Celebrate Easter at Shula's!

Great food and service.
Food was delicious. But don’t bother with deserts. I have tried them twice and they are not very good.
Our Valentine’s Day visit was PERFECT.
Always very good. They stopped carrying the entree Crab Cakes which was the best in Roanoke but made do withe the filet.
The server, Devin, was friendly and helpful. Food was not as good as expected. My daughter and I chose to stay here because we had such a great experience at Shula’s in Naples, Fl. The steaks were excellent, but veggies and other lacked appeal. The asparagus was hard. My friend’s pork tenderloin looked like a whole butterflied loin with a couple of slices of spiced apple on top. Someone needs to have a lesson in presentation. Can’t fault the serve staff — they even gave roses for all — it was Valentine’s Day. Hope some of these issues can be addressed because there is great potential.
We love Shulas and go back over and over. The food is great and a wonderful value. Best steakhouse on the area!
Portions varied greatly - dessert is not their forte
Always a great meal.
Total train wreck. I’ve never been to a steakhouse that was out of steak and baked potatoes but now I can cross that off my list. We waited 20 minutes for our drinks while listening to the drunk foreigners at the table beside us yell at the frontside manager that they had been waiting for over 2 hours to get their entree’s. Food finally came and it was lukewarm but we still got it before the drunk table beside ours which only set them off more. After scarfing down dinner we decided to skip desert before things completely went off the rails.
We always have a good meal at Shulas when we are in the area. We had Christmas Day dinner here this year and it was great ! We appreciated that they not only offered a holiday menu but we’re allowing orders from the regular menu . Service was 5 Star !
Took a break from our Christmas cooking and enjoyed a fantastic experience at Shula’s. From the greeter to our waitress and the manager what a great experience. The food was extremely good with very good sized portions. If I could give them 6 stars I would.
Our waiter was excellent, I believe his name was Dakota. We usually frequent a Shulas in tysons corner D.C. area and what a world of difference in the two. The wine list was quite small with poor selection. I don't mind a small wine list but there was little variety. We ordered several appetizers which were AWFUL. This is sad because my steak was actually one of the best I've had it my life (even better than the D.C. Shulas) it was cooked to perfection. The risotto needs some desperate help. We ordered the riblets and hot chicken and the chicken was chewy and the riblets were a rip off for being so small and the sauce coming from a jar. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you are strictly going to have a steak and potato(which I will come back to get). This is sad because we love the Shula brand and this place is not an accurate representation of the rest of the chain. They need to make the menu offerings smaller and focus on perfecting them instead of trying to offer 100 dishes.
Service was great, it had good options for the kids and for adults. Day specials were great!
We stayed at the adjoining hotel and went here for a quick dinner. The server was the most polite waiter we ever had but it was a good thing he didn’t have many tables to wait on. The parmesan risotto was great and the hamburger was ok. The drinks are nothing special so I had one of their “signature” drinks and it wasn’t worth a second for $11.
Experience was great! Food was delicious and service was all in all very good just a had to wait a little for food and check. Waitress was personable and attentive.
A steakhouse without Steak? That’s what I found at Shula’s at 7 PM on a Thursday evening. The waiter did not have a good explanation and without the steak there were very few entrees left on the menu. I decided to order 2 appetizers and a side. The crab cake had quite a bit of filler but the Ahi tuna was good. The service was close to non-existent. This used to e a good place to eat but I would not recommend it unless recent reviews are great.
Shula’s was a nice but over priced steakhouse. We also had a very nice wine with a big pour at $12.00 a glass. Our biggest complaint was that it was nearly impossible to find. We were traveling and not familiar with the area. Nothing we read about it mentioned that it was in the Sheraton Hotel or that the street address was misleading, as it’s actually on a service road off the street. When we called for help, we were put on hold and then forgotten. Once we found it, sat down, and calmed down, it was a fine but expensive dinner.
The food was excellent. However, we asked for bread 3 times and never received. Also, very pricey for what you get. For the price, the tables should have white table cloths and the service should be outstanding. We were not impressed with the service at all.
Great food and friendly service. Carrot Cake to die for.
Mediocre food, surprising for a Shula's, staff was helpful but not knowledgable, average wine list
Always dependebale! Good food good bar and always friendly servers!
Would have given higher marks for quality of food but dessert was horrible.
Consistent, great food, service, and wine! No better steak/seafood house in Roanoke!
One of my favorite places to eat a NICE dinner!
Always good food and good service.
We had never been to this location even though we live within 20 minutes. My wife and I enjoyed our choice to go here for a date night dinner. We were treated very well and our food was delicious.
Great food. Great service. Great wine! Nothing more to say --- this is the best steak house in Roanoke and they have wonderful fresh fish!
As always the service was great. Most of had the 8 oz filet. Party of 5. All were cooked perfectly. The drinks are always tasty too.
Never fails!. Great food, awesome service!. Our fav steak place!
Chris and his team are remarkable -- food is cooked perfectly, service is spot-on, courteous, and professional. lots of options for wine! Great experience!
We went for Fathers Day brunch ... seeking a location near our son.
The hostess, waitress and bar tender were the same person. She was FANTASTIC but the facility was under staffed!! We went in and had the place to ourselves for the first 30 minutes. Ordered our meals but the preparation seemed to take a really long time - (We questioned if was there was a cook in the back?). When the food finally arrived, the shrimp an grits were cold (2 orders with hot toppings dumped on top of cold grits) and the other entrees (2 orders of Chicken and Waffles) were not properly prepared (waffles were cold, chicken didn't have any sauce on it per the menu).
The waitress was all over our concerned, offered free appetizer while we waited (which we declined) and replaced our meals. She made the day enjoyable. I can't say we will return.
This visit was not up to the usual standards. It took quite a while for our server to get our drinks from the bar. Then once we ordered our dinner it took over 30 minutes for us to be served. This is not a place to go if you are planning dinner before going to a show.
I have had many Grilled Chicken Salads during my travels. Theirs is without a doubt the best. It is also the largest.
Swordfish perfectly plated and cooked. Both sides: green beans and mashed potatoes were cold. Our waitress absented herself for a lengthy time, but another waitress removed my plate to return to kitchen. By the time my meal returned, I was eating alone, as my wife had finished. The other waitress came back to check on me, but our initial waitress only came back to deliver bill. I tipped 20%, and was told the manger was on the way. That never occurred. I did receive a call from the manger the next day, with no offer to make right only a "we hope you give us another try". Not likely any time soon. We've frequented Shulas many times with stellar reviews, this time was an indication they are slipping. Not worth a $100 plus bill for sure.
Excellent mother's day brunch. Friendly hardworking staff. Highly recommend.
The worst food for mother's day . I have eaten here and took my mom for a great brunch it was embarrassing and horrible food and presentation of food. The worst
This is a total pass... Food was subpar and steak was rough. Did not eat the food restaurant did refund money...
Good food. Nice wine list. Service a little disjointed.
Best steaks in our area. Always our first choice for special occasion dining, i.e., birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, etc. Great craft beer selection. Always able to get a table.
I'm not sure what Shula's 347 is trying to be. Pricing would suggest moderately upscale, but the TV's in the main dining area suggest casual/sports bar. I will spend over $100 at Shula's for two people, I don't want TV's on while I eat. I get it that Don Shula was a successful coach, but . . .
Food was good. Service from the kitchen was extremely slow. Service from server was good.
Appetizers took almost 45 minutes.
