Cozy atmosphere, full bar, 3 floors and an outdoor café offer excellent people watching on the neighborhood's classic cobblestone streets. It is also a favorite brunch destination.

Excellent ambience and amazing food. Cozy atmosphere with eclectic drinks collection
the pasta was terrible! ! the appetisers were mediocre, would not recommend
Food was mediocre but everything else was great
Simple but Good .... waiter s should have be more
Exited about what they are serving not a Apple bee
Service was really bad they kept forgetting to come to our table.
Very good food and service
Thx to the hostess for a nice tabke
This is consistently great, reasonable place for really good food and drinks convenient to all the hot spots, meetup spaces and hotels in the Meatpacking district. We love it.
Food and service has gone downhill - charged us for the chicken paillard on salad rather than regular grilled chicken without even asking.
Excellent service. Always great food! A favorite
There was nothing special about our Saturday lunch experience, just pretty good food at reasonable prices in the hot area close to The Whitney Museum. This is a casual bar/restaurant on several floors overlooking the small square in the Meatpacking district. It was just what we were looking for.
Highly recommend for a date night and for an amazing pasta experience... You can't go wrong with any dish here.
Hostess at front not welcoming. However the rest of the night was great. Food perfect! Service excellent!
went there for lunch and venue smelled like alcohol and both food and service were terrible.
Overall my meal was fine, but I much prefer the tribeca location of serafina. This one left something to be desired and it felt like the waiter wanted us to move it along while we still had food in front of us...
Food was average, I was there for a business lunch. A bit pricey considering the food quality. Great location though.
Satisfactory but nothing special. Hostess was pretentious.
The white pizzas are incredible and the pesto gnocchi was rich and fresh. Location is on a less busy street close to several shops and bars/ice cream shops.
Service was a little on the slower side but the people watching and the food made it all worth it
Fun times in Meatpacking, the restaurant has 3 levels our group was 6 people.
Waitstaff was great, Overall food was good a few misses with risotto, one came out perfect the other was too dry. Pizza is good, wine choices are enough to satisfy.
I have been to Serafina before in other locations and honestly was very disappointed. I felt the food was average and over priced and a lot of the stuff was cold. I was shocked when the bill came to see how much dinner was.
i had a large group that automatically charged gratuity to the bill. i was fine with this. however, the waiter put it upon himself to add an extra 5% which i did not agree to. i did not appreciate that. i work around the corner. i do have team lunches of 10+ people that i will no longer host here. this is my first and last time.
The food was amazing but the service lacked tonight. Our server was friendly but didn’t really check on us throughout the evening. His suggestions and explanations weren’t too clear and he didn’t seem like he truly cared enough. I felt let he didn’t want to be there and wasn’t present. We definitely want to order more but left because we were siting and waiting.
The ambiance seems to be on the first and second floors but we were so happy to go up to the third where it was nice and quiet. We had a window table which was great. Food was good. The pizza was very good. We had different pasta dishes and they were all great. The drinks needed a little more love BUT they were good. Loved that each floor has their own bathroom. So you don’t have to be away from your table that long. The waiters were very nice. Very attentive. We had kids and a baby and the waiter was very kind with them and tried to keep the baby happy with many crayons. Lol
Enjoyed eating on the sidewalk of new york
great location, food was good, service was quick, ambiance was nice. overall 4/5
Nice experience. Food very good. Service ok
Overpriced bad food and service.
Great food and great space
Food is phenomenal and romantic ambience. Lobster bisque raviolis and spinach w warm goat cheese salad are out of this world
For what it was worth, the food was mediocre. The pasta we ordered was bland. The service took a while, granted it was busy, but they only had one server for our area. Overall, not impressed.
Very generous food portions for the price you pay.
All good except they forgot to check us in on open table. After a day with proof of receipt—all good.
Portions were small and didn’t include any sides. Lasagna with a meatball would be nice. Bread would compensate for the portions but there was none. Apetiser came out before any drinks and the entrees right behind making it feel as if there was little preparation. It was later in the evening with no need to turn over tables. Made us feel like we were in a cafeteria.
Food was above average. Service is horrible unfriendly staff
If you are looking for great pasta with a very good selection, you must go to Serafina. It was absolutely amazing and I can not wait to go back
Was wonderful for adults and children. Casual and relaxed atmosphere in the middle of everything. Fantastic homemade pasta.
Pretty fast service while busy but once it slowed down our waiter was no where to be found. The food was delicious
Food was amazing. The table next to us was really loud and somewhat disturbing.
