We had a great dinner including roast leg of lamb and bouillabaisse, both terrific. We had a cheesecake for desert that was also fabulous. The drinks were also great, including a great martini. Service was excellent and the atomosphere comfortable and not too noisy. We will come back often.

My mother and I ate at Serratto after I visited a graduate program in Portland. We are from Texas and had the best experience eating here. It was a lovely place with friendly staff and great food! Highly recommend!

Always superb. From the burger to the bouillabaisse, every dish is delicious. Solid wine selection and well-made classic cocktails. One of my top restaurants in NW Portland.

We tried Serratto for the first time on Valentine's Day. Parking is a challenge in the area. Other than that, we had wonderful evening. The food was excellent in every way; presentation and taste. The caesar salad and was outstanding, with crisp chopped lettuce and ample dressing with tasty bread. We split a small pasta with rigatoni noodles,a delicious sausage and red sauce that was very tasty. For our entrees I ordered venison shank and my wife ordered scallops. Both were beautifully presented and delicious. WE finished with a desert special that was very nice. Service was outstanding and our waitress was helpful in selecting a reasonably priced Italian red wine. We will be back.

They gave us a free dessert for her birthday. Our waitress Tiffani was sweet.

Excellent meal. Excellent experience. We liked the ambiance of the place. Not too pretentious. Wife and I went to celebrate Valentines Day. Had reservation, and were seated at window table. Server was helpful and attentive without hanging all over us. After glasses of wine and an antipasti, the bolognese (sp?) and lamb were very good. Great for occasions. $$.

Another great meal at Serratto!

This restaurant never disappoints.

We had our 8 week-old baby and we were a little nervous taking her here, as it was one of her first restaurant experiences.

The hostess found us a quiet spot where if she freaked out, it would be OK.

Great food, service, and ambiance, as usual.

One of my favorite spots in Portland! The food is always delicious and the service is wonderful! I live in Eugene and it is well worth the 2 hour drive.

The service was lacking. We had reservations and were barely acknowledged by the hostess, our waitress didn't check in with us for over 10minutes. The gentleman that brought our drinks and bread was wonderful but otherwise we felt generally unattended. They seemed understaffed, but I thought it was disappointing considering I had mentioned in the reservation that we were there to celebrate a Birthday.

This is our favorite restaurant. It's reasonably priced. Italian-french influenced. The service is usually excellent, the food really well cooked, and the ambiance is excellent for conversation and meeting friends and family.

Serratto does it again! We were celebrating a 70th birthday. We requested our favorite table and it was waiting for us. The appetizer of fried calamari was perfect with their not spicy aioli. The delicious entrees were followed by a shared Meyer lemon cheesecake. Perfection!

John and I met friends for dinner at Serrato again. It has a nice menu, and they will split when we share for no charge. The Risotto is amazing. Good wine list. Pasta dishes very nice too.

Special occasion pre-theatre Astoria II with my parents, exposing them to different restaurants in Portland. We shared the charcuterie plate, two salads, and three entrees. Excellent variety of food choices, generous portions at very reasonable prices. Our server was very responsive and pleasant.

Serratto is one of my favorite restaurants in Portland. The food is absolutely wonderful. I have been to this restaurant many times for lunch and for dinner. Everything I have tried on the menu is really good. My favorite dish is the risotto! Also, the bread is the best! If I have to think of something negative to say about Serratto, it is the parking issue, it is sometimes very hard to find a parking spot in this area.

I was remarking to my dining companion that what I like and appreciate most is the consistency of good food over many many years.

Another fine meal here.... our server was initially a bit confused by our questions regarding the dishes but she was timely and friendly. The food was well prepared and tasty... we love their beet salad. The prices are about average for a nice meal.

I met a friend here earlier this week and we had a great time. I was looking for a place with good food for a reasonable price, cozy but not loud or crowded so we could catch up. This place fit the bill. She started with the ahi appetizer (which could be a meal in itself or great to share!) & I had the house salad(tasty, but could use a few more walnuts). I had the French Onion soup for my main and it was delicious: just the right temperature, the gruyere melted in my mouth and just the right amount of onions and bread. Speaking of bread, they provide complimentary bread (and oil/vinegar upon request) and it is airy and light on the inside with a nice crunchy crust. Lots of great options on the wine list too. We had by the glass, I would recommend the sparkling. And although we didn't have dessert, I would definitely go back to try it as they had many tasty looking/sounding options!
