Hand a lovely dinner, great food with good friends.
deviled eggs were good, my gluten free bun was the best I have had. Waitress could have been more attentive to us as there was only 3 diners.
Food was sooo good as always. Good staff and good service.
Food was ok but lacked memorable flavor.
Best value and representation of Paducah on our River Front
It was great just as always!
We’ll definitely be back!
The appetizers are the best and the homemade catsup is great! I would love to see creme brûlée back on the menu!
We always enjoy Shandies. It's a perfect spot for couples or parties. Food is always wonderful, service is always superior and overall atmosphete is fun.
Food was good, service was good, only 2 other people there and had a kids menu. No wait at all, but it was a Wed
We were in town for a show and went for brunch. They only offered about 5 options and there wasn’t even a menu or a blackboard with features. Server was very good but food was awful. Not ready to go back anytime soon.
Shandies was ok, but just. My chicken was cold when it arrived, and it was nothing special. There were only 2 other tables occupied while I was there. Very slow night.
We’ve eaten at Shandies five times and every time it has been outstanding. Whenever we pass through Paducah, we stop for a meal. It’s well worth a stop.
Great food...my steak was too done and they quickly got me another one. The only problem was that we were close to the door and it kept getting left open. It was very cold for the dinner.
Place was great. Atmosphere was excellent and service was exceptional. Add all of that to the AMAZING menu and drink selection and you couldn’t ask for more. Only drawback we had was a huge party of women that came in and were seated in the middle of the restaurant. They got very loud. Outside of that it was a perfect evening and enjoyable place for date night with my wife.
Food was tasty and some interesting combinations and choices. We were able to have conversation with dinner and that's not always the case in many restaurants.
We find Shandies always Consistently Outstanding and our Go To Restaurant
The entire restaurant was empty and the host sat the tables directly in front and behind us the entire time we were there. Service was slow food was average at best.
Food was great, service was great.
We had the French dip and fish and chips, both insanely good. Our server (Ariel, I think?) was rad.
Restaurant was pretty empty at 7:30 on a Saturday. We had made a reservation, but didn't need to. There were maybe 3 other tables and the host seated us, a 2-top, at a table for 4 right next to the server station/entrance to kitchen. That was a little weird. The only issue we had was with the seating, but still not a big enough deal for us to ask to move tables.
All in all, good experience.
We made a reservation, but still had to wait 15 minutes before being seated, even though there were several tables open. Our waitress was not very friendly, and service was slow. When ordering from the entree menu, which indicated that 2 sides were included, she very rudely said sides are not included. We waited way too long for her to bring our drinks and also had to wait to eat our meals until silverware was provided. The atmosphere was perfect for date night, but our overall experience was poor.
Reservations didn’t seem to matter. Had 6:00 reservation due to symphony starting at 7:30. Still hadn’t been seated at 6:30 so we left. Hostess didn’t seem to care and kept saying it’ll be a minute.
This was our first time eating at Shandie’s since moving to Paducah. We could not have had a better experience! The food was absolutely phenomenal and the head server, Paul, was fantastic! Already looking forward to our next visit.
Valentine’s Day- we were seated near door so we were chilly- that was fine but my husband’s steak was rare and he ordered it medium- they redid it and it was good. My shrimp was over cooked and salty- none of my food was hot
Excellent service and great food my wife and I had a wonderful Valentine's day
Great food and service but the atmosphere was a little odd. On a Thursday night at 6:30, me and my wife were the only one ends in there.
Shandies is always a good place to eat and just relax if needed. I was impressed with the quickness of service with such a large group. We will definitely return.
Server was polite and attentive without being overpowering. Meal was very enjoyable. Boneless pork ribeye was excellent and side order of mixed greens was outstanding.
Beautiful old building with tall ceilings & classy decor. Food was delicious, originally brought me a pork chop when I ordered steak, but while they were correcting my order, I was brought a cup of soup free of charge. Will definitely go back!
The food and service was great as expected. Our go to dinner place!
The issues me and my girlfriend have with Shandies is the food was very cold once brought to our table and the vegetable medley I had ordered was a very very small portion. My girlfriend ordered a salad and she never received it. Maybe this was just a one time problem but a one time problem could cause issues for long time to come. We will try Shandies agian and hoping its better next time.
Excellent New Years Eve meal, we were seated immediately upon arrival and couldn't be happier with our experience.
Meal was awesome. Had garlic butter glazed ribeye. It was very tender and flavorful. They started with a choice cut of meat and prepared it just as I asked. My wife had the filet. She was very impressed aswell. Mixed drinks where on point and service matched. We have dined here several times and never been let down. Great place great folks
Overall a very good experience. However for all the excellent beer, wine and hard liquor selections, you don't have at least ONE regular lager draft beer choice ? Plenty of light beer and craft beer selections but no Pabst ,Bud, Stag, Miller, something??!! Seems like you would at least attempt to appease us old-timers (Baby-Boomers) a little bit. Last time I looked we had a lot more disposable income that the Gen-Xers or the Me-llinials. In the future maybe I will dispose of mine somewhere else.
Great atmosphere. Good service. Great food. Great location.
The food was great. The server was polite but acted like he didn’t want to be there. Was nowhere to be found to give us our check or take our payment.
Thanksgiving buffet was excellent and service was great
Shandies is my favorite restaurant in Paducah. I never had a bad meal or received poor at Shandies. I recommend them every chance I get, and everyone I've taken to there loves it.
Food was great , easy to use Opentable process , walked right in. Will use again !
Went for Sunday brunch. The bloody mary/mimosa bar was outstanding. Menu was available for Brunch so we tried burgers and chicken and waffle fries. All were delicious and the service was top notch. We'll definitely stop by again on our next trip through.
Great comfort food. Will be back. The pork chop was juicy and tender
Excellent place for a business meeting or a dinner for two. Excellent ambiance. Great variety of selections available on the menu. Good service. Would recommend a visit!
