The food and service was incredible... we had the family style platter- delicious! We are definitely going back... yum😊
Went here for a late lunch. Had a 2 kabob lunch special and a chicken tawook pita. Both dishes were tasty and a good deal for lunch. The service was average nothing to rave or complain about. I would go to this place again when I'm in the area.
Great Middle Eastern please! Nice enough for dinner but causal enough for lunch. Food is yummy, flavorful, and plentiful. Prices are reasonable.Service was never a problem and I've been here several times. We got a free baklava for a birthday celebration and it was SOOOOO delicious! Good neighborhood spot.
Everything is great and the service is excellent!
The hostess who seated us was very welcoming. The lunch menu had plenty of variety with a choice of side dishes which allowed us to tailor our choices somewhat. My husband had kafta kabob and I had the chicken shawarma. The food portions were plentiful, especially with my chicken which required some help from my husband who was happy to oblige. The food was healthful and tasty. Our server's attention declined a little too noticeably as more customers arrived, but overall, everything was fine.
The food was mediocre. The worst chicken shawarma. It was so dry and mealy. The tabouli was horrible and drenched in oil and lemon. It's supposed to be light, fluffy, and refreshing. The table setting was classless. The restaurant and food need a makeover.
Great food. Prefer to eat outside since nice and quiet. Table top needed refinishing. One of my favorite places to eat in and to take out!
Excellent food, outstanding service. Lebanese food at its best, especially the Tiger shrimp and Chicken Tawook.
Our waitress messed up our order slightly but the manager was gracious and comped our meal.
not Necessary but much appreciated. We will definitely go back. Good customer service.
The chicken tawook and grape leaves were DELICIOUS as usual! The hummus, bread, and baklava was FAB as was the pistachio ice cream!!!
However... they took some items off the menu and this was very disappointing as they were our usual fare when we eat here. The filet mignon and kebbeh were always absolutely PERFECT here and the manager decided there was not enough demand to keep those items on the menu. For us regulars it is disappointing but I am sure we will recover and return!
The scrumptious free dessert helped us get over it too! :)
the lunch specials were huge and delicious.
they were so nice to bring a birthday dessert after being called and notified that one of the people was a birthday girl!
Very cool trendy relaxed vibe, great service and I mean great, and amazing fresh food. I have tried most things on the menu and all is top notch. And the best part is they give it away with their low prices. One of my top go to restaurants.
I have a Lebanese co-worker who wanted to try this place. I'm not a big fan of greek food so wasn't sure if I'd like this place. To my surprise I loved it! Delicious food, great appetizers, the Moroccan tea was outstanding and wonderful, friendly staff too. Everyone should try this place!
Had a lovely lunch with excellent food, excellent service and excellent value, now that the lunch specials are back. Can't wait to dine there again soon!
I did not know what to expect from this restaurant (the term "mediterranean food" being vague).... This restaurant offers a mix of lebanese and turkish food. Best stuffed vine leaves I have eaten in a long time and great kibbeh. Let's just say, I'll be back!
Once again Sesame Mo's did not let us down. The food was very fresh and perfectly prepared, exactly as ordered, super tasty!!! Our waiter was knowledgeable and attentive. We ordered the taboulleh (fresh and tasty!), chicken tawook (super juicy and tender and delicious!), steak tawook (tasty and tender and cooked rare exactly as requested), the garlic paste is always delish, the labneh and fries were great... and the pistacchio ice cream was AMAZING!
Great food - moderate prices great wait staff and hostess staff all around Great!!!
Every dish was delicious and plentiful. Our server kindly helped us in putting together the best meal for 3. Enjoyable evening!
Very good food and value. We will return again soon
Great food for a reasonable price with very nice service.
We invited friends for a show and dinner last Friday and took them to Sesame Moes.
They had not eaten much, if any, Mediterranean food but we felt comfortable you would deliver.
They were blown away by your signature potatoes and we each shared a Sultan's Platter, again blown away by the quantity of food as well as how tender and flavorful the meat tasted.
A win win and I think you have a new client!
The food was amazing and delish!
Incredibly delicious food! Started with velvety hummus with a little kick. Moe's combination was a delightful melange of flavors and our wonderful server, Scarlet, let me make substitutions (like trading out Tezziki for the baba ghanouj which is not something I enjoy). The lamb kabob was succulent, vibrant flavor, and my mouth is watering just thinking about it. The other items were equally delicious -- the kafta was earthy and the chicken (I can't remember it's name) with the garlic sauce was zingy, moist and flavorful. Everyone in our party of five was very happy with their respective entrees. We sat outside which is occasionally noisy from passing motorists but it isn't noticeable after a while. We had a great time and will definitely be back. Our waitress was friendly and prompt without being annoying. Oh -- the Moroccan ice tea with mint is refreshing and tasty!
I was dissapointed. On vacation and in the industry. Main goal on vacation is to grab great food and wonderful service. I didn't get either at this place.
