I have been to Serafina’s other locations and loves each one. The Meatpacking location was a bit of a disappointment. The serving was slower and less attentive in comparison to the other locations. I waited for about three minutes adter my plate was serve for fresh ground peppers but waa unable to get any of the staff’s attention. I went there on Presidents’ Day for lunch and the place was quiet. No reason for slow services. I will stick to my upper Eastside Serafina.

Holiday treat with their Champagne cocktail. The Veal Scaloppine was perfect while the ravioli w sage a bit salty for my taste, but otherwise flavorful. Attentive courteous waitstaff.

It took 10 minutes to be welcomed after being seated at our table. We got up from the table to ask for a other round of drinks 3 Times. The staff seemed to be more interested in chatting in the stairwell than waiting on the tables. The food was room temp when it hit the table. I don’t like cold Salmon Benedict. We will not be returning, and if anyone asks... we will tell them to dine elsewhere. The job of a waiter is make sure that the dining experience is at the very least pleasant. The staff couldn’t even meet this minimum.

Both times I've been to this restaurant I've been sat upstairs. It's pretty private and great if you have a loud party, not so great if you want to people watch. Food is always really good, and their wine list is great too (good mix of California and Italy).

Went there as soon as they opened @ 1130am to eat the lemon ricotta pancakes and was extremely disappointed that it was not available. Instead, Restaurant gave us a tiramisu to make up for our disappointment. The tiramisu was excellent.

Absolutely horrendous service. Do NOT go here. We were rushed in and out, they never took our drink orders, I had to find the waiter multiple times and still was not sure if there even was a designated waiter for us, the food came out before water or even drinks. When my cocktail came out the waiter spilled half of it on the table and didn't say anything, just avoid this place at all costs.

I love this place! The food was absolutely outstanding, especially considering that it was not overpriced! The cocktails were delicious. The servers were attentive and nice and the environment was great.

I was disappointed in this restaurant. The service was pretty lousy. I had to ask for bread with our meal. The waiter brought out bread with oil. Then I had to ask for plates so we could put our bread on something. The waiter brought out 1 plate. We put the oil on the plate but had no plates for the bread. The food was just ok and the portions are small. There are plenty of restaurants in NY go somewhere else.

I made a reservation for Serafina since we were visiting the Highline. It's very close & in a cool area! The restaurant wasn't as loud as some other ones that we had passed and I loved the actual restaurant itself. I had the filet which was amazing. It came with a peppercorn sauce that I could have drank. For dessert we shared the tiramisu which was a bit dry and not very flavorful. All in all, a great place!

I had the pizza with the goat cheese and it was delicious. Being as fussy as I am with pizza, it is not easy for me to give a good review but Serafina deserves a thumps up for their pizza. It is a great place to sit outside, have a cocktail and meal with friends, after you finish walking the High Line. Some of the places directly after the High Line are crowded. This was perfect for us and we enjoying the atmosphere of casual dining in NYC.

I had the extremely unfortunate experience of dining at this very low value restaurant. My steak reminded me of what I burn on my BBQ grill. They could not make margaritas and had to send it back. A soda came out warm with one ice cube. So, the food was terrible, the drinks were warm including the beer, and it was insanely expensive for what we received. I do not recommend this place. to anyone. BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!

Serafina Meatpacking is a favorite spot of ours because of its fun relaxed atmosphere and great Italian and contemporary comfort food. So it was the perfect pick for an early dinner on 9/23 to celebrate before grabbing a quick cab to see Bruno Mars. Sitting outside on a beautiful Saturday evening allowed us to people watch, have a great conversation,and enjoy a great relaxed meal. The cocktails are well crafted and we recommend the Goat Cheese salad (we added chicken) and the Regina Pizza. Always fun energetic courteous service. I greatly appreciate our server's willingness to provide me with our check immediately after ordering once I let him know we needed to leave quickly after dinner to make it Madison Square Garden on time. Many thanks for a great start to our evening!!!
