We love Shula's. Great food and staff is friendly. The restaurant is also very chic.
I recommend all my friends.
We were greeted with a wonderful welcome and accommodating staff. Giuseppe, our waiter, was super knowledgeable about the menu and his recommendations were fantastic. The entire experience from the time we walked in to the time we walked out was outstanding! Thank you, Bridgette!!
Our waite, TJ, provided excellent service throughout our meal. Food was wonderful, steak so tender you could cut it with a butter knife, hamburger was exceptional quality and cooked to perfection(says my husband, a hamburger coniseour). We ALWAYS stay at this Westin due to its immaculate rooms and close proximity to Shula’s.
Risotto (including onions) was undercooked and crunchy. Too add insult to injury, the dish was barely warm. You may think, must have been busy...nope.
New years day evening....not busy, nice server...6 people at out table....took forever to get our meals....not very hot food...2 meals were overcooked....for a special meal....disappointing....
Waiter did not give us napkins or silverware. We had to ask for it and ask for water. He never came to our table without it being necessary bc the food came or we requested him. For the price you pay, the service isn’t worth it.
Liked the vibe and menu!
Excellent service! Food was wonderful!
Great food. I had a generous portion with the small fillet Mignon. My husband however had a very small portion with the scallions dinner. We both enjoyed the margarita flat bread, very tasty. Even though it was a holiday, they did not have valet parking that night which was somewhat stressful to park further away.
Our party of 5 had great service from Oliva on December 31st!!!
Our experience is the best in the past 10 years. The food was unequaled in quality and taste. Superb experience with very friendly and professional personnel. great restaurant Mr. Shula and befitting of your past accomplishments. I recommend Mr. Kraft and Mr. Brady and the rest of the gang visit your establishment very soon. Classy place.
Management needs to ensure host is properly trained.
I have given this restaurant so many chances. From the rude hostesses to the absolutely mediocre food, it is just not worth it.
Having arrived 5 minutes early, I was told I was early and there would be a wait. I was told to sit in the lobby. A lady sitting there, told me that they were rude to her. The food was just OK and had a very strange taste. The highlight of the meal was a very nice waiter. I have eaten here multiple times and I will not return unless there is no where else open.
Prime rib not served as ordered only to find out preferred cut not available. Felt like kitchen/waiter took a chance on guest acceptance. No prices on holiday menus and replacement offered was ultimately higher priced and presented for payment. Again, felt like attempted guest acceptance rather than guest service. Waiter was overwhelmed but Management finally adjusted bill in satisfactory manner so overall experience was positive.
Specific reservation seating type not available on OpenTable so must call restaurant if booth/high top/table specificity is desired.
Have been to this restaurant many times.
This time was a disappointment, however.
Made a reservation three weeks before Christmas day.
When we arrived, we were seated right away, but were placed in a backroom where the set up felt like an after thought. 6 Six foot rectangular tables were set up here with tablecloths that didn't fit(way too big) and random chairs. It was our first disappointment.
We ordered right away and it took an hour to get our food. And no silverware to be found. Had to ask for it and for more water. Steaks were cooked perfectly, husband's potatoes were cold.
Our server, Gian was trying, but we felt he was in the weeds and had a hard time keeping up with his tables. A manager type person stopped by to ask how things were going. I told her the food took an hour to come out and I felt their timing was off. She asked who our server was and then said she would be right back. No apology, nothing. She disappeared and we never saw her again. It took another hour and a half to finish eating, order dessert, get served dessert and pay the bill. Server apologized for the slow kitchen as he handed us the bill.
We were very underwhelmed with the whole Christmas Day experience, but at least the food was good. The ambience and service was not.
I expected more, wasn't totally disappointed, but was thrilled either. Steaks were dry and cool, not as tender and juicy as I was expecting for the dollar spent. The prime rib was tough with quite a bit of grizzle. Would I do the 30 minute I-4 trip for this place again, probably not.
Service was good, but extremely slow in food prep. Seemed to be understaffed in kitchen and waiters.
Chris served us for the second time, wonderful service, friendly, and great food. Steaks are done very well and other entrees are ready.
We had reservations for a lunch date without our kids for Christmas. No hostess upon entering waited several minutes. Party in bar way too loud for us. They were so loud the doors should have been shut. Kids and adults actually screaming Lunch menu not exciting my filet was just ok My husband got a Shula burger. Ordered mw was over cooked. Waited a while for food then saw it carried out. Waitress stopped and talked to other server for several minutes. Then set food in tray and finally figured it wasn’t our food since it didn’t come to us. Couldn’t see server at this point. It actually was it was finally brought to us Teas and cokes empty without refill ( which is by far our most important expectation) Don Shula should remove his name from this establishment. He would’ve been embarrassed
Our server was so wonderful! We go every year about this time for a date night right before Christmas! Our server found out that our anniversary is after Christmas and surprised us with free dessert and champagne. We love going here to eat and it is the little extras that make it a constant on our favs list!!