Sesame Moe's has great Mediterranean food with a large menu with kafta, lamb, chicken, beef and combo plates or sandwiches. Mint tea is very refreshing with free refills. Patio is very pleasant , with very good service. Pistachio and expresso ice cream come in huge servings for dessert.
we've been dining here for years and the experience has always been consistently good. They do half price wines on Monday and Wednesday, which keeps the price in check on top of the good food. If you enjoy Eastern Mediterranean food, this is a must-try.
Great Food service was good. The all the appetizers and entree's were great
Our food was delicious and our server was great. I got the combination which came with three kinds of skewers. I love the rice and the skewers were tender and flavorful. It came with salad and a choice of hummus or eggplant. My friend had lamb chops which he loved. The only bad thing that I have to say about our dinner was a small child in the restaurant. My friend had lamb chops which he loved. The only bad thing that I have to say about our dinner was a small child in the restaurant . The child was banging a spoon on a plate. It was very loud and they were not even sitting near us. he also shrieked loudly, like a scream, at various times. I like kids and I appreciate how hard it is to take them out. I think that the manager should have gone over to the table to see if she could assist them in anyway.
The Baba Ganoush is too die for..it has a great smokey flavor. The filet..cooked to perfection. The shrimp not over cooked!! Pomegranate mimosa...ample drink and not too sweet...absolutely perfect. We were 1st time customers and went on the recommendation of yelp. This is possibly the best middle eastern restaurant I have been to in my life, and I have eaten in the middle east. The service was just wonderful too. We could not have been happier. Not intrusive, but not ignoring. We made a reservation and invited two elderly people to join us. We were running late and they sat our elderly party at the table while they waited for us. Unheard of anywhere else. This is a 5 star local place! Try it, you won't be disappointed.
First time visitors.
We have a saying in our family: "I want that smell!" It usually hits at a restaurant that uses mesquite wood smoking or grinds their own coffee. Yet, for once, the aroma wafting through here is actually obtainable. It turns out to be the house specialty fried potatoes. When you visit, these are a delicious must try!
Pluses: Our server, Taylor, who was friendly and helpful. Chicken Shawarma, minted ice tea
Minus: The combo - although it was presented nicely - the meat was dry and slightly overdone.
We will be back to try the salmon kabob
Tamara was very helpful thought out the experience.
Recommended: Fried Potatoes (tangy and yummy), Jalab (drink - rose drink with almonds and pine nuts), Chicken Shawarma (flavorful) and Baklawa (light and yummy)
We were a group of around 20 people so I made reservation a day before and got lucky. Because it was a large group I decided to pre-order. Tamara mentioned the food is usually ready in 15 min so she asked exactly what time we will be there as they don't have option to reheat the food.
We reached 11:35 and the food was already lining up on the table.
The service was great and the food was delicious too. Will be going back again and will recommend :)
This was our first time there and not knowing what to expect, we were pleasantly surprised with our experience. Highly recommend the fried cauliflower, Hummus and if you want to try a little of everything, get the Combo.
The chicken shawarma is amazing and the garlic potatoes. I highly recommend this restaurant
It was a Valentine's lunch with my daughters. We had a really nice time. The service and food was excellent, as always. i visit often and have referred quite a few friends. They enjoy it just as much. Thank you!
it took a while to place our order. the manager ended up taking our order cuz she over heard us saying we still hadn't ordered.
fried cauliflower, turkish coffee & olives to start. those came right away & were great! our pita wraps took forever! it was over an hour. only a few customers there & they all got their lunch already. the manager was in a corner wine tasting. the staff was cleaning menus. we asked about our food after an hour & they went back & brought it out. it was probably sitting there for a while. the server said we will get free dessert after. non of us had time for dessert, but they should have offered some other type of compensation but did not
as always, the food was good. falafel, chicken shwarma and tawook wraps.
My girlfriend and I went for dinner and it was delicious. She said it was the best Meditarranean Restaurant she has been to. I had the Sultan's Platter and it is delicious. I really enjoyed my meal and recommend Sesame Moe's.
Delicious, authentic middle eastern cuisine in a comfortable setting with excellent service.
We sampled the menu broadly and enjoyed everything we ordered.
The food and service were very good. The wine was just ok especially for the price. They have large food portions and the beef kabob was cooked perfectly. The only issue was that it was EXTREMELY noisy in there. The tables are close together and you can't hear the person sitting across from you because the person at the table next to you is louder. The staff is very nice!
The food here is very good, especially the chicken tawook and baklava. They are excellent. Service was pretty slow the night we went. The server was nice but said the kitchen was backed up and we waited a pretty long time for the food.
We tried the Valentine's special menu. It was pretty decent, considering they give you an additional $10 voucher for next time. The bakhlava dessert tasted a bit stale, so we requested some icecream instead. The waiter was very accommodating and brought some yummy pistachio icecream out for us.
