   Overall the food was very good, but service fell off mid-way through our dinner not sure what happen.

   A perfect night with friends. Oysters were spectacular. Service was impeccable. Ordered the steak and lobster and ate every bite. Try the spicy margarita!

   Service was really great. Prices were outrageous. $25 cocktails. $30 glass of wine which was the cost of a bottle in USA. Ambience is stuffy and snobbish, not surprising for Ritz Carlton. Celebrated a birthday and got a card signed by staff that was off by 30 years in my favor. Not worth the cost unless money doesn’t matter.

   This restaurant was exceptional in all aspects. The food, drinks, and service were beyond good. Highly recommend.

   Charred romaine salad was delish. Ribeye with peppercorn rub and chimmichuri sauce was excellent. One of the best baked potatoes I have ever had, but get the toppings on the side. Hard to find a bottle of wine under $200.

   We had a lovely dinner at Seven on our last night in Grand Cayman. Tha charred romaine salad was very good, as was the steak. Chocolate soufflé was the perfect ending to a great meal!

    Front of the house staff was not good. Made this reservation on open table a month ago for our wedding anniversary. When we arrived for our reservation the hostess was confused, seemed annoyed and it took long to take us to our table. She sat us at a tiny bar table I told her we were intending on ordering wine, apps, mains etc and the table was too small. She finally sat us at another table after we requested it. The server we had was excellent his name was Sagar, he was attentive and professional. The sommelier Nitin was also excellent. The food was good but I don’t think the experience with the hostess’s was acceptable. For this I would hesitate to go back. When arriving at a restaurant you should be greeted warmly not be made to feel you’re an inconvenience.
