I was alone on business and this Restaurant was adjacent to the hotel I was staying at. I have been to Schula’s restaurant in Chicago in years past and it was pretty good. I ordered a Woodford reserve Manhattan, up. What I received was a small hi ball glass with ice which appeared to be something other than requested. She took it back to the bartender who did not remake the drink but put it into a shaker and poured into the attached photo of a martini glass. Small to say the least. I ordered a filet which came out less than warm. At $33 for a 7 oz it could have been hot. The flavor was good and when the server asked if she could have it reheated, I declined. You just never know.

I felt sorry for the young server as she had apologized to the other 2 tables she was working. This was her first job at a restaurant. She should have had more help.

This was our first time visiting Shula's. We hear about them all of the time from watching Utah Grizzlies hockey. At first glance this place looked contemporary and modern. Small but nicely laid out wine rack. Bar section with a large select of draughts and mixed drinks.

We got seated right away and had cocktails really quick, but that is where the excitement ended. I am not sure if its a great idea having the guy who tends the bar, double as our waiter. Because he was spending more time behind the bar, I believe this is why our food arrived warm. Through out the meal we had to keep asking questions from another server as we did not see our waiter again until it was time for his tip.

The food was warm as mentioned, but rather bland. I loved my wife's salmon but she did not. The smashed potatoes were great, but the steak was not. For a 40 day aged steak I would have expected more. For the price I could have gotten a hotter, better tasting steak from Sizzler. We went on our way, but the fun didn't stop there. I felt like I had indigestion all night and could not stop burping their food.

I am not even sure I would go back if someone else offered to pay for my meal. Rather disappointed in the experience and for the price, I expected more...

We had the rib eye fixed meal, the prime rib, spare ribs, a burger and a veggie burger. None of us liked our meal. Both the veggie as well as the Shula burgers were burned, the fries were as soggy and greasy as I’ve ever seen them. The prime rib, rib eye and spare ribs were all cold and tasted incredibly blend. The quality of the meat was terrible and it was lacking spices.
One of the worst meals we’ve had in a long time. Seemed like nobody in the kitchen cared.

This was my first visit to Shula's , it was our suggestion prior to attending a Christmas concert. We were greeted immediately by the hostess and seated promptly. My wife ordered a Martini only to be told they were completely out of olives.. She ordered wine instead. Three of the four of us ordered the Filet ordered in different degrees of preparation (2 medium and one Medium rare). The food was delivered in a timely manner , however all steaks were delivered in the condition - well done. The steaks themselves were fairly tender however the only way to describe the taste and texture was best summed up by " tasted somewhat like processed meat". The baked potato and fries were acceptable however we didn't go there for the side dishes but for the steak. For the price of $120 a couple w/o tip the meal was very overpriced for the quality that was delivered. We don't anticipate re visiting Shulas.

Food seemed previously prepared. Ribs were really poor quality. Texas Roadhouse is 50 times better. Seemed like a typical in-hotel restaurant. Not worthy of Shula’s name

Great experience and delicious food. The only issue I had was that we ordered a slice of key lime pie to go and never received it. We only realized that we hadn’t received it halfway to the airport.

Everything was so amazing. The food was incredible and the service made us feel special. We were there for our anniversary dinner and it was perfect! We got to try a few things and the server helped recommend things for us to try too. I would love to go there again soon! The prices add up but it is totally worth it!

Good place. It is what it is - restaurant attached to a hotel. Decent food, not on par to Shula's Steakhouse, but, what they offer works. For the location, good prices.

We were there over 90 mins and most of that was waiting. My son ordered a sandwich that came out a half hour after our appetizer and another 20 minutes after his sandwich my entree came. Drink refills were forgotten about, nothing was comped, no apology. It was all over a large table in the back - the rest of the restaurant had maybe 10 people. I was checking it out for a location for graduation, but no way, never going again.

Went to Shula's 347 for the first time for my wife's birthday and they were so nice. Our server (Rolinda) was very good and came around often to check on us. My wife had scallops that were great. I had a ribeye (blackened) that was over done and had to taken back so I drank wine and eat some of her scallops and when my ribeye came back out we shared that. My wife made the right decision with the scallops!

We will come back.

Everything was great except we didn’t receive my daughters meal until we were all almost done. They said it still needed to finish cooking but it was obvious they forget it. They did give us two free deserts to make up for it. Very clean and quite. Service was very good overall.

Service was fantastic, (our waiter was the best part of our experience) but the food left everything to be desired. My companion had the New York Strip, and it was passible for a decent steak. I had mushroom ravioli. It was literally horrific. This place charges upscale steak house prices, but the food is less than Sizzler quality. If you have low expectations, or don't care about taste just sustenance, go right ahead and chuck your money at this sham of a steak house. Otherwise, just do yourself a favor and steer clear.

Not recommended on the weekend as the restaurant is in a business hotel, so it was very quiet on the Friday night we visited. I had the scallops, which were dry and salty. My son was pleased with his burger. Our server was attentive and took an interest in our visit to Salt Lake City for three days of skiing at Snowbird.

Went to Shula’s with my parents who came to visit from out of state. Also had our 2 year old daughter with us. There were other kids as well so it didn’t feel as awkward as I initially thought it would. Our server/hostess was amazing! Food was great. Will be coming back soon!

Maybe the Valentine's crowd was too much for them to handle?

$140 before tip for dinner with my date, and I've had better at Outback!

The waiter was nice, but the service was poor and inattentive. The appetizer was decent, the salad was pedestrian and could have been from a pre-made salad kit. The mashed potatoes were good, but the grilled asparagus was kind of sad. The steaks were the major disappointment. My date ordered the Filet and it was severely overcooked and dry with almost no pink. My New York was just ok and without much flavor at all. It you want to spend some money on a steak dinner, go to Fleming's or Ruth's Chris. I've been to both on multiple occasions and they are on an entirely different level than this place.

We decided to try Shula's after I was given a gift card. Otherwise it's not likely we would have ever made the decision to go there, but I'm glad we did. It's a great place to go for dinner based on our experience. I enjoy a good New York steak, but they are so hard to find, they are so often not as tender as I like. The server told me I wouldn't be disappointed and he was right - it was excellent. The baked potato was hot and fresh, the snow peas were good also, as was the glass of wine I ordered. My wife enjoyed her burger and my son loved the filet. The service was excellent too. I was dubious going in but we are already talking about going back. I highly recommend it based on our initial experience.