TJ was very attentive server and corrected the mistake on the meal efficiently and very happily. I would say coming in later for 9:00pm helped with the back up in the kitchen he had mentioned earlier. The food was done perfectly and very flavorful. First time but definitely will go back based on this experience.
WE HAD, A VERY NICE SERVER. THE FOOD WAS GOOD PORTION AND WAS COOKED PROPERLY TO YOUR ORDER.
I brought my Dad here to try their fish and he LOVED it. I took him here again for his birthday and he got the ribeye. He had nothing but GREAT things to say about it! The taste, temperature and overall preparation was perfect for him.
Disappointed. Vegetables were hard and cold. Angus steak was cooked too fast and tough. Six of us went and the meals left much to be imagined.
I'm not sure why the ratings here are so high, but the food to me is equal to maybe a Longhorn. The flavors aren't there and everything is just mediocre at best. I would teach them how to season, sear, and cook a steak, and also how to season the other foods.
The brussel sprouts were cooked almost right, pretty close, but the flavor wasn't there. Sprouts could have used salt, pepper and/or a light sauce - vinegar or honey based.
The coleslaw tasted awful like it was premade. I hope it was premade.
Asked for the ribeye medium. Most good steakhouses now cook a medium closer to medium rare. This was medium well+. And again, the flavor wasn't there. Could have used salt and pepper, then a hard sear to create a crust, and remove before overcooking.
Very nice place, just need better flavor and cooking techniques. You can spend less money and get better food at Texas Roadhouse or Logan's, while the atmosphere at those locations leave a bit to be desired.
So I guess what I am saying is, if you want tastey food, go elsewhere. If you don't mind paying $$ for $ quality, then give it a try.
This might literally be the best meal I have ever had in my life. The appetizers were yummy and the filet was the most tender steak I have ever experienced! It was amazing and they even threw in dessert because it was my birthday. We were truly impressed and cannot wait to visit again.
The food was delicious and we loved the mimosa and Bloody Mary bar. The bar tender and host were wonderful. Our server was nice but we didn’t see him after he took our order. He did check on us about 15 minutes after our food was delivered. We had to ask for our check from the hostess. We would definitely eat there again but would hope for a different server.
Great restaurant, very accommodating... went there for our anniversary. the waitress was super great. the hostess was great. our waitress was so pleasant and nice she made us feel super great. the only problem is the prices is a little high for what you get. happy hour pride is great, but some of the food was great and great for the price, and some was so small for the price and in general, you barely get a bite out of the whole appetizer... other then that we had a great time and would recommend this restaurant.
Samantha took care of us and like always treated us with first class service!!
When we walk in, Megan in reception welcome us by name and seats us right away!!
Great Service by these two ladies!!! This is what makes come back!!
Load, and food was HORRIBLE! Had to send it back and my wife had to eat by her self. Manager comped my meal but still not the experience we had hoped for at these prices ...
VERY DISAPPOINTED ☹️
Good service but the Turkey dinner wasn't great. It was served warm and not hot and the Turkey was not traditional Turkey. Apple bread pudding was excellent
Shula’s is a great place to have a quiet dinner date to celebrate a birthday or special occasion. You can actually hear each other’s conversations. The steaks were fantastic and the service was very good . We got a free birthday Entrée and dessert which was very generous. Our server Chris was very knowledgeable on the food . I definitely recommend this place
Usually outstanding service, started out good, with seating, but became highly disappointed with a newer server. After wine bottle was opened and initial pour, we had to fill our glasses until finished. Slow food service.... not attentive. The beef tip appetizer was so blackened they were hardly edible. The blue cheese chips were great, as usual. One of our area favorites, but not likely to return anytime soon. Wrote to the new corporate offices expressing our disappointment with the decline of the restaurant over the past couple of years. No response. We won't be going back.
First off our waiter was fantastic!! 3 of our 4 steaks were excellent. The filets were ordered medium well which I know isn’t a good thing. One came out great while the other looked like shoe leather and was very dry although it tasted good. My husband had the half roasted chicken, quite frankly it looked more like a pigeon. After getting home he got sick. Vegetables were cold and potatoes not quite hot. For the price I was not impressed.
Service was a little slow and our request for a special occasion was not honored, but the food was excellent.
Food was good, drinks were great thanks to John the Bartender. Best of all was the outstanding service we received from Tiffany. We will definitely be back.
Server seemed very inexperienced/poorly trained
Seated immediately. Rewards program "Team Shula" generous, brought us in to celebrate a birthday! Great Bourbon/Whiskey selection. Steaks really good but would be so much better if wood fired... Generous portions. Birthday recognition for desert so thoughtful with personalized birthday card! Server was over the top kind, thoughtful and not overbearing!
The food is always good at Shula’s 347. Our server was very attentive and very friendly.
The servers and staff treated us very well and celebrated our anniversary by giving us a personalized greeting card signed by the staff, a wonderful complimentary dessert, and champagne. The food was good, but nothing special. I had a specialty hamburger and my wife had scallops - we should have gotten steaks.
