Seviche is Nuevo Latino, an eclectic mix of the traditional flavors of Latin American cuisine and its influences infused into new contemporary dishes. Our chef creates new exciting flavorful dishes based on his heritage and formal training. I was a little worried about dining out on New Years Day & as expected food was not the best Ive had there! Food temp was luke warm & we waited longer than usual to get out food, as if had been sitting too long on counter. Scallops were overcooked, strip steak as well. Seafood stew dish was heavy on the curry sauce.
Other than that I love this restaurant, casual cool décor, drinks & seviche always delic!, our waiter was very good!

Our visit was the day before New Years Eve. Saturday night at 6:30 for 3 people. Greeted with valet parking on a very cold evening and were escorted into the restaurant 5 steps from our car. The hostess was welcoming and we were treated with a surprise visit to the hostess stand by celebrity Chef/owner Anthony Lamas.
The best presentations on every plate. Starter was Brie which was almost too gorgeous to the eye to eat. We feasted on the most perfect Caesar salad, truly the best ever calamari, empanadas, Mahi Tacos.
Only to not be disappointed with a dessert of black cherry ice cream. Which was blackened with charcoal! “Genius”... served with crime and bourbon infused cherries! Don’t wait this restaurant is run by a chef and his team that love what they do and it shows in everything they do.

Our server - Chris?? ( light slightly reddish hair with a beard. Took our picture in the front corner.) you were awesome! Thank you ! Food was great. Service was better. We had a great experience! Been to this restaurant many times and love it still. Will be back! Can't go wrong with anything on the menu but the scallops are amazing.

Great food! Tried a variety of appetizers and main dishes and wasn't disappointed. Not on the cheap side, but not crazy either.

Nice meal. We both had grilled romaine salad which is excellent and we split tuna and tenderloin entrees
