Great food. Great service. Interesting sauces. Would go back in a heartbeat
We love going to Shabu. Everything about it is a 10 especially their servers!!!
For my group, we each ordered something different. Everything was awesome. We ordered the Costa roll. firecracker shrimp, moo shu duck, seaweed salad, blistered green beans, dim sum, Shabu Shabu, potstickers, and one of the daily specials was some type of noodles with curry sauce and chicken. All of the dishes were well balanced and absolutely superb. The ambiance was also a treat. Take a look at the unique bottle they pour your sake into (I ordered a bottle of Sword of the Sun - highly recommended, love this stuff) - says it all about the cool vibe of the restaurant. Living in Park City for 2.5 years, this was the first time we ate here. Thanks to a gift certificate from Egyptian Theatre (and OpenTable for reminding me of Shabu's existence), we finally tried this place. Now I'm upset we hadn't tried Shabu until now. We will be coming back often!
We come to park city a few times a year and MUST EAT HERE
It is absolutely Delicious
Incredible sushi and dim sum
Adore this restaurant! Had a fantastic time before a show.
Food was amazing! Will definitely be back!
One of our favorite restaurants in Park City. Overall great sushi and fine fare, but also very energetic and filled with people just having a good time. I'd recommend the honey roll, rock shrimp tempura, and the cod.
Cozy booths, tables for 2 or high top tables in bar area there is seating for everyone. Be sure to make reservations, Shabu is always busy. Shabu does not disappoint!
Food and staff were fantastic from front to back and we will definitely be back!
We LOVE everything about Shabu!!! The cuisine is phenomenal - the atmosphere is always fun and our server (Amy) was incredible!!!
We can't wait to come back :)
I really like Shabu. Maybe, it is because I eat there frequently, but while atmosphere is comfortable, it is getting old. The bartender is always excellent. He mixes a great cocktail. Appetizers like the hamachi pinwheel, firecracker shrimp and blistered beans and shishitos are very tasty. While there are better places for sushi in town, you cannot beat the variety of the cuisine at Shabu. Personally, I love the lamb, duck and even the egg foo young. Sometimes the service can be better than other times. The restaurant is a solid 4, but it has a long way to go, when compared to say Aspen's Matsuhisa.
always love dining here, awesome food and the staff is wonderful
Made a lunch reservation via OpenTable, which required my credit card to hold the reservation. Arrived at the restaurant only to find out that it was actually closed. Called the restaurant and got the recording which said it was open for lunch. Ended up having to call the GM who apologetically told me the recording was wrong and that the OpenTable app was wrong. Use caution when making reservations here.
We had a wonderful dinner outdoors which was wonderful. The food was delicious and my friend really appreciated the gluten free menu!
Wonderful date night restaurant in great location so we could take a nice walk on a Main Street after dinner. Delicious food and great service.
The food and service were outstanding, but it was typical resort town pricey by about 20% in my opinion and the sushi and nigiri pricing was over the top. We ate on the rear deck and enjoyed it and our waitress Chelsea was excellent. Having said that would dine there again but with more folks because to get a good flavor of the restaurant we had to over order and being a foodie, i wanted to try more than we needed to satisfy our appetite.
The food was fantastic and the atmosphere was really fun.
Great summer experience sitting upstairs and outside along Main Street.
The Firecracker Shrimp and Blistered Green Beans are my favorites. The hot rock Wagyu beef is awesome too
Been many times. Always great timer. Maguro was awesome
Food is wonderful. But this visit the service was extremely slow. Our server seemed to be really busy with too many tables, certainly not her fault. But it took a long time just to get our check.
Always a great evening.
Innovation menu. Firecracker shrimp and blistered green beans are to die for
Whether it is a special occasion or middle of the week dinner this place is great. You have to try the hot rock.
Low quality food at high prices. Poor service.
The cod was covered in a sticky sugary sauce and $40!
Shabu had excellent food. As vegetarians we had more than 1-2 options which was great! At least 4 appetizers and 4 entrees with vegetarian options. Our waiter was a little slow taking our order but the food came out very quickly and everything was excellent. There are 2 options (front deck and back deck) for sitting outside in the summer and we really enjoyed the front deck. It is pricey but on par with Park City Main Street.
Most over rated Sushi place I’ve ever been too
Freshest sushi I’ve had in a long time and the atmosphere is fun yet cozy.
One of our favorite places in PC. Never fails to impress.
Food always good; it’s busy so takes a while to get your food but worth it: the staff is excellent
Fabulous as always. We love Shabu and Love the back patio. See you Friday night.
Great food, great service, and terrific vibe with the 70’s music! Loved it and we will be back!!!
My daughter recommended as we visit park city only a few times a year and she knew of this incredible spot!
Absolutely delicious !
The dim sum, scallops appetizer, duck - omg all soooo good
Went perfectly with sake and asahi beer
Highly recommend - one of my new faves
The Sushi was great and so was the quality, the only negative experience i had was that my girlfriend and i were placed in the middle of the restaurant on a small table that couldn't have anymore than 3 plates on it. plus my poor girlfriend was hit on by both bartenders at the bar from our table...
I cannot say enough about how fabulous the food is here. My husband and I sat outside on their covered patio in a rain storm on main street. We enjoyed the experience and food so much that we could have returned the next evening to sample more.
Owner walked us back to the upper
Level outdoor deck, told us to wait there, and left us for 10 minutes!
Always in our top 3 restaurants in Park City
As per usual Shabu does not disappoint! We travel to PC frequently from Mpls and Shabu is always on our list of must haves. We were seated on the out door balcony and were able to catch the final moments of a spectacular sunset. Ordered the spicy Buddha cocktail and settled in for there dim som appetizer. We have had most rolls on the menu and you can’t go wrong. Our server did a fantastic job and keep up with the flow on the balcony. Atmosphere, design and vibe are always fun. Give Shabu a try.
Food was excellent.
Took a long time to get drinks and food. So wouldn’t recommend if in a hurry.
Might be because we were on roof top dining.
