Special thanks to Rodnel and Alyssa for making an amazing brunch even better with exceptionally attentive service. Highly recommend - everyone should experience brunch at the Ritz-Carlton!
Delicious food, welcoming friendly service and great atmosphere. Loved our experience.
Everything was perfect the service was outstanding
Perfectly average steakhouse. Downside is the price. Puts it in the same league as the higher end steakhouses in the US but the food and service don’t come close to those
Birthday dinner outside on the patio. Much quieter and peaceful outside. Food and service are fantastic.
Overall - excellent service, but disappointing food.
Bread- fruit in it- wasn’t loving fruit in the bread
Steak- wasn’t very good- tough and not very flavorful - too much pepper and just wasn’t up to expectation
Dessert- was a fail- baked Alaska that wouldn’t ignite - so it was a mouthful of high alcohol with meringue- not good had to send back
Service- waiter excellent, sommelier excellent-
Just disappointing food
Wonderful servers who were very kind. They went to that next level of service. Food was great as well!
Very attentive staff
Impeccable service that is always expected with a Ritz Carlton restaurant. Steak was cooked perfectly the desert was fabulous.
Wonderful staff and excellent dining experience.
This was a fantastic experience! The food was great and the service was top notch!
It has good food But the view sitting outside of a out door bar with a large tv on was disappointing
Fantastic service and the food/drinks were excellent
The service and food were absolutely fabulous - every aspect of dinning at Seven is wonderful in fact going again tonight
Amazing Sunday champagne brunch! A wide selection of delicious food plus a masterful presentation.
Every single item served was of top-notch quality. My champagne glass was never empty.
2 course meal and a lower end of the wine list bottle of wine cost $300 US. Entrees. were very good and the chocolate dessert was outstanding. A party of diners made the room noisy.
The personalized service was exceptional! I walked in with a really long list of food intolerances/allergies, and eating out (especially while traveling internationally) can be extremely challenging. They immediately brought the chef out of the kitchen to talk with me about what foods I like, and he created an appetizer and an entree that wasn’t on the menu. Everything was perfectly cooked, and the food was reasonably priced for a high end restaurant. The only thing I though was overpriced compared to other restaurants on the Caymans was the wine. Definitely will be going back this week before heading back to the states.
Of course we came here for steaks, but you can't jump right into the main course. Ordering drinks requires choices regarding the proper bourbon or rum. The French onion soup must be savored to appreciate the different flavors.
The true savoring comes from the steaks and sides. We loved all our selections.
It was absolutely fabulous!!!
Truly insane brunch with unlimited champagne, high quality sashimi, lobster claws, oysters along with the normal brunch foods. Despite the relatively high price tag they definitely lost money on me! Highly recommended.
Food is excellent. Service is top notch. Locale, on the patio overlooking the Caribbean, is absolutely lovely. Wine list is very good, if a little pricey. Favorite place on Grand Cayman.
Absolutely the worst meal and service during our vacation. 5 out of 8 of us were ill following the meal. We were approached by the sommelier to purchase a $1200 bottle of wine at the beginning of our meal which we declined. The 2 bottles we did purchase were never poured by any of the wait staff, instead we had to pour our own wine. Corvina fish was extremely salty and dry. Needless to say all the food was overdone including the baked potato . We had various waiters and never knew who to call on for service. Took over a hour to get the first round of cocktails. Thought this would be our best meal on the island and it was the absolute worst.
We had a strip steak that was fair and a pork chop that was absolutely awful. Expensive like everything else on Cayman but the food quality was not good. Restaurant puts on airs of a great steakhouse but it is not even close. Stay away!
Excellent dining experience. The gluten free house made bread is wonderful. Service was attentive. Wine list fantastic. Food was outstanding. Loud but tolerable. Crowded restaurant because it's so yummy. Enjoyed my filet. The chilled seafood platter was truly an experience and all cooked ( or not cooked) to perfection. My husband had the cheeseburger, which is so yummy and really is a fantastic meal. Don't underestimate it. Chipotle creamed corn is unexpectedly satisfying and tasty.
I am on a low sodium diet for health reasons. I requested no salt on my food and everything had plenty of salt on it.
Traveling for vacation with my husband and we heard the ritz brunch was the best - whoever told us that was absolutely, 100%, correct! Incredible service from the entire staff, and top notch chefs who should all be very proud of their food. We will definitely be back (with friends in tow!)
Stayed at the Ritz and ate here several times. The breakfast buffet is wonderful and inclusive of everything you can imagine. The pastries amazing. Expensive, however. Had 2 dinners. One was on Thanksgiving and the Peking Turkey was awesome as was the Reese's Souffle. The other meal was a good steak meal - the Chipotle Corn was the best thing on the menu...
Amazing food and service!
Our meal could have been 1.5 hours not the 2.5 hours it ended up being if it were not for our vanishing server. For these prices, we should not have to refill our own wine glasses or beg passing managers for water. Yes, it was a busy night but we could see our waiter have looong conversations with another table.
Our waiter was fabulous! The food- terrific!
