Not the best experience. Poor from walking in the door. Not greeted, not seated promptly, linen napkin was thread worn and had a string on it. The fork was cheap and old. The floor around our hibachi table was dirty, even though we were there for a 5 o'clock reservation. The food was okay but not great. The chef was good but the fan at our table was so loud we couldn't hear him. Our server was great and bet competent, especially as she was managing several tables. A manager bumped into me on the easy out. He was walking around the dining room not looking where he was going. He apologized but didn't ask if our dinner was good, say have a nice evening, thank you - nothing. I think he exemplifies the overall atmosphere there - very few seemed happy to be there.
