Under the watchful eye of acclaimed chef Antonio Guida, Seta has fast become one of Milan’s most talked-about dining destinations.

Updating traditional recipes with his own creative culinary techniques, chef Guida’s menu offers an exciting, contemporary take on classic Italian cuisine.

Located in the hotel’s second courtyard, the restaurant’s timeless design offers the perfect backdrop to chef Guida’s dishes. Featuring wide glass windows Seta offers guests the opportunity to dine outside during the warmer seasons. Inside, a visible kitchen allows diners the opportunity to watch our chefs at work, turning the dining experience into a piece of theatre.

                                    We sat at the Chef’s table and the experience was out of this world. We were made to feel so welcome, the food was amazing and it was wonderful to see how the kitchen works during service.

                                    Cibo di grandissimo livello come il servizio. Ambiente carino ma non eccezionale. Probabilmente d'estate l'utilizzo del giardino rende la location più accattivante, in inverno l'ambiente non è all'altezza del cibo.

                                    Wines (per glass) start at unreasonable high price point, small pours. Asked for half wine pairing, wasn't possible because the “portions of the glass is already small” as said per our waiter. Cheese course was not on temperature, very uninspiring garnishes. Waiter kept pushing beverage pairing for this course. Overall everyone was friendly, all other courses were very good, but for a 2-michelin star restaurant it is disappointing that it wasn't perfect! There are better options around town.

                                    We loved the food and the service. The dishes were delicious, though the sand veins inside shrimps were not removed:( However, we enjoyed! And, what is not so typical for a Micheline restaurant, we were full.
