Seven Rivers Steaks Seafood and Spirits
Join us in the lounge for happy hour and then head into the main Seven Rivers dining area for an evening that is like no other in the Four Corners.
Beautiful restaurant, we were there for our 18th anniversary & absolutely loved it, the food was delicious, the restaurant is very nicely decorated & the service was outstanding. I am Australian & this is the nicest meal I have had in the US over the last 19 years, a very nice anniversary dinner for us!
Food as always was delicious, service was great and the waiter and staff very friendly.
This place never ceases to impress me. Food and service is always outstanding!!!
We love this place! Amazing food.. don’t forget dessert.. well worth it here!
Excellent service, excellent food, will highly recommend!
Seven Rivers always takes great care of us and offers the best steak and seafood in the southwest region of CO!
The food is wonderful and the staff is outstanding. We love to come here for dinner.
always love it here. this time there was live music. Jack Ellis was playing which made the experience even more fantastic. thank you 100% worth the drive.
We were quite impressed! This restuarant is excellent!
An excellent meal, best steaks in the area, this was our third trip there and each time has been excellent
The staff was friendly and attentive. The food was excellent.
Food is excellent, service is slow. If you have the time, the food is worth the wait
Great food and service. Attentive wait staff and great drinks.
We don't mind driving from Pagosa Springs to Seven Rivers and the music in the lounge--especially Bob Hemenger playing his saxophone. The meals are excellent and appreciate the side choices and that they are included in the Entree price. Wines are resonable and sometimes only come for the appetizers, wine and music. The atmosphere is calming and mellow. We have never been disappointed in our experience in the restaurant or lounge. Our friend from Oklahoma City always wants to eat at Seven Rivers when in the area now. The servers are professional, knowledgable and friendly. We always have a pleasant experience. Thank you for making your restaurant a first class experience! Karl, is our special Bartender and Taylor is our favorite Waiter.
Excellent, as always. I've written before about the appetizers I choose in lieu of an entree. This visit I ordered caesar salad plus the coconut-crusted shrimp. My companion opted for the stuffed halibut, which was nicely presented covered with a sauce she says was "to die for". Having saved a little room for dessert, I did my best to finish the espresso mousse, the lightest and creamiest mousse I've ever found, thankfully not too sweet. It is served in a large(!) goblet and needs to come with two spoons.
Seven Rivers is, in my opinion, the best restaurant in the Durango area. Steaks, shrimp and halibut are excellent. The side dishes, especially the wild mushroom risotto cake, jalapeno mashed potatoes, the truffled Mac and cheese, the creamed corn and hickory green beans are delicious choices. What I like best is that there are none of the weird foods like so many places in town on main Street. Not everyone likes quinoa, beets and kale and you won't find these on the menu! I also highly recommend two of the servers - both David and Taylor are friendly and very efficient! Go! You won't regret it!
We came for my Birthday and were not let down even a little bit. The Crab cake appetizer was great and enough to share. My husband had the Rib eye and it was cooked to perfection and I had the stuffed shrimp that were wonderful as well. We did Key Lime Pie and Bananas Foster - Flambeed table side. Wow what a great show and it was so yummy. The staff was amazing and checked all the details.
Surprised my husband for our anniversary dinner and it was a 1st time for both of us eating there! It exceeded both of our expectations from start to finish! From the great drinks, dinner, to the dessert, it was a 10 with it all! We will definitely be back soon! Thank you for the great hospitality!
Seven Rivers is always a great place for special occasions. Have always had superb service and the food is consistently excellent!
Very good, Randell was awesome as usual. Love, Love, Love this place
We love this place. Food is great and staff very friendly. Randall always waits on us and he is fabulous. Anything you need to know about the food he knows it
Service and food were marvelous. Will definitely be back.
This is the 4th time we've been jete and we are never disappointed. The staff is wonderful!!!
The food is worth the money and the Waite staff are amazing and are always there when u need them!!!
The food and service are always outstanding ! All of our entrees have always been very flavorful.
Everything was great. We made reservations easily, we asked for a certain table and it was granted, we had great service(Taylor) and the food was excellent!
We tried to celebrate a birthday and our return to Sky Ute. The filet ordered was not up to previous standard. The 1st one was overly seasoned & can’t be consumed. Return with a 2nd filet but was over cooked. My bro-in-law just gave up and did not eat his steak as he has ordered medium rare. Highly disappointed as we had eaten here before numerous times and always did enjoy the meal. Will not return for a meal here for the price of the steak ordered.
It was an amazing meal. Worth the 45 min drive for dinner. Our waiter was so nice and the food was perfect.
What a gem in the Four Corners area. Highly recommend eating at this restaurant. Great food and service.
Not sure if the meal is worth the $$, bit still a nice break from the regular restaurants in the area. They do try to be very professional and are very attentive.
I would pass on the Bison steak and try something else...... bone in ribeye looked good.
Lobster was not the best i have eaten either.
Drinks strong. Wine offerings were ok.
Would most certainly return for second dinner sometime, but might not drive an hour justfor dinner.
Cigarette smoke everywhere.
Excellent food and service! The best steakhouse I've eaten at in the Four Corners area.
Excellent service and very delicious food. The filet was ordered rare and it was cooked to perfection.
We were very disappointed with Seven Rivers. The ambiance is nothing more than a little bit nicer than a regular restaurant at a casino. For the price of the meals I was expecting much more. The chairs were really uncomfortable. The food was all smothered with cream and cheese and didn't have much flavor. My husband ordered his steak medium rare and it came out medium well. Their wine list by the glass was disappointing and did not have much selection. We got the Key Lime Log for dessert which was not good at all. The crust was like eating plastic. I would not recommend Seven Rivers to anyone! Much better choices in town.
Best restaurant in the Four Corners. Food, service, staff and ambiance is top quality.
Very disappointing. Steak was well over cooked. Not eatable.
I had the scampi stuffed shrimp and my husband the ribeye. I also had the wedge of lettuce. Absolutely amazing well worth the price and the staff that never disappoints. High recommend!
We ordered your night special, which at $42/plate should have been exceptional. The seafood was excellent, however, both steaks were ordered medium. My steak was too rare and was returned to kitchen. Upon return it was charred but proper inside. Some veggies were also charred. Carcinogenic foods in a quality restaurant most unacceptable. Late afternoon sun was not comfortable for my partner nor conducive to evening ambiance in a high-end restaurant. Staff kept raising the shade that we requested to be lowered.
Absolutely world class food, as good as anything I’ve eaten in high end restaurants all over the world. Well-priced - not cheap, but definitely less than what you’d pay in a restaurant of equivalent quality in a major city. In addition to steak, lamb was excellent, so was the stuffed halibut, and the potato sides were fantastic. Table side bananas foster not to be missed. Can’t recommend enough.
Ambience very nice. Comfortable, quiet, excellent table setting. About what should be expected in an upscale restaurant with upscale prices. Food was another issue. Had mostly seafood, no fresh grilled meats. Seafood was preprepared and most likely bought from outside provider and microwave heated, not prepared in house. Tasty, but over cooked and tough. Kitchen needs to upgrade chef or limit menu to grilled meats. Asparagus side well done, while green beans more raw than el dente. Seven Rivers has unique opportunity to become a “destination” dining location, but they have to become serious about their food preparation. Otherwise they will remain just another mediocre Casino restaurant.
