravy was delicious -homemade. The freshly made sourdough bread made me think I was in San Francisco. If you love good good, go to Shula’s.

Shula's bills itself as a high-end steakhouse, and that's its problem. When I think steakhouse, I think old school paneling or even earth-tone decor. Shula's feels like an extension of the hotel lobby, overly-bright, unimaginatively decorated. To look at the place, it could just as easily be a deli with white table cloths.

The food, once it arrived (and there's the tell for what's coming), was perfectly adequate. My 6-ounce filet was perfectly cooked and well-seasoned, and the French onion soup held its own with some of the best I've had. That, ladies and gentlemen, is the end of the good news. My mashed potatoes arrived stiff and lukewarm. My martini felt like a short-pour.

We were a group of eight, and our food arrived in four waves, the first three about five minutes apart, and the last meal coming after the rest of us had thrown in the towel on being polite and had already finished our meals. Trust me, we would have complained if a server had ever checked up on us. Dirty dishes and glassware stacked up in the middle of the table, and no amount of waving or semaphore could attract the attention of the wait staff, who clearly had more important customers than we.

Finally, when the lady who I presume to be the manager stopped by and heard our tale--the eighth member of our party still had not received his food--the best she could do for him was give him a free dessert. And this for a man who doesn't like desserts.

Then there was the final insult: the auto-added gratuity on each of the checks.

Every restaurant has an off-night, so maybe this was the case at Shula's. But I, for one, will not be giving them a second chance.

We visited Shulas for my birthday back in October and it was the worst experience ever.
First we ordered soft drinks and they were flat. We ordered the calamri appetizer and they weren't fresh, very rubbery. Our entries too 30 minutes to arrive and they came out cold. I ordered my steak medium came well done. Second steak came medium rare. Wife had the scallops which where gritty and also cold which she sent back. During this whole time the manager NEVER came to our table to apologize for a night of total blunders. Waitress did her best, but she wasn't being backed up by the kitchen not management.
Please, please don't waste your hard earned money or time going here. I suggest Fleming's, Morton's, Buckheads.

We had and excellent experience at Shula’s. Celebrated our anniversary and the staff made it a memorable evening. A special quiet booth in the corner, an anniversary greeting on the table and a special dessert were nice touches. The service was excellent and the steaks were some of the best we have had in the area. Folks are missing out on this place, maybe due to its somewhat remote location. Worth the trip.
