Sette Osteria - 14th St

Food was so so and they really need to sort out their outdoor heater situation. Small space heaters for every other table just doesn’t cut it-plus the fuse blew twice

Everything was great as usual.

The food was ok, and the waitress was ok. It is not a awesome plase to go. We were expecting more.

The wait staff appeared fairly uninterested in us as a party despite the volume of customers being quite low. Also, they ran out of fuel in their outdoor heaters, and were out of Soup, so not great considering the cold. The food was good (I had a lasagna) and things seemed reasonably priced, but overall I was disappointed with my choice to eat here relative to other businesses that are trying to make it through the pandemic

Sat outside on a Saturday and had a great experience! We were sat immediately (with a reservation) and our food came out very quickly. We enjoyed the cacio e Pepe and the tiramisu. I lived in Rome for 5 months so I am a hard cacio e Pepe critic, but this place was amazing! I will definitely be coming back very soon. Highly recommend!

Dining at Sette Osteria is always a wonderful experience. The hosting staff is always accommodating and attentive. The food always wonderful in taste and presentation. Again an always wonderful experience.

The service and value is pretty great. I got the breakfast flatbread and wasn’t very impressed, but the other menu items did look pretty good. I would go back!

Costas was an amazing server that kept the mimosa’s flowing down to the last minute (since we came at 2:30 and brunch ended at 4). It got a little cold outside and they let us move inside, which was very social distanced so we felt comfortable. The food was great and I had an awesome time!

Food was delicious and wine was great. Highly recommended.

We went for brunch on a Sunday and it was a great choice! Not very crowded even though it's on 14th, and they offer bottomless mimosas, Bellinis, or spiked apple cider for $15

Sette is hands down my favorite Italian restaurant in DC. Perfect date spot but also great for group dinners and brunch!

I’m Italian-American from the Northeast and grew up in a big Italian family. This restaurant reminds me of our big family dinners because the quality of the food is so old school authentic Italian. I’m dying to know where they get their mozzarella because it honestly looks and tastes like it’s made in-house. Every pasta I’ve had here from gnocchi to tagliatelle has been cooked perfectly. Their sauces are all homemade and it’s easy to tell. Their meat and fish dishes are also incredible!! The wine selection is large enough to satisfy everyone in your group.

Seriously can’t stress enough how well the food is made here. The chef clearly has a passion for his food and it’s evident!

Wait staff was a bit rude/curt. Had to keep asking for stuff and didn’t check on us often or make us feel very welcome. I reserved outside but they said there was a 25 min wait for outside so we sat inside where it was quite hot

Sette never disappoints me. Everyone there is eager to serve and assist. The food is consistently great. The sangria is always refreshing and tasty! Thanks to all at Sette for taking good care of me since 2014.

Only came for a drink, so I can’t speak to the food, but a great experience overall! The red sangria is amazing, as is the aperol spritz!
Service was great, and the team there did an incredible job of making everyone feel welcome and safe at the same time. They brought a sense of normalcy, which was greatly appreciated.
