The restaurant’s unique name comes from an extended essay by English art critic John Ruskin. The "lamps" refer to the seven principles of architecture: sacrifice, truth, power, beauty, life, memory and obedience.

Spicy Maine Mussels
chorizo verde, green chili + tomatillo broth, sourdough
double patty, bacon, sweet onions, b & b pickles, 1000 island, cheddar gratin, hand cut fries
smoked bacon jam, prosciutto di parma, pickles, garden rosemary + grapefruit butter, house country bread
The small plates were the best part of the meal! We sat inside where it was a bit dark, but there is also an outdoor seating option if you want more light.
We love Seven Lamps. Looking forward to our visit.
30th birthday with daughter- in -law !
Franz was our waiter and he was fantastic!! I came here for my birthday and sat outside. The vibes in this place, the food, the energy from the wait staff was absolutely incredible! Highly recommend!
The hostess and the waitress gave very warm greetings. Waitress was knowledgeable of all tequilas and recommendations for good cocktails & margaritas. The food was excellent. Seven Lamps will be added to my list of go to restaurants.
Our first time dining at Seven Lamps. Absolutely blown away by the food!
Keep it short and sweet. New server, could not really explain the menu or the drink menu. GM did give drink on the house, this was before we talk to him. about service and food quality.
We were very pleased with our first trip to Seven Lamps and plan to go back as soon as we can. From the moment we entered and experienced the wonder wood aroma from the grills, we anticipated great tasting food and we were not disappointed!
Do not ask for outside seating. They have no bug deterrents so youre getting eaten up by mosquitos. It had just stopped raining and half of the tables dont have unbrellas. They gave me a table with no umbrellas even though i had a reservation. The table and chairs were wet and theres water dripping on you from above. The food was good though. Ruined a birthday dinner and she was ready to go asap. Make your reservation for inside and hopefully u have a better experience then we did.
Our party of three enjoyed Friday lunch at Seven Lamps. The server was pleasant and knowledgable. Food was served with minimal wait. Both the fries and side salad were delicious. BLT, Smoked chicken salad and Buffalo Chickensandwiches were all delicious. After dining here twice this is now my favorite Buckhead lunch spot!
New management needs to make it the way it used to be. Felt understaffed. The food is still amazing but the service is not the same. Hopeful it was a “one-off” night and they will be back to normal soon! We love Seven Lamps!
We enjoyed our time overall. The food was great and service was nice, definitely recommend the Sangria. We had a confirmed reservation for 8:45pm and did not know the restaurant closed at 9pm, but we were seated and served anyway which we appreciated.
This place is amazing! The staff is super friendly and the food is phenomenal. Seven Lamps is a great place for date night or just catching up with friends!! If you are thinking about going…GO!! You won’t be disappointed!!!
This restaurant was cute and quaint, the patio eating area seemed inviting however it was just too hot on the day I visited. The ambiance and decorations were very well placed. Also great location and friendly staff.
They were out of orange marmalade, which was disappointing because I really wanted to try one of the cocktails on the menu. They also serve farm-raised salmon, which was also a bit disconcerting, however overall it was a good experience.
Food was AMAZING. Only negative was that the waiter tried to rush us out of there after we finished our food
Service was abysmal. I have never seen a more lack luster staff. And then you find out they add 20% gratuity (party of 4) — and that explains a lot. No incentive to give a darn and it shows. I won’t be back.
The waiter that I had was a bit slow and the food wAs pretty average
Food was delicious! Service was great! Can’t wait to come back!
Amazing food that was well crafted and paired. Service was great as well
Everything was perfect ! Ordered cheese board and the duck… everything delicious.
The food and location were great for a nice, sit down lunch or dinner without the long waits or high-end (and high prices) of other places in Buckhead. The service was excellent and the outdoor seating was nice.
What an amazing meal! Charcuterie tray was tasty. Flat iron steak was cooked perfectly, and I finished with strawberry and watermelon sorbet.
Our server Jennifer was nice! Place was busy for a Monday night.
We had a delicious meal. Highly recommend the shrimp appetizer and the bread pudding dessert! Service was great!
If you want quiet, I would recommend sitting outside.
The brunch items were incredibly delicious. Also, the portions were generous. I couldn’t ask for anything else. I’ll definitely return.
It was a perfect spot for lunch! We sat outside and it was really nice. I had let the restaurant know that it was my friend's birthday ahead of time and they even had "Happy Birthday" printed on our menus!! Great touch! The menu items are unique but everything sounds really amazing. We had the hummus and the mussels which were fantastic. It's definitely a place I'd go back to again.
Great server. Perfect outside dining
We loved every moment of eating here. It was our first time in and our server, Jennifer, made sure that the occasion was special and thoroughly enjoyable. Her menu recommendations were absolutely on point. 10/10
Food bland and overcooked. Fries were ok. I think this is more of a place to get drinks. Waitress was nice enough . Outdoor area nice. It's Lennox though so gotta be a little careful.
one of the most creative, consistent and underrated restaurants in atlanta. never disappoints!
Chris was amazing, had a very good knowledge about the food and drinks.
Great food. Great service.
Great food and service! We enjoyed my daughters birthday celebration there. We all enjoyed our food but the standouts were the pimento cheese board, grilled octopus, monk fish and panna cotta dessert. Highly recommend!
I took my Mom out for brunch/dinner.
The service was terribly slow. My group of 3 waited 20 minutes before we were even offered drinks. Then after about 30 minutes of waiting after ordering food, the meal came back wrong. On top of that, I said I didn't want another drink, had one brought over (under the assumption that it was on the house) and had a smaller drink charged to the bill. The food admittedly was good, but the service was terrible. This was definitely a one and done experience for me
Elijah. Great Service
It seems like the menu has changed since the last time I was there: not as many choices and food quality has gone somewhat downhill.
My husband & I had a great experience when we went good & service were great. My parents however had a very bad experience my mom has a food allergy & they got her order wrong 3 times. It was their 35 anniversary so I wish it had been a little better since I made the reservation.
Great food and great service. The portions were hearty and the wood grilled proteins were outstanding. The Flat Iron steak was cooked just right and the sides abundant. Brittany was great!
It was our first time at this restaurant. We had a great time! Love the casual atmosphere. Food was delicious!!! My drink was a too sweet but my husband’s drink tasted great. There was 1 table near us that had an issue with their plate but we overheard the waitress and she handled it beautifully. I will definitely return.
