Always love this place

We were seated on time. Food was great, service was good as well. The noise level in the restaurant was high and it was hard for us to hear one another. This was probably due to the restaurant having high ceilings.
I would definitely return and the coupon on their website is well worth it.

Service was good but not the food. The sirloin steak was hard and fatty. The noodles were tasteless and we had to add soy sauce. With the tip, the bill was $115. Not worth it at all. Benihana is much better

We love coming to Shiro's and was the first place that came to mind to celebrate our anniversary dinner. Made a reservation and was seated promptly. Food was delicious! We love watching it being cooked in front of us! Usually we get a "show" - beating rice heart, chicken laying an egg, boy putting out fire, rice being thrown in mouth to see if you can catch it, baby sake - we love it and get a kick out of it; however this time there really wasn't a show - which was a bummer. We did have a great chef that cooked the food to perfection and he did the knife thing in the beginning and the onion volcano, but that was it. After the onion volcano (which was pretty much in the beginning) there was no "show" - it was just the food being cooked. Maybe because we were a small table (no kids and it was just 2 of us and there was another couple at the other end of the table), but half of the fun of coming to the hibachi restaurant is to see a performance and have some fun.

our group of 5 - met at the bar before being seated, when we were all there- we asked to be seated. our table was ready. we all had different entrees, and everyone enjoyed what they had and commented how tasty the food was. all of the staff were friendly and professional. the waitress, and table shef were excellent. all had a pleasant dining experience.

Food was great (minus the fried calamari, it had too much batter). Our chef was great. Waiter was great. Quite frankly - I didn't have much to complain about except how extremely rude I felt the hostess was. There was no greeting, no identification as who she was, and her whole demeanor was off putting to say the least.

Our Father’s Day celebration was wonderful. The food was delicious and the staff was very attentive and nice!

Service was excellent and the food was absolutely delicious!!

Great place for an occasion with party of about six, and kids will like the "show" by the chef. Food was very good, skillfully separated my food due to mushroom allergy. Drinks were fantastic. Had 2 birthdays at the table, which I mentioned on OpenTable reservation, and they came through with two sparkling desserts for them. Hadn't been in decades, since I moved, and did not disappoint my memories!

One thing, this visit, we had 5:30pm reservations, we weren't seated until 6:15pm. Ridiculous.

Celebrating my engagement with my fiancé by going to Shiro where we had our first date 23 years ago!

We had such a great time! Our chef was so accommodating and kind and included my 3 year old daughter in the “show” and made her feel comfortable. Can’t really ask for much more than that. It was her first time getting hibachi and she really enjoyed it. We’ll be back!

First time here, I couldn’t find any reservations so we tried it out.
Food was barely fair, the quality was definitely not hibachi quality food.
Sushi was bland, and tasteless.
Service was good, our hibachi chef was a rookie u can tell he wasn’t able to handle the grill well but he was nice n friendly.
Overall because of food I will not return.

This is my second time going to Shiro. And I will not be going back. My friends and I had a 6:30 reservation. We did not have to wait which was one of the only positives of the night. We sat down quickly. The food was very average and nothing special. The rice was burnt, the steaks were not cooked like we asked and everything was very Bland with no flavor. Thanks to the two little bowls of sauces they give I poured it on everything. But the worst part was being rushed to finish our meal and leave the Hibachi Table. We were understanding being that it was a Friday night and it was busy so we moved with no problem. We moved to a side of the restaurant with just table and chairs. We were the only people sitting on that side. Within one hour the waitress came over at least three times to check and see if we paid our bill. We had been at the restaurant about three hours at this point. Between having dinner, drinks and catching up with friends we planned to stay there and spend money. But we were hounded for the paycheck. When we finally asked the waitress what was the problem she stated that her manager was worried we would leave without paying and that it had been three hours. Needless to say we spoke to the manager and did not stay much longer. The real icing on the cake was when my friend realized days later that an extra $15 tip was added to her card after we paid the bill and left a tip already! I do not recommend going here and I will not be coming back

I have been coming to Shiro's for decades now. And as usual, the food & service was absolutely great, but I must say that the prices have gone very HIGH. I don't know if it is because of the lack of dinners you are serving, you have to make up what you used to earn, or what, but I will think twice before making another reservation at your establishment in the future. What used to cost roughly about $85 now cost me$140.plus. I do love your restaurant, but I don't know if I can afford it any longer. Unfortunately, you may become a once a year enjoyment.

very crowded and loud. I had hoped for a more intimate setting but it was a cluster of people and parties stepping all over each other.

Poor Covid protocol. Too loud where people singing etc. which can easily spread Covid droplets. A Covid hot spot super spreader. Over crowded. Food was average. Staff was friendly including the chef. Long wait. No reason guess should be using the chef’s cooking tools for videos and photos. Lots of staff but not very attentive.

If you enjoy sushi and loud places than here is where you would like to eat. They have hibachi and private dining. But if you know how loud some hibachi guests can get, than you know what to expect noise wise.
